Plz lets stop all this tribal insults. It all boils down to 1 thing. He had a Nigerian Passport which people will agree he is NIGERIAN. Thats what we yorubas,Igbo,Hausa,Ijaw or anyboy in Nigeria is.We are all Nigerians. They dont care if you are from any tribe in Nigeria when you travel. Its your nationality they ask,not tribe

Plz i feel its beta we resolve thins as 1 Nigerian not we blaming people or others cuz that whats made Nigeria what it is today. We keep blaming other and we never do things together

Ltes try and find a way forward to clean our countries Name in this full of dirt it is in.Its not funny here.i told sosme1 i was from Nigeria here and she told me that someone in Nigerian defrauded her Dad once.I felt ashamed.

Plz this corruption and greed is getting outta hand.Let find a way to reduce this not throwing blame up and down

I'm scared of telling my family what is going on,afraid of rejection and being the bad seed in the family.Am loosing my mind here! the only person that knows about it is my younger sis.
I really dont know what to say again.Leaving ue husband is really gonna hurt him a lot.I really respect him a lot pleading with you.A lot of Nigerian Men would have dealt seriously with you on that type of issue(telling him you saw ur ex? shocked angry). He loves you but you dont love him back. All i can say is the Man is just unlucky for you not loving you back.
Besides is he the one taking care of your family? If he is the one, then he will definately stop.

Since you have told him everything,i suggest you make ur decisions fast.He gonna talk to his friends and dont think his friends are are nice as he his cuz they are gonna cloud his judgement. He gonna be suspecting you on every move you make now

You choose now .You stying or going?

Whatever u decide, make sure you're ready for repercussions, cos freedom comes at a price Choose wisely! I also think u shud make it clear to yourself that it's the opportunity to make independent choices for yourself that appeals to you. i wouldn't advise you to let Ur ex into the picture, you'll confuse yourself, and Ur family will use it against you. They may not support your decision, but make sure your integrity is not undermined. Blood really is thicker than water, they'll come around. Make Ur decision an independent one.
I  cant think of a better solution than what you just wrote

Just pray ur husband does not catch you with ur lost lost boyfriend. You are married with kids.No excuse.Do u think your lost lost boyfriend is a fool.Beta b careful the guy is not using you to collect money from you.after u got kids,u think he will be ready to take u in his home
I feel u not opening ur heart to ur husband to love him.there are things that he does that u would not apprciate now bcuz u feel u were forced into the marriage. You said he is very nice. How many nice men do u see out there.Love him for being nice. You know this man beta than ur long lost boyfriend.

Dont ruin ur future.Dont let any1 deceive you with divorce stuff and shits.those things are gonna affect u later on.Stick to ur husband .at least u have lovely kids u have to love him 4

it is very evident on these thread that some semi-illiterate Nigerian are using the platform of Nairaland to disseminate information they lack concreate evidence on.

If you have your facts right as claimed, don't hide under false names or shadow, show up in marina or Victoria Island to substantiate ur claims.

It is sad to note that the owners of nairaland have failed in removing such ill-thought and baseless  informtion pasted on this site.

The world over, we are witnessing a financial turmoil of no small measure.A turmoil that has defiled all known theories.

ZenithBank cut its staffs salary early last year, nobody asked wat was happening to the Bank.

I will advice u shameless mischief makers to watch your self before you reck your self.

if you are sure of your facts while not come up to CBN office tomorrow and challenge the Bank's results.

You know what.when i was in Nigeria. There is a popular slogan which is "Everyman for him self"

Thats how i lived my life there but getting into the UK.The slogan here is "Everyone for the queen"

This really has helped people in doing the right thing and supporting people who fail at things. You see people fighting for their country and i use to laugh at them when i was in Nigeria. But now,i can see why there are better than us.

In Nigeria. When you bring up something like a project. What do you hear most of the time"it wont work"."it would fail"

Until we change our mentality and to understand that these scammers too are people like us and they need help.we will still be o the same level

You have never posted anything positive on nairaland
You probably had never succeeded in anything you did in the past,
that is why you don't believe anything can work?

I give kudos to Fashola. May God continue to bless you with wisdom to lead us right.
After your 2nd term, I nominate you for Presidency.
Since most People in Nigeria dont believe things would work.It wont work.

So enjoy your lives like that.

Its already clear the average Nigerian is used to suffering
Politics › Re: Nigerian Scammers - A Contrary View by Skywalker5(m): 5:32pm On Mar 15, 2009
@poster
I really respect your view on this topic. It a very good one. This scams in Nigeria is really affecting everybody and even people abroad.Since they have tried to catch and stop them which from my own point of view is impossible cuz in the developed countries too, scams go on.Its just that its too rampant in Nigeria.

From my point of view,i feel the average scammer is better then an IT engineer in some areas.Imagine breaking into peoples email, spamming, hacking. This are things these guys learnt and developed themselves on all in the name of making money(when job no dey nko?) without lecturers or without expensive equipments.Besides for you to be able to trick someone and collecting money take a lot of IQ.
This guys would do anything for money but lest be frank with ourselves.we all love and want money cuz the average Nigerian would want to show himself and oppress. This guys are not different from anybody else in Nigeria.
I really cant think of what they can do positively in Nigeria but i know there got to be something that can reduce this crime. If it is reduced, its gonna be better and besides they can be recruited to catch other fraudsters cuz its take a thief to know a thief
There are a lot of people who would not welcome your idea due to the fact they feel they are better or more humble or decent than this scammers
Like they say "a thief who has no opportunity to steal considers himself a honest man"

But what the hell. When the govt self corrupt.who wan stop this guys?

i feel this is going to be hard.Shuting alaba down would not solve this problem. This people have the equipments located somewhere and they can always regroup somewhere to do them again.IF they can get the godfathers of the game,i feel that would be better

Wait. What am i saying.Lalaboi, you right. He should really shutup. Haba,Shut down a whole Alaba?where electronics and other things are sold because of Pirated CDs.What should have to other people selling other items.Because of his own pocket,he want everybody to suffer?

Conclusion.Find other means of getting the pirates,Shutting it down is not the Solution.

How can a student entering the UK with his CV in his luggage be deported? Even when some schools request for CV as part of their application process? The case you are drawing out is different from the case of the Mexican man. The Mexican man entered the UK on a visit with ulterior intentions. They are two different cases.

Oh well undecided

A Mexican national who told airport immigration he was visiting Britain to see a friend was swiftly deported after a search unearthed a good-luck card in his luggage wishing him well for his "new life in the UK." Skip related content

Border Agency officers at Manchester Airport routinely stopped the 40-year-old chef after he arrived on a flight from Los Angeles last Friday.

The man told them he was on a short trip to see a friend who was opening a restaurant in the area.

"However, a search of the passenger's baggage revealed a huge collection of Mexican food recipes and a good-luck card from his church wishing him well for his 'new life in the UK,'" the agency said in a statement.

The man later admitted he had intended to work at the restaurant illegally and had planned to bring his family over from America if he liked it.

He was deported the next day.

"We will not tolerate people coming here to work illegally," the agency said. "People wanting to visit the UK must play by the rules. Those who do not are sent back."
