That is why you people make most sensible Nigerians laugh! Enjoy your fresh air folks! ![]() |
Abu34: This is the same political arithmetic u APC e-rats did in Anambra that made Ngige to go and borrow N5 billion from Tinubu and failed woefully at the end.You and who did political arithmetic? Show me where I did any arithmetic or shut up if you can't! Anambra is NOT and can never be representative of Nigeria! That Ananmbra people made a certain choice is their decision but that does not mean their votes will be decisive in a presidential election. Otherwise, why did Ojukwu fail to even get 3% of the votes from all over the country when he contested for president? Except GEJ finds a way to rig the elections and is allowed to get away with it, there's no way he will EVER win another election inNigeria. Today, the governor and all (or most) LGs in Rivers State are in APC or leaning APC, you think they will work to give your retardeen a victory at the polls? Rivers is perhaps the most populated state in the SS. If APC gets a win in Rivers, Kano and Lagos, while clearing the entire north, west, parts of the middle belt (Kwara, etc) GEJ can never win or where will he find the numbers? Note that I have not even added SE to this equation as every Nigerian knows that the SE is the most unreliable of all parts of Nigeria in which elections is for the highest bidder and the most tribalistic. I hope you now have your Second Niger bridge, stoopid people! |
biafranqueen: You have no choice, the people of Anambra will no longer tolerate broken promises I know you people don't want to see me and the crew every month in Awka. We will no longer except lazy governance, roads are not development to brag about but a necessity that is long over due. We are not taking it easy with you people any longer. But ibos are republicans and individuals, why do you still need a government? Educate me abeg! |
Low government and small taxes! Or is it small government and low taxes? Since Ibos are republicans, I am sure their individualistic republicanism only demands they build the bridge from their personal savings! SE governors should provide land so they can individually move to site and start constructing the bridge family by family! It is the ibo way we are told, so ibos over to you or is it until the current bridge sinks into the Niger before you begin to she'd hypocritical crocodile tears? Abeg, don't come and blame Nigeria again o! ![]() |
Where is Moronic9gerian who has been shouting and baying like a tool that APC will soon collapse? Where is Okugbe? And that olori omo ilota Apati? LWTMB! |
Abu34: If APC like they can pick Tanbuwal and Buhari together as president then Fashola and Amaechi together as vice, GEJ will win them with a wide margin. You have to wonder why some people like you make completely illogical and senseless statements! Except retardeen GEJ rigs the election, there is no way he can win the 2015 election! It is the Arithmetic => DUM.BASS DUM DUM! Except rigging the elections, the election is APC's to lose if they mobilize all the votes in the North and South West (majority of the population already), and get the votes in states in the Middle Belt, win or get significant votes in the SS and the SE can go anywhere they like with their minority votes. That is it! The SE will vote only on sentiments, so most parties and aspirants can only do a best-effort campaign but in the areas where the APC has strong support, they must do everything to mobilize all that support, get phone cameras into every hand and be sure to monitor the elections! GEJ can never have the sympathy votes he got in 2011 when he was deemed to have been treated unfairly by some of Yaradua's aide and people in government. |
That is dubai they can mentain it we can not mentain anything. We are not even sure of how our climate will be in 10 years time. So if dubai jump in to fire we too would like to jump in to fire ? We have to think carefully before we jump into unnecessary fantasy and be real with our selves. There are a lot of lands close to the sea in lagos that could have been used and it would have looked very nice.
What are you saying and who is "WE"? Are you not the Ibo tribalist saying WE? No, when you have a sea shore to reclaim as land in your villages, you can write WE until then, start getting ready to pack out of my father's land! you ungrateful people! >>> ![]() |
Re-basing it on what exactly? The huge monumental corruption and leakages? The huge $ 50 B recently missing or the 400,000 barrels of oil stolen per day? Wake me up when you know you cannot base something or nothing except you are ready for disaster! |
These people no go kill person with laugh, abeg! Well, here you see a parody of the NSA logo in which the eagle with a key in its claws replaced with a collection of AT and T cables, eavesdropping headphones covering the eagles big ears! LWTMB Imagine how top government officials would feel when they see logos like these?Imagine the EFCC logo parody in which you see bundles of naira and plea bargain with GEJ packing oil money into a bag! LWTMB seriously!
