Doesn’t matter if you’re main or assistant. As long as your job meets the requirements of tier 2 & your employer is happy to issue you a COS for visa, you’re fine.

But you cannot do the bolded. The PSW is strictly for job search, cannot study on it or extend it. Perhaps, you can request for a curtailment, leave the country and reapply for a study visa. However note that most institutions cannot issue you a CAS for another level 7 study in the U.K. Reason ( most times) being that there’s no progression from previous studies or level.

You once said after such course, one can only work as an assistant psychologist. My question is
1) can a assistant psychologist get a tier2 sponsor?
2) if no, during the 2yrs psw, can one do another 1yrs MSc in psychology to specialize so as to get a tier2 sponsor?

Hello once again, I will be proceeding to make deposit payment as against September, deadline is June 1st but I want to make payment early because I am paying through form A and it can take up to a week, if not more than (better to be safe).

Recently, the pm said schools will be opening in the coming weeks. I am kinda optimistic about resuming in September amidst all these coronavirus issue. Moreover, September is still like 4 months from now, a lot can happen within then.

What will you do next? Ask Omopapa to write a 200-word summary and send to your email?

I don't have interest in nursing, am okay with Psychology though I work alongside mental health nurses daily For my undergraduate practicum, I was involved with learning disabilities where I worked with kids with dyscalculia, dyslexia, dysgraphia etc and now presently working more in the child psychiatric unit of the hospital, this is what is motivating me to go for my masters in those fields.

This is a good choice too.

Just like in every countries, there are different groups of people and political (people or party). Some are more liberal and business minded, and others are more conservative and focus more on the citizens, heritage, and survival above all.

The conservative ones are the ones proposing laws that does not favour foreigners with the view of how it would benefit their citizens alone.
The above mentioned proposed amendment to the law to limit foreigners (especially those from third world countries) was rejected by companies, schools, institutions, and reasonable residents of Estonia on the basis that it was not thought through and it would result to counter the suggested benefit.

What am I trying to say? I would be careful to get more information about something more carefully before making my judgment, especially when it comes to how Estonians threat foreigners.

I am not trying to defend some of unkind gestures that some Estonians show to foreigners, but to assert that "Estonians are very mean to foreigners" is taking it too far.

Generally, Estonia is one of the easiest country to get their resident permit. They have some of the most flexible and easily approachable immigration requirements as far as I know. They have these of course because it benefits them, foreigners contributes to the economy and reputation of the Estonian state in one way or the other.

I agree with you, but I doubt that they will have mercy for someone that doesn’t meet all requirements. Visa rules will still be the same regardless of the situation with possible increase in IHS fees. The universities are only trying to secure students as a way of managing their liquidity, has nothing to do with home office.

Good evening my boss.you are correct, but one of the reason I said so is that I read from a news on net,where one personnel from educational sector is suggesting to Home Office to Relax student visa as one of the measures to attract foreign student, rather than to reduce tuition fee to attract foreign student. please Justwise can you explain this issue of UK government introducing student Cap,in order to control the number of students each university will admit,though many universities in UK are kicking against it.pls throw more light on it .thanks

Paying millions for an online class is not really an investment. Whole purpose of going to these countries is to seek better life & use snow filter . You can’t achieve this online. Plus going to a danger zone and risking your health is not the best decision. Vaccine results won’t be out until mid June according to reports so it’s advisable to be patient till then.

How can you waste your millions on online ? During this period, you cannot also work part time to ease mental health as most companies are closed. There is great delay to get National insurance number. Also, September admission also guarantees PSW visa certainty.

I only answered a question with a link as to why Estonians are mean to foreigners. While other countries are offering post study visas and part time work, Estonia wants to do the opposite as suggested by the ministry.

i do not know about studying but for workers estonian government want to kick out all by 31h july to make those workplaces free for locals as at moment during lockdown economy has gone down and lot of unemployed ppl are here. But i really hope that government will come to its mind because it is not normal how they behave towards those who have worked here and payed their taxes etc and now are kicked out like no one. it is not right.
