when the president gave the speech on #changebeginwithme#. a whole lot people criticized and asked the president to take his change campaign to his office and cabinet. these set of people are the people who support, encourage and benefit from corruption and indiscipline from public office holders.

so they say, the youth are the leaders of tomorrow, the same stupid youth who will go at any length to defend their principals regardless of the outrageous allegation level against such principal.

those people from the south south are freaky bunch of idiot who could do better if they properly use their brain. perhaps, if their brain is like an app on their phone, they will start using it.

I always thought Nigeria should Annex Niger if we could get our act together. I know it would tough since they speak French as their national language. The have nice resources and would be happier under our rule if only to escape soul crushing poverty.
You gotta be kidding me if you meant what you said. Annex Niger when we can't even take care of the existing states. Do you know the population of Niger, are you aware they are as violent as our brothers in the north. While some of us think our algamation in 1914 was the beginning of the suffering for Nigeria, you still wanna add salt to the injury.

Like I said, u gotta be kidding me.

This is the dealio about this yeye school. For the record, I am one of her student. How comes osun state is involve as the school is located in oyo state.[/quote]The school belongs to the defunct Oyo sate which comprised of the old Oyo empire including the present osun state. The main campus is situated in the current oyo state in ogbomoso while the college of health science and medical science is situated in osun. Upon osun state separation from the old Oyo state, the two governors of the states are the visitors to the school and they carry out executive functions on the school.

Prior to now, there have been series of fight between the indigenes of the two states on the rightful ownership of the institution with both parties claiming the rightful owner.
the incessant strike and shutdown of the school is as a result of the Negligence of the osun state governor who refused to pay his quarters to the school for the past 14month thereabout. The oyo state governor who has been paying the salaries suddenly stopped paying his own quarters for the past 7month for reasons best known to him.
The everly hardworking VC has been paying the staffs salaries for the past one year with the student tuitions fees and the school IGR. I think it gets to the threshold where the VC couldn't cater for the expenses of the school and that led to the current brouhaha.

The class we graduate with doesn't guarantee our subsequent success in life after school but serve as impetus and stimulus to fast track available opportunities that showcase themselves.
I have read so many comments, how guys lambast those who graduated with 2:1 and 1:1 and claimed they are crammers and dummy who only study hard to pass.

I am an undergraduate and a potential first class student with a CGPA close to first class in my final year now. I know what it takes to come with first class and how 2:1 study hard to maintain their grades every semester. These grades comes with punctuality in class, brilliancy, punctuality, creativity and hard work which employers of labour needed In any prospective employees. Never ridicule a first class graduates cus u have no idea what this guys go through to get that degree while they were in school.

Its a sad story for the people of this country after seeing what their messiah has done with their tax payers money rotten away faraway from them. Sorry case if you asked me.

The most painful part of all this, is the blame game the people of the ND put on those aside their region. They celebrated these looters without enjoying any benefit from their malevolent acts committed by these people.

I am a big fan of restructuring of Nigeria. But I bet even if we go ahead with restructuring, the set of looters in the ND will still loot the revenue in that region and take it to other region leaving their region in abject poverty.

Military vehicle to creeks...buhari is a joke...export pipelines pass thru underwater..and the creeks..
Don't know what heavy equipment are doing there...
But won't be long before f.g calls for dialogue
..they are trying to stifle the communities to sabotage..
they failed to understand that the people are consciously awaken to their antics..
It will end up as collateral damage..and respect will be restored.is all about our oil..
We know..there saboteurs too..we know...
We are not shaken.
If they want to protect the oil..let them go the ocean and creeks where the pipelines are and station their equipment..cos the can't break the resolve..
The world heard the call for dialogue..instead the government is preparing for war..this call for dialogue is as a result of the suffering in the country..not out of fear of guns or tanks..
Army can't know the creeks more than d indigenous ..neither the sea..
Since buhari has chosen this part...and shun dialogue..time will tell
People like you talk and spit thrash when you haven't read anything about warfare or experience on. What do you know about executing war. Let me educate your shallow brain a little.

U spit rubbish and trash when you know nothing about warfare. So because the militants grow and live in the creek guarantee their success even when they can be outplayed by military tactics and equipment.
Adolf Hitler won so many battle ground controlled by the allies forces in Europe including the great Paris in France and Moscow in Russia. But when the allies forces tactically and militarily responded, he lost full control of his strongest military strong hold in Berlin.

