Alright people, is this portion of the bible tying to explain that women ain't meant to participate in the church? That women ain't meant to preach in a congregation? That women ain't suppose to ask questions in church? I'm just ignorant at the moment, can someone enlighten me on this?

1 Corinthians 14:33-36
