Uhm, I did mine years ago 2014/15 for like 4k then. And that was with someone's help. Their so called official price was It's another corruption den. So I can't really say about current cost, just hold like 5 passport photographs, your family compound name in abk, your birth certificate and plenty money. If you meet guys there they are more reasonable. Good luck

What type of card? My Visa card doesn't reflect refunds at all and nothing shows in my bank account until much later & only then in my email statement of account, whereas my Mastercard shows both the refund first in dollars then naira. And I receive text alerts. Using zenith though.
