You know how naija be. second you can do Masters but its quite difficult on schools that will accept that. there are some schools that want 2.1 while some are lower. There is no harm in trying, there are school that will accept you for masters abroad. I would suggest you do some professional course to back up your 3rd class and try schools abroad. one will answer you. |
Na wa ooo. Indian get mouth for Naija oooo ![]() |
@ Amu Igwe I understand you find what Mrs Chima said offensive.I found it offensive too but she speak truth in some ways. Look at Nigeria for example. Instead of us trying to re-build the country' image that has been messed up by our politicians, Most Naija are here blaming other people tribe for the problems of Nigeria. Its sad cuz why waste time in dissing your fellow country men when you can try and come together and make thing better. Here is one of her points The point of the totem pole comment is instead of Black people bickering about who is better than who, White and Asian men are dominating the world. Black men collectively can do the same thing if THEY LEARN TO focus on what is important and not who is marrying and dating whom. I will add to that " and which tribe is committing crime and which tribe they feel is oppressing them" She might have spoken off topic but she speak the truth. I am not concern with AA at the moment. I am talking about Nigerians in general. |
I understand brother. I just want my Black brothers to do better because I know many can do better than what they are doing now.
How can they at the moment? Read the topics of Nairaland. When a Nigerian commits a crime, people defend the guy by saying he learnt it from another tribe just because the guy is from their tribe.people blaming others people's tribe for problems.i dont know if its joblessness or just stupidity. There is a lot to achieve in this world and see how how Nigerians brothers waste it N.B Did not mean to deviate from the topic but i just have to express my mind on this |
@Mrs Chima Wish what you have been saying was a topic on its own and was on frontpage. I myself feel ashamed when we call ourselves Nigerian and yet see how tribal insult rain on each other on Nairaland. I dont know if its a black thing or Nigerian thing.People just trying to feel they are better than their brothers make me sick to my stomach |
See that's where you misunderstood me. I have never said anything about Nigerian men directly. I said Black men as a whole are on the bottom of the totem pole in American society and a few others. The point of the totem pole comment is instead of Black people bickering about who is better than who, White and Asian men are dominating the world. Black men collectively can do the same thing if THEY LEARN TO focus on what is important and not who is marrying and dating whom. White and Asian men with businesses and careers aren't online chasing faceless chatters and debating over dumb shit, they are out there making cash and leaving things for their future generations.
I have to agree you there also. Nairaland is a good example |

roflmao Guy no no well at all ![]() |
LMAO@different set of black men. ![]() President Obama is a different set of black man and he was still called a nigger. The point didn't change.
why do you keep saying that? How is that related to this topic? |
Aren't Nigerian men black?
But the message was directed to a specific set of black men. |
luckgames: OkThat was what i thought too |
Its funny how the poster asked just one question and you see people talking trash about other people just to make themselves feel better. |
Hmm. I guess many of them aren't reading the fact that many higher positions are held by Black women. White men and Black women collectively are dominating the workforce. It doesn't matter what his reasons are, in America and few other countries all Black men native or foreign are considered bottom of the totem pole. I can see why the male haters would be threatened. If I was a man, I wouldn't marry a successful Black women who earns more than me either because of my fragile male's ego. So Papsmeartosibe has a point.
Are you serious? |
BaBa Mike: you sound like a frustrated wannabeLet him keep running around Nairaland like a mad dog. I have read about 5 post and he is the one that starts insulting other peoples tribe. |
dazzle37: The mobile money i know about like i said is called ezpayafrica, here you can pay all your bills like Dstv, phcn, flights.Just curious, why cant debit cards be used in this scenario? |
I can sense confusion in your post. . . How can you ask me what Yoruba means, and I tell you and then you turn around and not give a Bleep. . . Are you even sane?! Why must you Ofemmanus behave like Rabid dogs all the time?! I did not insult your tribesmen, I only stressed on his tribal affiliation.
Keep Barking |
My friend shut up!! What do you mean!! Is he not an Yoruba man?! Yoruba is the Binominal Nomeclature (hope you studied Biology) of Yoruba people. I have a life, you need to get one and stop stalking me. . . Or are you an Yoruba boy?! Wether you put the post in kiddies section or church section, I will call it as I see it; A Lazy Yoruba Man paid another dubious Yoruba man 11 million Naira which the Lazy Yoruba Man stole for his Onye Ocha Oga and paid to the dubious Yoruba man to use spiritual means to kill his innocent non-Yoruba Oga. Now fall out the sky and break your neck. . . Why call me tribalistic when I am not. And more over, I never insulted "Yoruba'S", only stressed the fact that the murderer in this case, like many drug dealers, armed-robbers, pedophi'les, Yahoo-Yahoo and ritualists is an Yoruba.
