Billionaire businessman and Globalcom owner, Chief Mike Adenuga reportedly paid a whopping sum of 200million naira to secure a space for his burial spot in a cemetery.
The cemetery is at the Vaults and Garden, an ultra modern cemetery in Ikoyi, Lagos, situated beside Federal Radio Corporation Of Nigeria.
The cemetery which was opened in October 30th, 2006 by former Lagos state governor, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has a spot for the rich and another spot for the "super" rich.
A space for the rich costs from N750,000 and above, while that of the "super" rich costs from N40million and above. There you will enjoy a lush lawn, a balcony, beautiful gate, garden, more space, and all that..
It was also reported that the billionaire's sister, Mrs Esther Osunade, who died in 2009 was buried at the few most expensive spot beside Gboyega, son of another super rich man.
Does it really matters where one is buried when he's dead? Will the beautiful heaven on earth spot you are buried determine where you'll be going? We all know the answer!

bright87: Okay well this is how it's. Her ex- actually saw my messages on her phone and he scolded her while we were dating and they had issues, we do talk a lot and we can both share anything with each other, she had to admit that she feels guilty that the guy didn't do anything wrong to her and now he's begging her to come back, she said she still feel little love for him. This was a message she sent to me last night "Mart Ehis, just know that Alan Esogie lovs u 4 real & she needs u to 2 help her forget about her ex-. Wish u a lovely nit rest, wish was wit you, Lov U & Bye" Not really like am forcing myself into her or pampering her, she feels insecure with me probably coz I act like a bad boy I don't know. But anytime i scold her, she keeps on begging for forgiveness telling me not to break her heart and even when i dont pick her calls she keeps calling all through the night and messaging until late at night, it's not really like I give her money or material things, so there is just this mixed feelings about everything. hope this helps me. I truly dont wish to commit to her even though I feel something for her this is because I am not based in 9ja and it's off to use which I have told her even when she insist she wanna wait for me I have told her NO.... ,ake i hear word abeg.....if i hear say u no be konk 9ja ajepako man |

So now my question is this, does she feel true love for the both of us ? can it be said that she is in love with two persons at the same time ? Please lets debate.. Mature minds only.. Tnx.. Any reasonable advice on how to help her forget her ex- would be appreciated, she wants me to help her forget him ( I don't need advice on SEX please ) 2 answer ur question, nobody can fall in luv 2 two ppl @ d same time....it is clear dat d girl doesnt luv u..her heart still craves 4 him so let her go bk so he can make her 4get u |

He got cozy with fans answering all questions and replying to all mentions as much as he could; mostly lauding him for a great work done on the still-selling R&BW album.
What caught my eye however was the part where a fan asked Banky W; “Do you ever get tired of hearing how handsome you are?”
I’m sure ‘@TheNubianQween was disappointed at Banky’s response. She’d be expecting something sweet, or just a ‘thank you’, but Banky W replied with; “I get tired of hearing how big my head is.”
I’ve heard folks say in the past that Banky wears a cap always because he’s got a big head. Come on guys!