How hard is it. Build a big estate for this people. Bring all the amenities to one area. You will save a lot of money. Jonathan don't deceive your people. You can deceive Nigerians but don't deceive your people oh. Because if anything should happen to Nigeria we would not receive you or host you so listen well.
What are you going to do? Don't show the whole world that you are a coward that you are, if the retardeen GEJ is coming to his Otuekwe, your types would have been removed from the roads and a 100 KM radius. Be guided! >> ![]() |
Abagworo: @bolded. I'm one of the major advocates of awarding road construction contracts to competent local contractors and not Julius Berger. The only issue is if the local contractor is unable to do a decent job. I will continue to commend Amaechi for using local contractors like Mbata's MCC and Lulu Briggs' LCC in constructing some of the best roads in Rivers State and Nigeria.I quite agree with you! Nigeria's local contractors will never be able to play in the big leagues of construction projects except they start small and cut their teeth growing one step at a time! I don't think our local engineers contractors are necessarily less competent, not in education or training! Yes, experience at the beginning of their careers (like every other person in the world) but the big and real problem is corruption! The society is corrupt, the people are from the same society! This is the real problem and the people who are supposed to police corruption are the fathers of corruption, this is why the local jobs are mostly failures! If a Nigerian contractor or engineer stands his grounds on not being involved in a contract where he will give 30% away as kickback, he will NEVER get any contract from the government, meanwhile their are people who did not even earn a degree in engineering who would register a company, get the same contract and subcontract to someone else who has to also give some kickback. You see the problem compounding now? Even if a serious company does get a construction contract and he had good intentions but the money has already been shared before it gets to him, he is now in a bind: he cannot finish the project if he starts, he cannot construct a quality / durable infrastructure for that money, the government that awarded the contract has moved on to the next corruption-money-giving contract, so you see this is a vicious cycle? However contractors like Julius Berger have some reputation and image to protect and can charge billions more which they may pay to the people giving them the contracts and march up to whoever and ask for variation (upward review of contract sums) if needed. JB has on its board some of the richest and most powerful people in government or close to the corridors of power. The bottom line is when Nigerians are ready to start having the local construction companies do a good job on time and to standards, kill corruption and reject every corrupt leader. The only reason that some states are doing better than average like Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Oyo, etc is that they know their people will NEVER let them rest for one day whether they construct the road or not, whether it is gold standard or silver standard, even if they make it diamond standard and still do something else utterly silly, they would have to struggle so hard to win another election and people will not stop talking and calling them names! Recently Governor Fashola and Opeifa were still booed by their own people, in their own land and arguably, this folks are doing much better than the rest of the other governments but yet it is not enough! Or, they did something else in the past, etc. The other thing is that some of these leaders almost have to hold the people accountable by the jugular and will keep going to inspect the place every now and then, etc. In other parts of Nigeria things are not done like that, mostly. Generally (not to stereotype anyone), the north seem to regards their leaders whether or not they steal or improve their lives and hardly question authority of even bad leaders, the Ibos pride themselves as individuals, jews whose mantra is now the US republicans small government, low taxes and so far as their individual houses can be accessed by foot path, canoe, a falling Niger Bridge, or any other means, they are good to go so far as it doesn't stop them from making money, the SS are mostly about their oil and oil money. Give them oil money in a few millions and you can loot the rest of the billions till kingdom come, they have no qualms with it! |
collynzo2: It is amazing how Igbo related threads always get more comments from descendants of Oduduwa than Igbos themselves.Hypocrite! So the thread on Eko Atlantic is getting more praises than Yorubas, who own the lands and the ones investing in the land? You pretend as though you don't know since you are a freak masquerade bigot! |
Kill EFCC and go start talking about fighting corruption! Jonathan is so dum.b, he is ONLY better than utterly dum.ber douches who believe his fairy tale lies! >> ![]() |
