it's obvious u don't know wat's going... Tv and other media has (not exactly)ban from broadcasting news of BH activities. It's a strategy to make dem look lame as they (BH) delight in d broadcast. This also tends to remove fear or a sense of insecurity from d populace.... The strategy is working well...! But it does not mean their activities is at zero state or close... If u doubt, try to find out about places where we have curfew, then u'll understand.... We need d drone.. Tmany: since i got my call up letter been trying to get confirmation wether we really be get redeployment from camp.
Called an nysc LGI in bauchi and yobe both said for the last three batch posted to yobe and maiduguri they got redeployment letters from camp, the yobe lgi even said that nysc staffs are not really on ground in yobe due to the security issues.
But my problem now is there are still some corpers in yobe and maiduguri, did does once decide to go there or didn't get redeployment letters and got stuck there.
Heard nysc D.G when he visited Zamfara camp told corpers in camp if they didn't want to serve there they should just apply for redeployment even without medical reports so i have great hopes we will get redeploy at camp and if not straight back to my mama house.

eldoradoxx: Its very simple, you were posted to Borno but to do your camp in Benue state just as matter of making sure that no state is deprived of potential corpers who might be interested in serving in the state despite the security challenges!!! Therefore,being posted to Borno is even a blessing in disguise as you can make choice of state to be redeployed to at orientation camp. So go to Benue , it is about the safest state in the North, it is also 99 percent non muslim statez, so u ve nothing to fear. Cheer broda!!!!

I'll be straight and simple. I received my call up letter to Borno two days ago. Gone through the "feeling bad" stage. Right Now, i'm waiting to report to camp on the 28 in Benue. I've spoken to friends over there in Maiduguri and around. Their general advice has been "Pls don't come". My problem now is redeployment. How do i go about it? Where and when do i start...? Now, with the assumption that i'd succeed with the redeployment to another state, will there be a PPA waiting for me (or us) considering the corp members originally posted to the state....? Our camp opens on 28 November- 4days after they must have been posted to their PPA! I'm seriously stressed up thinking about it.... Any counsel is welcome! Counsel with experience will go a long way.
