Jaiz bank ko, jazz bank ni. So long as it has an islamic license, it shouldnt operate around the south east/south south, period. They tried islamising 9ja 2ru boko bt it wont work, Now they setup a non-interest collecting bank so as to cease our cash after depositing them so we wont be able to buy arms whenever they begin thier senseless killing. Hmm, nice plan but your plan will fail except for some people who just heard "non-interest...." and jumps into it without getting to know its hidden agenda. Well go on, let the wise hear and abstain from it if they like. |
OMG , LWKMD this evening as i dey walka pass 1 street wey i see a cock untop a cock i.e a cock banging a cock ? |
In the month of july 2009, i was aboard an Egyptair flight from Nigeria to the UAE. I was a first timer then but fear gripted the whole passenger when it was announced that the plane was loosing height after barely 3hrs+ on air(those of you who knows the time of flight to the UAE is 6hrs plus 3hrs for GMT=9hrs in all) due to some indications that air was entering the plane due to maybe a place unclosed. Behold it was true, the emergency exit was kicked open by a guy who the crew members and Air marshal suspected to be have swallowed some raps of drugs and maybe a rap had opened in his stomach making him to react. Mehn it wasnt easy for me as i started thinking East and west like 1. Ma grandpapa, neither ma own papa die for crash. 2. I never marry talkless of to born as God say make we come world come multiply. 3. Na ma 1st time, why i go just die like that? 4. After all the school wey i don go as at then, so na like that i go just die? e.t.c Thank God the crew members used pilows to cover the exit and we managed to land safely at Egypt where we stayed a day before furthering our journey, though the guy was arrested on landing and taken to the Nigerian Embassey for further processes. A lady couldnt even walk after landing so she was brought down with a wheelchair. But i no go lie, egyptians treat us well o0, mehn see dinner na, 9ja no dey carry last na. The kind tin wey me chop eh , Share ur experience nlanders as una travel pass. |
Alxmyr: You need not report yourself. Just go and read your books. What part of the post dont You understand?? #SMH# Did i say i had an exam?? Anoda common sense is lost, gosh. |
Kobojunkie: COMMON SENSE is not as common ooo when it comes to Nigerians . . . read through some of the responses and you understand that a lot of people are still more interested in keeping their heads stuck up in the arses of politicians than they are in changing things for the better in Nigeria.True talk, the common sense isnt just common. Some1 told me that if you pray for the world to change and it doesnt, pray for your nation, if your nation doesnt, pray for your state. If your state doesnt, pray for your village. If your village doesnt, pray for your family. If still your family doesnt, then pray for yourself. Not everyone knows that this is common sense and thats why its not just common, its what you do with it or harness it effectively that makes it common and most Nigerians lack it. |
I would always say this, "the problem with Nigeria is the masses and not the govt, till the masses become clever, then we shall forge ahead". We keep complaining and yet we do nothing about it. Mehn c'mon, this is democracy where the voice of the masses should be heard not the military era where we dont have freedom of speech but when anyone starts the motion, he will get paid to keep it low and inturn he betrays the rest. "CORRUPTION" is just like a virus and if we dont format it now, it might get to the level of HIV which is incurable for now but has drugs to elongate ones life who has it. So all am trying to explain is that if we think Impeaching GEJ is best for us, then move the motion. If prosecuting lawan without evidence is possible and best for us, then move the motion. Its just like praying to God for success in your forthcoming exams yet you are always the 1st man at the football viewing center wi†hout reading anything †owards the exam, how you wan come pass?? Lets try to help ourselves. |
HNosegbe: Please feel free to intimate us on the "measures" on ground, so that we can praise the government instead.you wont knw cos u r nt in d govt. Jst sayin dnt quote me. |

