Dudu, the bone of contention is whether he really messed up when he got his opportunity to lead the line. The time frame we are talking here was just before Bendtner came back to lead the line again.

Really cant get the stas out now, but I am very sure i can remember Arsene comparing his situation to what happened with vP early season when he was making virtually all assists/ second assist and wasnt getting his own goals. And people were joking he(vP) should take lesson from Verm who was thundering goals with his left foot.

Please do that thing you do and check out the stats for assist in the period just before Bendtner came back. Around the Stoke period and see Eduardo's stats at that time. Cos this season that was the period he trully got his chance to lead the line. And my submission is that he took it before injury took him out again. A hamstring injury to be precise.

However i have to say i dont think he would have kept Bendtner from getting to lead the line though. But to say he really messed up is exaggerating the negative.

Anyways as far as I'm concerned bout the match, I go with Dr. Kit, our players failed to turn up. Barca play a very good pressing game, why we couldnt do that when we didnt have the ball is beyond me. Only one player was running to the man with the ball and guess what he was winning it. Debo, pray what exactly do you mean by Wenger didnt manmage his squad well? It is precisely the depth of our squad that ensures we can still field a team to go to Barca and we are not yet debating how many they will beat us by. Infact there is a belief that it is winnable. David Ngog has gotten good first team exposure over the last couple of seasons,if he hasn't improved up till now, its either

1. He's not up to it-then we'll like to know how he found his way unto our payroll

2. He's not received proper development plan/support - who's responsible for this? Your guess is as good as mine.
