Been with mine for 4yrs ... I was in 200 level she just got admitted. I saw her at the fellowship for the first time and I liked her, her calmness, innocence and she was pretty. What I did was know who invited her to the fellowship after knowing I just traced her to the hostel. I went there like two days without getting to speak with her. She was always alone with her phone. So one faithful day went there with a friend of mine upon getting there my friend saw her and was like he like this girl I didn't tell him I was going there to woo any girl.. So I asked him do you want to speak with her he said yes. We sent someone to call her that someone from her fellowship want to see her. She came and my friend introduce me she sat and they talked. Behold a lady from our department walked past us and my friend followed her and left me with her...we talked and we became friends. Express my feelings after some weeks and she said she will give me a reply I didn't rush it.. I made her feel comfortable around me. She couldn't go a day without seeing me. That was when she said she loves me too... Still with her till date she's in her final year... |

I was at the immigration office at ikoyi and it was an eye sore the collection center of the international passport .I dont understand why we call our passport electronic? when you have to go through hell to get your passport even after paying double for it..The officer comes out and announced that the process of getting the passport sorted is rigorous because they have to start looking for your names from A to Z. it was then I know many things is wrong is with this country . how on earth do you expect such process to be fast and not time wasting .the annoying part is that later they would bring out some old set of passport and keep calling names, you will be amused that 99% of people who submitted their slip for collections names won't be called ..Naija is bleeped . God why this country we are just so behind . |

Greatzeus:i am not writing to win a noble prize bro. I was damm tired when was writing that late that night I got back from work so don't judge me. I know what you mean and I am not a dullard, tnx anyways... |
There is something common with Nigerians.. that is the mentality of knowing our right but not able to fight for it.. we rather mumur at the corner of our house or at workplace without fighting the cause.. what prompt me to write this is a scenario at workplace... normally we close by 9pm but when sales is not impressive the manager can add extra mins whereby you can leave work around 9:30 before u get home u are already useless... we all ranted about it the night but to my greatest surprise meeting day nobody was willing to air their view about the danger of going home late... I stood up spoke for myself and highlight why I can't spend more mins after 9 ..eversince then I leave work 9 ..while others would still be there.. they want it but can't speak up cos Nigerians we are used to people fyting for our right for us.. I realised everybody is a modafucking hypocrite.... they push you to go and say their needs and they leave u alone... I wonder when the youth will arise and say enough is enough in this country.. till then let us keep enduring like we always do.. suffering and smiling... |

The President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration is hoping to pay
the next batch of Abacha loot directly into the accounts of poor
Nigerians.
The Federal Government is making final preparation to disburse $322
million fund repatriated from the accounts of former Head of State, late
General Sani Abacha in Switzerland to Nigerians.
The National Coordinator of the Open Government Partnership (OGP),
Nigeria and Special Assistant to the President on Justice Reforms,
Juliet Ibekaku-Nwagwu disclosed this recently in an interactive session
with newsmen.
Ibekeaku-Nwagwu said under MoU with Switzerland the funds would
be paid directly into the accounts of the poorest Nigerians through their
various accounts for two years and identification numbers to be made
available on the website being developed by the National Social
Investment office and the World Bank.
She solicited the patience of Nigerians, explaining that the agencies
working on the modalities would brief the public on June 28, adding
that the process for the payment will be transparent for civil society
and the media to monitor.
She said despite oppositions against the MoU from within and outside
government, the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF), Abubakar
Malami (SAN) and his team have pursued President Muhammadu
Buhari’s agenda of ensuring that the $322m was returned for
deployment in the social safety nets project, which would make
targeted transfers to the poor and vulnerable households.
“The poorest members of the community will be registered online, and
before you make any payment, they must have an ID number so that
every payment would be tracked. No amount will be paid out without a
joint signature between Nigeria and the World Bank and without
identification of individuals,” she said.
Ibekeaku-Nwagwu said President Buhari’s commitment to the Open
Government Partnership during the London Summit in 2016 has
enhanced transparency and accountability in government budgeting and
contracting, adding that “If there is anything we have achieved its
about getting Nigerian citizens to become conscious about what is
happening with their money.” |