Shut your trap mate! Nigeria is a damn poor country.

How much money is there to be made from Nigeria?
You are the biggest ignoramus if you think Nigeria is not the destination for business in Africa.
Our population alone is the biggest for any market to strive. We are the biggest user of internet in Africa if your hatred for the country doesn't open your clueless mind to this.
Why do you think China, america, UK, US, Germany and other major worl power voluntarily offer help to our defence system when book boys just broke out.

That aside, why do you think famous american musicians and celebrities see Nigeria as home to promote their music in Africa?

I agree we have our woes, but this country is the best thing that could happen to any human being if her full potential is harnessed.

If you have valid point that they have to take care of the NA, PLS spit it out.

Pidggin:
I see many soldiers loosing their lives for nothing. If the NDA has agreed to negotiate why not allow peace reign?

They spent less than six months training, these millitants have lived all their lives in the creeks, can humans ever swim better than fishes?

Tomorrow when there are army casualties, one cursed being will say it's Jonathan's fault forgetting that Buhari has been in power for over a year now.
So because they dine and live in the creeks guarantee their success in this fight right? That's myopic thinking if you aaking.
What do you think guarantee success in warfare? Even troops lose their stronghold to enemy of superior tactics and war equipment. The Japanese naval ships were sank by the royal British naval ship because of their tactics alone in world war 2. Even Hitler lost his strong hold in Berlin to the allies forces when bombarded with high tech war machines.
Dude, u know nothing about prosecuting a war fare. Those who try to fight a sovereign nation back by international community are doom to fail. The earlier the NDA realized this , the better for them, the innocents this is gonna affect, the better for their environment.

I strongly believe things are gonna turn around sooner than later. I use this particular road every now and then enroute to my school and I tell you, the existing road is more or less a single lane death trap use by commercial buses, private cars, trailers, tankers and trucks on the same narrow road. I always go extra spiritual in prayer whener I use that road. This is a welcome development.

Economic hardship we face right now will not allow most people to see the change and transformation this govt is driving at.

We are currently experiencing moderate power supply as most region can attest to this.
Rice farming, harvesting and mills are constructed to make us self sufficient in rice production to safeguard our foreign exchange.
The ajaokuta plant steel is being revive to divert our economy to minerals and that plant alone can guarantee hundreds of thousands of job when fully in operation.

Nobody will see the good in all these when they are hungry, just like what fayemi did in ekiti. But I hope we all that pass through this hardship will benefit from the outcome.

INTERMAN:
Some people said the standard of education is falling as our students are no longer studying as like of old. I said it is a big lie. Infact I observed from some collection of past questions that the questions set in OAU in a particular course tend to be tougher nowadays than in the past. Those questions were relatively cheaper than the current ones set by the lecturers as test in current time. But yet, some students still got A's and very high CGPA. For instance take a look at this CGPA in pic below, it increases progressively and only few decline. Check it out, OAU faculty of technology which is the home of engineering students. Seun Osewa was also in the system.
This op must be high on some local weeds.
You don't wanna know what those guys face When they were in school.
If you see some of their past questions, you go run pasts your destiny.
In fact, when studying past questions for exam, I don't go too far to avoid racking my brain on god knows kind of questions set for these guys.
If these old fellas see our questions now, there will laugh at the fall of standard they experienced which has been dashed by lazy lecturers around now.

Many Igbos like myself and those active on social media but it's all politics. If their preferred candidate emerged popular like Okorocha they would start accepting the fact that to be relevant nationally one needs everybody including North and South. The North is a slight majority in population and any region that aligns with them get clear majority against other alliances.
I concur with you. You happened to be one of those unsentimental igbos who understand politics.

It's like it's only in social media igbos hate him, but when they see Okorocha in public them go bow down for him like say him be king. Sometimes social media no be real life tinz oh
Not that they dont like him on or off social media, the hate towards him is as a result of his alliance with the APC which they felt its a betrayal and stab in the bank of their people.
But what those hating on him don't understand is the game of politics where number wins election. All he is trying to do is to promote the popularity of the Igbo's in the north, gain their trust and stand a chance to rule the country in the future. Unfortunately, most Igbo's don't see his big picture.