ngozievergreen: U just made it look as if up to 3 of 10 yorubas live large or work in the multinationals .I am not understanding your argument or point here as you are way offbase from the topic! So the ibos are the ones who own the 2 X 2 shops, yet the Yorubas only make up 3 / 10 of their work force, yet the population of Yorubas is higher than the Ibos by at least 5 - 10 Million in Nigeria, so what are you trying to say? That the shop owners are also the staff of the multi-nationals who are mostly in the Yoruba South West? How exactly will your arguments here increase the IGR of ibo states seeing as you haven't even posted a different version of the CBN data or perhaps you have your own data based on what you feel or think? If the SW civil service employs more ibos than the other way round, it shows you how open-minded the Yorubas are and how much more employment opportunities are available there. You know the kicker? Nothing will be better than the day Nigeria goes into regionalism or disintegration and ibos have to leave! Just think about it! Imagine the millions that will leave in shame, with all their loads in tow. You think Ghana must go bag is bad, the Ibo must go bags will be really dehumanizing and demoralizing as I can imagine ojukwu's face painted on the bags! Imagine your buses making a one way trip alone out of Yoruba land and not being allowed to come back in as you must pick your ibo cargo at the borders of Yoruba land! Imagine that story, what it would sound like? Just imagine the look on your faces when you now start living in Alaibo without the resources of the SS, without the lands of the South West and north and the hospitality and welcome of the Yorubas. Your only claim to any positive is if you build a sustainable land because if you don't you derision shall last a thousand millennia! |
Until the day the bridge drops into the water before anything is done, heck, expect a lot of finger pointing between Anambra and Delta State and the FG. Then they will point to IBB, Buhari, Abacha, OBJ and the retardeen. Yaradua will also share some blame too. Then they will do mostly nothing afterwards with construction starting and stopping every few days! I think it is good actually so that we can let Ibos separate from the rest of Nigeria. Why ask for disintegration, yet spend billions of naira to build the bridge? I want Ibos to actually boast when the bridge drops, they always do no matter how phoolish they sound! |
It's because of small government and low taxes adopted republican ideology. Every Ibo is actually supposed to make and tar their own roads and construct their individual bridges across the Niger, I'm only surprised they don't want to pay taxes to the government but at the same time the FG should build the roads and bridges. Also, the governors know that Ibo people will only come to Iboland once or twice all year, so a disposable road is the best and cheapest: use it and dispose it, then budget for another one for the next visit. Since their governments too are also individuals, in the spirit of the individualism ideals, they see the government as their own business, just like any other ibo spare parts seller. They only need to be accountable to themselves. |
lygn19: See how olodoish u re, in ur 1st post she is south african, in ur 2nd post she is igbo.Which first post are you talking about or are you blind ni? Whether she is SA or Ibo, since when did an anonymous forum like NL have a system of verifying who is behind what ID? In any case, you people should go back to your land and built your own cities, we don't care for your advice borne of of jealousy and envy. I am not abusing you or anyone, just saying you MUST leave, whether today or the day Nigeria breaks. This is it! |
BluIvy: How am I embarrassing myself? Why do you Ibos remain jealous and hateful towards everything in Yoruba land? When Sheik Al Maktoum of the UAE was reclaiming the land on which the impressive, tallest building in the world now stands the Burj Khalifa, ibos did not see anything wrong with it. When they built the Burj Arab, you did not see anything wrong with it and would die just to go and import anything and stay in those hotels (only if you could afford it). When Hong Kong built some of its biggest buildings on reclaimed land, it was okay and you opened your mouths in wonderment. Now the Yorubas are building the signature city of tomorrow right on their land, which they reclaimed from the Atlantic, guess who is crying the loudest? Ibos! Your single dime is not in the investment! It is not your land, and before you get here by road you would have to cross through Delta State, our cousins state of Edo State, and I wonder why are you crying louder than the people who have direct states in this project? Geez, who said he actually went there with some of his friends actually saw some people who already built shanties to live there. The question is: do you care about their safety more than they care or you are actually jealous and you think if you cry hard enough, we would stop developing our lands? Regionalism, followed by a total disintegration is the answer to this madness! The day Ibos would be evicted by all Nigerians back to their Iboland would be the best day ever! Then, your small government, low taxes and individualism in which every family buys their own transformer and build their own roads would be what you would have to contend with all your lives! >> ![]() |
LMAO...how many jobs has this retardeened government created in its four years of corruption and fighting everyone with a better idea? This useless phoolish Ph. D GEJ makes Dangote, a man well ahead of this dumbass president seem like Einstein X 2! Oh, and how about the "most hardworking people" from the east of the naija? I wonder how many spare parts selling business or small government, low taxes state governments in the east have created 10,000 jobs yet? LMAO ...awon ode sugomu alata rodo! |
