Chokolee: Good job you have done; some people would critisize you cos they dont find it easy doing all these..having said that, if you cant afford expensive fibre, buy garri, if you cant affort to much of vegetables..chop onions or bitter leaf, if the nuts are on the high side, slice groundnuts..what about red wine, some one sighed..just drink zobo..hope these helps?