ROSSIKE: No longer at ease, things fall apart for a man of the People
Tribute to Chinua Achebe
Updated Saturday, March 23 2013 at 11:40 GMT+3
By Peter Nguli
If a child washed his hands he could eat with kings. But Eneke the bird says that since men have learnt to shoot without missing, he has learnt to fly without perching. Those are the words of Chinua Achebe.
The death of Chinua Achebe is a great loss for the African continent. Achebe was famous as much for what he represented as for what he had written – an emblem of a continent finding its voice. Every child in Africa grew up with Achebe.
It's only fair to pay tributes in a novel compilation for Achebe and other great African writers. When you are no longer at ease, things fall apart for a man of the people along the anthills of the savanna.
The leopard got his claws because Chike and the river ran across the bridge in the river between and shouted, 'Weep not child', because you brought betrayal in the city but don't despair because the beautiful ones are not yet born. Chinua Achebe, you shaped my literature and command of the English language. I offer you a grain of wheat.
I remember the proverbs that you taught us because as you said, among the Igbo the art of conversation is regarded very highly, and proverbs are the palm-oil with which words are eaten.
I say this because whenever you see a toad running in broad daylight, you know that something is after its life. And when a mad man walks around nake.d, it is his kinsmen who feel shame, not himself.
You were brave and it is praiseworthy to be brave and fearless, but sometimes it is better to be a coward. Because we often stand in the compound of a coward to point at the ruins of where a brave man used to live.
For when a handshake goes beyond the elbow, you know that it has turned into something else. Those whose palm kernels were cracked for them by a benevolent spirit should not forget to be humble. You were humble enough professor Achebe. As I stare at your death coffin, the eye is not harmed by sleep. You said that he who has people is richer than he who has money.
So if you want to eat a toad you look for a fat and juicy one. You said that an old woman is always uneasy when dry bones are mentioned in a proverb. So be at ease because you said that if you don't like someone's story, write your own.
To me, being an intellectual doesn't mean knowing about intellectual issues; it means taking pleasure in them. For when the moon is shining the cripple becomes hungry for a walk. There is no story that is not true. Perhaps down in his heart, Okonkwo was not a cruel man. But his whole life was dominated by fear, the fear of failure and of weakness.
Chinua Achebe, you are still alive and I wish you long life. You will never die because we and our future generations will read your works forever.
Do not despair. I know you will not despair. You have a manly and a proud heart. A proud heart can survive a general failure because such a failure does not prick its pride. It is more difficult and more bitter when a man fails alone.
Otherwise, the lizard that jumped from the high Iroko tree said he would praise himself if no one else did. When suffering knocks at your door and you say there is no seat for him, he tells you not to worry because he has brought his own stool. Rest in peace Chinua Achebe.
http://www.standardmedia.co.ke/?articleID=2000079965&story_title=Kenya-No-longer-at-ease,-things-fall-apart-for-a-man-of-the-People my regret is dat i didnt see Chinua Achebe b4 he died |

Crime › Re: Father Nails Own Kids To Plank, Says They Are Witches by SIRKOL(m): 1:34pm On Mar 17, 2013 |
gramci: A forty-year-old man, John Friday Akpan, from Akwa Ibom State but resident in Calabar, the Cross River State capital, is now explaining to the police how he allegedly heeded the advice of a herbalist, one DrOkokon, and tagged his two children, Elisha Udobong and Esther, as witches. Akpan, who allegedly subjected the two children, aged 12 and 6 respectively, to harrowing treatment by nailing them to a plank and locking them up without food for days, was said to have told the police the children took his money to their “master in the witchcraft world and therefore deserved no mercy”. The children, whose emaciated and dirty appearance replicated the images of starving children in famine ravaged Somalia and war torn Sudan following weeks of starvation, said they survived on water suppliedby one of the man’s kids by another woman. “Our sister,Peace, usually brought us water inside the hut when our father and our mother had gone out”, Esther said. The father, the kids said, used to reside in Akpabuyo with the family where he sent them to a private school, Regent Nursery and Primary School, Ikot Nkanda, but when their mother died and the man took another wife, Iquo, the story changed. Elisha, in JSS1, said: “My mother (stepmother ) said the woman who used to live near our house in Akpabuyo gave us food and she put something in the food and when we ate it we changed to birds at night and took out father’s money to our master in the witchcraft world”. According to the boy, he was alleged to have taken 4 000 naira while Esther took 2000 and that angered theirfather and step mother who started beating them and denying them food “becausethey said we took the money to our master”. The maltreatment became worsewhen they relocated to Calabar and took up residence at 23 Akpandem Street, off Edim Otop Street at the municipality. “He (father) nailed us to one big plank and beat us that we should bring back the money but we had no money to give to him”, Esther said. Unable to get back his money from the children, Akpan allegedly went for the final onslaught against the kids by locking them up in an abandoned hut where he lived so that they could die. “When the situation became too bad, neighbours, worried that thechildren may die and the police descend on them, raised the alarm and reported to the police at the Airport Division who swooped on the parents andgot them arrested”, Mr James Ibor, a child rights activist, told Sunday Vanguard. He said the DPO of the Airport Division called him “at about 11 am on Friday, March 8 that there was another case of children stigmatisation as witches and I went to the station andbehold, what I saw made meweep”. Ibori said the children were so hungry and weak that it was apparent that they would have died if they hadnot, been rescued. “They were so weak that we had togive them water first, then some fruits; even at that thesystem of the girl could not accommodate the fruits and she had to visit the toilet a few minute after she ate thebanana I gave to them”. DSP John Umoh, the spokesman of the Cross River State Police Command, said efforts were on to arrest Okokon the herbalist so that “he and theparents can appear in court to answer charges on felony”.
