I still wonder why people come on here and still encourage this administration. Party matters aside, can anyone tell me anything this administration has done since its inception? We have the most docile finance minister since democratic Nigeria, the Naira is nose-diving and up till now, there's no economic blueprint to help the naira against the hard currencies. There's uncertainty about Nigeria's Economy in which has made investors leave the country and also discouraging prospective investors. 2 years ago, Nigeria was a destination for investors and now, it's the opposite. We should not be so blinded by the whole #Dasukigate #Armsgate saga, let us open our eyes to face the reality of what's happening before this country is left in tatters. |

ISpiksDaTroof: If this was here in the States, does this pendejo know that he just talked himself into at least 20 years in Prison?! HE HAS NO DEFENSE!!!
And why is the EFCC allowing all sorts of characters visit inmates pending trial? The ONLY people that should be allowed to visit him PRE-TRIAL are his legal team; even his spouse should only be allowed to speak to him on monitored phone calls and only for a few minutes each week until the conclusion of proceedings. He should not be allowed access to his PERSONAL phones, and his letters--- both incoming and outgoing--- except VERIFIED Attorney/Client correspondence should be monitored. The result of neglecting control of Pre-Trial Inmates is the idiocy we see in the above article.
Anyway, Nigeria is still learning, hopefully they get it right before it's too late. Pending Trial you say? How long has he been remanded in EFCC custody and all we heard that he was arrested to explain his account balance of 1.4billion naira. In the States which u cited as an example, if there's no charge on anyone, he/she is meant to be release within a stipulated time. And besides, i'm beginning to doubt the EFCC, it's high time they start making public signed confession statements made by these men. None of us are aware what's happening in the four walls of the EFCC, all we know is what we read in the Media. |

Kikero112: In 2008....we had over $60bn in our accounts...plus we had our debts forgiven, and our banks were in a healthy state thanks to Soludoquine. And oil prices began rising again the following year.
In 2015....we have less than $30bn in our accounts, we have heavy debts, oil prices are falling, and furthermore....there is no chance of their rising again in the next five years.
Sorry....but hardly the same situation. I've being following your comments and it is quite educating. But, the truth is that this government has not even presented any economic blue print to try to save the naira from falling further apart from Emefiele's Economics. The budget increased by over 1tr from last year's budget with irrelevant things gulping millions of naira. This is a government that criticized the previous administration on spending and promised to cut cost but we are seeing otherwise. The minister of finance is too quiet as to what's going on... Maybe if the government had appointed someone with such ideas as ursef, we might have a little hope of not ending up like Greece. This is the time to put party affiliation aside and call for consultations from experts before our currency ends up like vietnamese Dong. |

This is not an APC or PDP thing but for the Igbo to stand up in d Nigeria Political scene and quit shouting marginalisation. I'm Igbo n proud but the truth must be told. |

Ppl in the south south will vote for pdp or any other party as long as it is not apc No, it has been so right from time, the Party most Rural areas in the SS and SE recognize is PDP just as ACN was in the west some years back. |