I can sense frustration from your post.I dont give a Bleep what Yoruba is or whatever you call it.Thats your problem. If you are so sad to always try and cause tribal issue or insult on Nairaland, then i've got nothing against you than to feel sorry for you since that's what gives you joy. |
i think job types should be sticky. they should always stay on top. Like IT,HR Managers,Bankers,Engineers, etc. i dont have to keep searching nairaland to find them. like the Networking and virtualiation topic went as far as the 4th page before i could find it.I know a lot of people are not talking now but if it is placed at the top, people can see it and join the discussion. They are not topics that can fade away |
The best right now which is free is malwarebyte. although you get to use the trail version but that itself is more powerful than most paid anti-virus |
Just heard from a friend that some companies use Citrix in Nigeria. I am just curious to know how remote users get access to Citrix knowing the issue of bandwidth in Nigeria. |
Must you go about every normal post on Nairaland and insult people's tribe. besides wtf is Yoruba? Get a life bro. stop destroying thread other normal people want to read. You can see the post was kept in Business/money not in your tribalism section |
rashypep: Funny, it is, lol, I cant blame most Nigerian Uni, most lack infrastruture, Theories are being thought in school, you are to prove yourself, if u wanna remain in d industries by going certified, there are lots of computer institutes out there that will teach you the practical aspect. you choose either ur going for the Hardward aspect of tech, the software or the networking part, May God help us all,I remembered my University days in level 2 when my computer science teacher writes codes on the board. I mean on the Board. Exams we had to cram the codes in our head.i mean we were not even sure if the codes would work and this lecturer made like worse for lots of people on this same course.people having extra year to come and do the course. It was ridiculous then. Dont know if such still goes on now. that was between 2002-2004. |
WHY are Yoruba people so evil?! Why would a yoruba man think of Killing his Oga so as to own his Oga's company?! Yoruba people are worse than snakes o!! Why hasnt the judge ordered the summary execution of all parties involved?! Afterall they are all Ofemmanus. . .
You this fool, cant you just Bleep off? |

SimonAndal: Since I'm sure most of you calling for their death are christians, remember stones and first casters. You must be the holiest person in the world |
Sick ass holes |
Men, this is bad.. The mother has fault but the main ass hole was the dad. "Markanthony Ibeagwa initially told police he had car troubles, but later changed his story and said he stayed to work more hours". WTF after your wife told you she is going to work.. |
It will be very unwise to invite any of the NATO countries into Nigeria in the disguise of fighting Boko Haram. I have maintained that Boko Haram was a creation of NATO secret agents as a tool to destabilize Nigeria. I remain convinced that the long term goal is to secure Nigeria oil as they have done in Angola, Sudan and most recently in a very crude way in Libya. The granting of independence to Southern Sudan keep coming into my head. I can't hold back believing that the whole Niger Delta terrorist and Boko Haram share same sponsors. Their approach may be difference, the active men on the field mya be different; but the patron remains the same person. Whoever that does not know how the western secret agents "program" people for their goal should try to find out. The men supposedly fighting for teh liberation of Niger Delta and the Boko Haram who claim to be fighting for "Sharia" will never know who is funding them. These funds are moved through layers of international businessmen, drug Barons and Arms dealers that it get very complicated to figure out its source and its true motive. Even President GEJ I believe has been unknowingly set up working for the agenda to break up Nigeria by these western powers. Mark you it will never be for our good. It is for the sole good of the "Super power". Never deceive yourself that a tiny Oduduwa, Biafran, Niger Delta, etc republic will be democratic and pro-people. Try know the history of dictators in Africa, and will see that all were product of these western countries. The most wicked Idi Amin and Mobutu inclusive. So brothers, let not trust an enemy. We are better of solving our problem ourselves. These people are the makers of our problem. He that have ears, let him hear.
Word. |
Bunch of fools insulting each other. This is the only place you can flex your muscles. Hiding behind computers. IDIOTS |