chukwudi44: Dude you people never cease to amaze me!!! You seriously believe a sitting President can be impeached in Nigeria? Have you even bothered reading up the procedures for impeaching a president?Yes he can be impeached, especially if he is a retardeen like GEJ. Don't ever in your life compare Obasanjo to GEJ. That President Obasanjo could not be impeached does not mean GEJ cannot be impeached! OBJ brought a super level of top game to his presidency and Nigeria that retardeen GEJ can not find even in his dreams! If you or him are banking on Ihejirika, then you have no idea of what happened pre-civil war when the top military leadership were told directly by NCOs they would not carry out even a single order until they produced their commanders who had been killed. Ironsi was given the same treatment afterwards. If GEJs life is greater and more important than all the thousands already killed and dying from poverty and hunger, then you folks need not complain - enjoy your pains! However, when the monster of people's dissatisfaction, anarchy and insubordination to every thieving looney in this useless administration boils over, you can point the fingers of blame to GEJ and the Ibos who have propped out their tin god on a wooden pedestal. |
It makes a lot of sense: regionalism and next step, emergence of sovereign countries! The South West is now being joined by the North of this common sense and equitable path to the progress of the country and our peoples! Will the SE (Ibos) stand to be counted this time? My SS brothers have always wanted 100% control of their resources but "a greater than resource control is here". Middle Belt, this is the time to hone down of your competitive advantages and take 100% control of your destinies! The West has always been ready and making this call since th days of Chief Obafemi Awolowo, our most respected leader and Premier. Now lets go there and raise our game and people right from our regions and villages! Are you ready Nigeria >> ?? |
Oh wow...about 3,000 views and almost a thousand posts, I am yet to see anyone challenge the CBN data with any authentic and verifiable data about the topic in discussion. Unfortunately, some Ibos see the IGR statistics as released by the CBN as a threat and feel they needed to respond by posting video, pictures and rants about Iboland. Well, we are talking about scientific statistics not what one person thinks by going all around or looking for pictures on the internet. What will be the fate of the IGR of Ibo States in 2013 report because we are now at the end of another fiscal year? Is it going to be another year of under-performance and blaming the low IGR on your loss of the civil war since over 40 years ago? I am waiting for answers and I'm kinda happy because your multiple rants and pictures have only succeeded in increasing the IGR of the South West and I am sure you know exactly how. |
doc sholz: The problem with southwest is actually very simple POPULATION too many people migrating in and not enough migrating out, under regional federalism it might have been manageable, unitary government is the worst thing to happen to d southwest and SouthsouthThat will surely be fixed, it's just a question of time. However, I am more interested in people to show facts different from what was released by the CBN. |
GEJ could covertly be behind the death of Yaradua because he had the MOST go gain from it! This is my theory and if he acted ion concert with anyone, they'd be the ones benefiting the most in Nigeria right now. That is why they have GEJ by the balls to give them almost anything! Unfortunately, GEJ will not do anything to even look into this matter because the shi.tstorm will come back on him and the people who tout themselves as the supported of this administration! If you are still wondering, stand facing the north and then look to your right: they are the culprits! ==> E >>? |
I don't get to watch NTA but can someone tell us what is happening: are Ijaws asking for a war ni >>? I mean total war >>? I enjoin Nigerians to keep their nerve about them and don't be drawn into an unnecessary war, a sane man always ties to ignore a madman and Nigerians should ignore whatever Ijaw man is asking for war! Why would any normal person want war and for what >? Never worth it and I am sure the parts of Nigeria who have seen real wars (not police action or ki eran ma je ile action) would rather do something more productive than travel all the way to Ijaw land to go and fight our brothers! Even if there is a minority who want war, we must do everything to talk to them and out of a ruinous path, let them know we have no desires to come over and fight or people and for what >>? GEJ? GEJ is doing a lot more to their disadvantage than anyone else right now and one day, whether 2015 or 2019, he will cease to be president, with Ijaw land having nothing to show for it, who would have lost? The oil spills are still there and getting worse, the fishing opportunities are going or gone, the land can not be used for farming anything mostly, the oil is depleting, losing value and more wells are being drilled in other parts of the country of world, when oil is gone or loses value, what is their fall back plan? Nigeria should forget any war with Ijaws, just not needed or worth it! |
Hehe.. yet you people are still tenant all over the country and are being slaughtered like EWU in the north. Shameless people. If you do not know, the sham of an election held recently in Anambra finally revealed Peter Obi's fraud to the whole world. You always go to other climes and chest beat, yet your homeland is 10 times worse. It will soon dawn on your people when you beginning to pay tenant charges in Edo State. We cannot continue to develop the place with hard earned taxes and you "unproductive immigrants" would continue to rain abuses on those who have shown you pity and accommodated you.
