Ranching is better and should be seen as private investment not one funded from the national purse! Besides, let Fulani herders have their ranches up North, if we need their beef we'll buy from them! We are better off as distant friends. My candid advice to any one who desires to use paypal from Nigeria is to seek for people who render buy for me services. I think this is better compared to the hide and seek game we play with our IP Address. If you are caught, I swear all your money will go with it. Be warned!