UGHELLI – ONE time Delta State Commissioner for Lands, Survey and Urban Development and House of Assembly candidate of Fresh Democratic Party, FDP, for Patani state constituency, Mr Raymus Guanah, yesterday, returned to Peoples Democratic Party, PDP with over 16,000of his followers. Guanah, who was a major contender in the 2011 House of Assembly election, left the PDP in expression of his dissatisfaction with the party primary election for FDP, where he ran againstthe Deputy Speaker of the state House ofAssembly, Mr Basil Ganagana in the general elections. He lost the said election with 800 votes. Addressing his followers at Patani Central Motorpark, Guanah, said as pioneer chairman of PDP in the area, he could not afford to leave the party. He said it took him and his supporters time to take the decision to return “to the House we built and we will continue to build the party.” He noted that for the first time, PDP won election with less than 1000 votes, adding that their return was to further strengthen PDP in the council and the state in general. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2012/07/guanah-16000-supporters-return-to-pdp/ |
By Kayode Matthew& Hugo Odiogor LAGOS—Nigerian businessmen operating in Ghana yesterday cried out to the Nigerian government to come to their rescue as Ghanaian authorities have commenced closing their shops for allegedly operating illegally. The Nigerian traderssaid their shops were closed becausethey were said not tocomply with the government policy which requires them to have an initial capital of $300,000 and employ 10 Ghanaians before they can start any business in Ghana regardless of the size of the business. One of the affected Nigerians, Mr Ndukaku Mbanefo, who spoke to Vanguard on phone from Ghana said the Ghanaian authorities started closing shops belonging to Nigerians yesterday in Accra, the Ghanaian capital and vowed that the operation will be nationwide. According to him, “the authorities in Ghana yesterday closed more than 40 shops belonging to Nigerians and they are still closing more. They closed our shops because they said we did not comply with the government policy that requires every foreigner who wants to start business in Ghana to have an initial capital of $300,000 and must employ10 Ghanaians to work with him regardless of the size of the business.Even if it is just a small restaurant or abarber shop you must employ 10 Ghanaians and show evidence that you have $300,000 before you can start. “There are nationalsof other West Africancountries like Mali, Cote D’Ivoire, Niger, Cameroon who operate shops in Ghana like us but theGhanaian authorities would not touch them. They target only Nigerians and I don’tknow why. In spite ofall we do to boost their economy and contribute to raise their standard of living, they don’t care, they just hate Nigerians and discriminate against us”. He explained that “some Nigerian traders had to run away and locked up their shops when they saw the Ghanaian law enforcement agents coming but when the law enforcement agents got to the shops, they would relock the shops withtheir security padlocks. Their plan was to give out these shops abandoned by Nigerian businessmen to the Ghanaians”. He therefore appealed to the Nigerian governmentto intervene and protect their businesses saying Nigerians who operate businesses in Ghana are law abiding and hard working, arguing that“we should be allowed to operate under the Ecowas trade treaty. When the Foreign Affairs Ministry was contacted yesterday on the plight of Nigerian businessmen in Ghana, a source told Vanguard that the Ministry is aware of it and that the Federal Government has stepped into the matter. He said the Federal Government has reached out to its Ghanaian counterpart and that those affected should not rush to the ECOWAS court asthey have threatened. Ghanaian authorities have been embarking on hostile business practices against Nigerians who are predominantly in realestate, textile and garments, electronics, banking and telecommunication and tourism. The Ghanaian government had imposed high tariff on Nigerian movies and restricted Nigerian actors from shooting films in Ghana. Nigeria’s telecommunication giant, Globacom was caught up with the high cost of doing business which caused it to delay some crucial aspects of its operations lastyear. The presidential candidate of Labour Party Otunba Dele Momodu, said the attitude of Ghanaian government is a flagrant violation of the ECOWAS protocoland that the Nigerians who are doing business in Ghana hold the key to Ghana’s economic revival. He said Nigeria must stand up to the maltreatment of Nigerian in Ghana because Nigeria has been too good to their West African neighbour. Lagos state Government had saidyesterday that Nigerians should stop empowering Ghanaians and other West Africa countriesby taking businessesto those countries atthe detriment of Nigeria. Sources saidGhanaians are very jittery about Nigerians especially those who are in realestate business who are buying out their Ghanaian counterparts. Nigeriasupplies electricity toGhana and under theObasanjo administration Ghana got over One hundred million dollarloans from Nigeria. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2012/07/ghanaian-govt-chasing-us-out-lament-nigerian-bizmen/ |

A woman suspected her husband was cheating on her with thier maid so she decided to set a trap for him by sending the maid back to the village for holiday without telling her husband. So when he came back that day, she served him and he never asked of the maid so they went to bed. At midnight, the man woke up and told his wife he was going to watch t.v in the sitting room as usual, so he left. The wife then left to the maid's room, undressed herself and laid naked on the bed with the lights off. Few minutes later, a man entered the room and went straight to the bed and began to make love to her. She never said a word until the man was done then she said to him, "so this is how you have being cheating on me erh??" Suddenly the man replied "sorry madam, its musa the gateman. miteolu: A Nigerian court sentenced Alamieyeseigha to two years in prison in 2007 for failing to declare assets in Nigeria, South Africa and the U.S. Prosecutors said he bought more than $8 million in properties with bribes he received from contractors while serving as governor. Alamieyeseigha also pleaded guilty to money laundering on behalf of two companies he controlled — Solomon & Peters Ltd. and Alamieyeseigha and Santolina Investment Corp. The president or vice can only declare his or her assets before sworing in and after tenure so as to contrast and compare the difference btw them and not when he is in office. So GEJ would declare his asset by 2015, afterall he declared it when he was vice with yar'adua. But if he is to declare it now in office then all other govt officials MUST do so, period. |

What about churches that are been bombed? Were they caught?? And why didnt the explosive explode? It seems like a trick by security force to divert our attentions from what we initially thought, that wont work, Boko na Boko no matter what. |
Are they trying to brand Boko haram as not being a religious group fighting for the islamization of the nation?? Or that boko just wants to disunite the nation? Then what is boko's motive and who are they if so ![]() |