Omo, una go prepare well o! Otherwise, they will be telling you they developed Benin in a few years time! They will tell you the oil you have seeped from their soil into your land! Ibos want SS to be part of their biafran dream only because of oil otherwise despite that the whole of Naija are brothers, all trying to up their collective games, the one with the lowest performance ratings (ibos) is the one boasting the most and hoping to co-opt the resources of the closest brother as soon as the brother ogas on top stops looking even for 1 minute! LMAO ![]() |
Ajirebi, who remembers him too? A jigi jaga? Back in the day! This was Yorubas in acting LONG before ibos sauntered into the front of a movie camera! I know you people are always trying to throw away the toga of the inferiority complex, fostered even heavier because of the fact that you lost your only war in history! It is just like the dullest student in class who always tries to answer the teacher's questions to create an impression to his fellow students that he is smart! At the end of the week or term, his ZEROS are already piling up again for another: Failure, advised to repeat class! Compare to the smartest guys in the class, you'd have no clue they are raking in 90s and 100% while you are sweating and stammering to answer the teacher's questions! LMAO >> ![]() |
Marpol: Do you by any chance live in Shagamu? I do and I know what am talking about. I only said instead of building a 6 lane expressway in the middle of the town that leads to nowhere including an overhead bridge at Sabo, they could have maintained the 2 lane road, do a roundabout with traffic lights at Sabo and used the scarce resources to touch up the remaining roads.Really? There is a part of Nigeria where what you see exists in naked form. Why not move to anywhere from Anambra, Abia, Imo, Ebonyi or Imo?? If you can't stop talking nonsense because one day, the population of those areas would be much larger and then need a 4 lane express, then you'd prefer the state to pay twice more in compensation and destroy the billions of investment just to add another lane? Some of you are really stupid! In front of my office here is one of the roads in one of the business districts of a major city in North America and it is a 3 lane road which is completely overwhelmed in rush hours or friday! In fact I have to leave the office soon otherwise, the traffic will be at almost a stand still and that is not because people are cutting corners but there is way too many cars + bus (dedicated lane) and lots of street lights at many intersections! It is 3 lane today, what if 1 lane is designated for buses and bikes at rush hours in the future or after completion? Then you will complain that the single lane is too small right?? Some of you are too stupid to be Yorubas or even human! |
For that to happen, someone has to falsify something somewhere. I could have sworn figures from any federal government about any state comes straight from the state. How one can differ from the other is a shame. Falsified information anyone? I thought GEJ administration have fixed all this but it seems there still some areas left undone.... @whole thread I hate finals. See how I missed this thread, especially watching the @ss whooping as it occurs, Goddamn it. Well kudos the those on the page zero, kudos to majemedia, ochichido had me weak with laughter, chino literally killed me with laughter. Bleep all this noise, let me bombarded this thread with pictures..it speaks a thousand words. ( chino's mindset) hey chino, you are a little mean to the rest of your SE brothers that are not Anambra and you are extremely mean to SW people. Who are you nice to? Chei. You killed me.
If you read the report, you will see the sources of the data is clearly stated. Of course, you people would say your personal opinion supersedes objective, factual data. Doesn't matter anyway, it doesn't change anything about how everyone must someday answer their papa's name and go back to their lands! |
FreeGlobe: we are talking the great River Niger bridge here not mushroom bridges built by Amaechi.Really? Let the damn bridge drop into the Niger river if you would not cry for a mushroom footbridge! This is another fast way to have your biafra, why are you afraid >>? |
ochejoseph: Ordinarily I would not have responded to you but for the Fact that Many people will. Read this thread and may be take your word as factsI think you must be really stupi.d to not see that the same retardeen GEJ who is in charge of the custom and who you support is the same you are complaining about his employees! If you had enough brain, you'd go to Aso Rock to go and lick his arse! |
