did I hear you correctly. No hard marking? You are funny. Football of now is even easier compared to their days. They played in harsh conditions such as poor stadiums, weather was sometimes in bad shape, the audience wasn't as large as it is now, they had fewer endorsement and money to make. They didn't have the luxuries your ronaldo and messi are having today. Transportation was poor that some times they had to sleep for days to arrive a particular venue to play. The medical condition was bad that any little injury ended there contract... The list goes on. Don't even say what you don't know. If they had the kind of comfort they had now someone like maradonna would have been ten times the messi we are seeing today.
Shey you de whine me abi... grin please don't just come up with those factors as if we don't play football in dilapidated fields in Nigeria and we very good at it...most of us will shine very well in most European Stadiums, Or do you think before Messi, CR7,Neymer etc became who they are today, they didn't play street football in harsh weather conditions...??

Just go and watch those documentaries very well and see the rubbish they were playing back then in the 80s, most are over aged, why won't Pele at 17yrs deal with his ancestors very well grin I still maintain my stand, both won't make second 11 at Hull City, what are my even saying, they won't even survive screening in any top flight professional football of this present era...

So I went to work today because I work in a pharmacy.i got a call from this number 0905 803 8488 saying he is calling because a baba(old man) mistakenly sent a massage to me which contain recharge card of 3k,pleading I should not load it that the card is for his son in another state.i told the guy that he should not worry I won't load it.he thanked me then cut the call.

Seriously, I don't know why they keep on emphasizing and insisting on this school feeding program,
This is a period where Nigeria and Nigerians are experiencing the highest level if Poverty and crisis in itshistory, and the federal government are hell bent on spending huge millions on feeding the kids instead of empowering their parents.

Personally, I feel like all these is just another way of embezzlement.

I don't see any different between Buhari and Abacha. As a matter of fact, Abacha regime was economically beneficial that buhari's administration can ever be.

Check out the below opportunity announcement
Please stop feeling "it is what it is" the whole scheme is aimed & budgeted to siphon and emblezzle public funds without traces...

if we are talking of sportsmen, Messi is not even in top 10.... he has to topple Pele, maradona, cr7 first in football before entering sportsmen.....cheesy
Lol you are talking in the nonsense, Lionel Messi was the first ever footballer to win the award sportsman of the year... Even Cr7 haven't achieved that feet....

And lemme put this to you, I have taken my time to watch documentaries of both Pele and Maradona and there is no doubt they were the greatest player of their time... But compare the era of football those days and now, would you agree they are the Greatest ever?? Football of those days was filled with laughter and no hard marking involved...

If all the qualities of Pele and Maradona is transferred to this present football, both of them won't even make second 11 in Hull City squad...

Kai... If you want to understand me very very well, go back and watch those documentaries, then imagine a Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo was in action in any of those team, I can bet my scrotum they will be scoring at least 5 goals per game, that's if those guys didn't give them a flying kick in one of those games... grin

Blank check? Lol that was just speculations, Barca said they never received an offer from Man City and Man City never contacted Messi, just rumors.

Trust me the day Messi steps foot outside Barca that'll be his end. But we can say the same for the GOAT (Ronaldo).
The owner of PSG said they will pay Messi any amount he wants... On the other hand, I wonder how you guys arrived to that conclusion that if Messi should leave Barca that will be the end, one thing is certain, On behalf of Barcelona fans worldwide, we don't want him to go...

If you guys are waiting for Lionel Messi to leave Barcelona before he can proof some inconsequential and baseless bragging right to you all, then you all are waiting in vain.... grin

He said in view of the current massive development in the South-East, the region has no alternative than to remain in the APC and support the Buhari administration. He said, “Given what is happening in the South East now in terms of development, I don’t think any project is bigger than second Niger Bridge in Nigeria today.
If you see that bridge, it is getting to conclusion. They will soon finish. I know that by next year that project would have been completed. That bridge was used to dupe our people for 21 years, I won’t go further than that.”

The Coordinator of the Ndigbo APC in Lagos, Eze Uche Dimgba, said the Igbo in Lagos would vote massively for the ruling party and continue to support the Buhari administration.
The president of the Igbo community in Lagos, Chief Sunday Udeh, recalled that Igbo people were not united in the 2015 elections.

Liar. The $22.5billion was recently approved and has not been borrowed.

Some of the projects FG intends to carry out with the money will benefit all Nigerians. The Lagos to Calabar coastal rail project will pass through the south east and benefit Igbo traders more than any other tribe.

The Mambilla power project upon completion will be added to the national power grid and distributed to all homes in Nigeria including the south east.

Other projects to be executed with the loan are nationalistic projects that will benefit all Nigerians.
If they really wants the easterners to benfit as you earlier said, then restructuring should be the case, they need Sea-ports(River Naija is just here wasting away for nothing).... Nothing like International airport in the whole south-east, and the list goes on, telling me it will benefits all Nigerians is hokum....

FYI Cristiano Ronaldo took a pay cut to join Juventus. He was earning more at Real Madrid. Now before you counter me do your research if not I'll post more than 4 links to back up my claims.
Well I don't know much about this very well, but what I know his pay cut was as result of the money he forfeited due to the fact his contract was supposed to expire in 2021,so he chose to let go...But he earns higher wages currently in Juventus than Real Madrid....

E no hard for una to born the children, but e hard for them to train the kids.

But r no hard for them to give them voters card to turn up on election day and vote northerners, as they spread their northern propaganda through BBC Hausa.

The north knows what they are doing is wrong they don't need to be told.

We in the south need to start up almajiri system we need to increase our population too, send them to different parts of Nigeria to start begging and give them voters card to vote when the time comes

Today, the Nigeria Army are accusing the N50 boys of brutalising the suicide attempting soldier.... Just like the way the APC will shift the blame to the PDP for their gross stupidity.

No good story coming out from the Nigeria Army since Tukur Buratai took over.

I'll rather join the Lord's Choosen Army led by Lt. Colnel Lazarus Muoka than the Nigeria Army.
