The woman doesn't love him too but wants to stay and frustrate his life the more grin grin grin. Chai, there is god o.

There isn't any point staying in a relationship where love is lost. The bible confirms it too.

Jeez! It is becoming obvious the general elections have been rigged to favor GEJ. This is a treasonable statement even from the camp of the presidency.

Am I disappointed? No! This proves the change we are all clamouring for. GEJ has failed and he wants everything to go down with him. This is wickedness.

Saying she wants her husband to feel the pain of oppression didn't sound well to me. I don't know about others but that expression to me is from a wicked heart.
Thank you. In another thread where I said the woman should either divorce or sue or find a way around it, majority of the ladies were thinking I am Esther. Like seriously? Two wrongs don't make a right. You can't be calling someone a monster when your thought is monstrous
FamilyRe: thank you by smartigo: 9:06am On Jan 18, 2015
Romance section irritates me due to the level of childish talks n love love n love matter(smh); family section is full of squabbles because we have very emotional n egocentric posters. It is disheartening when a thread is turned south.

To be fair, it is not easy loving someone who had been bad to you;the spousal abuse had affected the op who didn't care about her husband staying late. That event is a culmination of series of events which the op didn't divulge.

It is difficult for me to judge in this issue other than for the woman to help herself. If the kitchen is too hot, get out. But avoid calling your husband names on public forum. Shikena!

I'm not here to condemn the pastor or say he's lying. Ofcuz a revelation of such may come. But on the other hand, it may just be a psychological trick the pastor used.

Ofcuz all those things he mentioned happen on a daily basis and oh yes! Many come to church straight from their boyfriend's house and the pastor is already aware that a lot of youths come to the church and are victims of such.

I don't support the Sin he mentioned anyway
your point? It seems u don't like 'pastor'

Comments so far have been self-centered angry @ op, your case is terrible since it has formed part of you over the years.

You need deliverance and dedication of your life to Jesus. Good enough you have realised your problem.
You need to renew your mind , the battle is in the mind.

@ coco How are so sure the girl doesn't want marriage? You talked about well being, what if according to them, that is part of the process.

My point is the guy should receive his punishment whether he marries her or not.

All of u shouting Islam are so pathetic n hypocritical. This is an issue that rears his ugly head as a result of the medieval mind of the father. Can't you even see this is the problem the North is facing because they aren't educated and exposed. Sorry to burst your bubbles, it is in the bible if you need to know. Is it part of the law.

As sad and painful as it may sound, your supposed Nigerian husband is traditionally married to the lady, Esther. You were only a channel to his Green Card; some Nigerian men do that often.

My lady, just as many have advised you, you don't have to bother yourself too much. Once you put to bed and very strong, sue the Nigga. Yes! Sue him for any penny he has, for child support and others. Ensure he doesn't come back to Nigerian with a single property that's not his. If possible, ensure he smell and feel jail.

Take heart.

I don't think this is fair and right to the father of her child. She will only become a depository for hatred. Lady, learn to forgive.

Findingtruth, you have d option to divorce him, sue him or stay and make him responsible for your unborn child. The choice is yours.

In life, when faced with worse situations, rash decisions are inimical in the long run. God give u the wisdom.

What is eating into some people, even that shameless FFK sef? Obviously, they are threatened going by the incessant cheap blackmail and personality assassination. Buhari has been favored and he is coming to power this 2015.

PoliticsNew Year Message Of Change by smartigo(op): 12:20pm On Jan 02, 2015
It is yet another year again and as we usher ourselves into the year 2015 with great hope and dreams, may the inevitable CHANGE sweep across the country.

It is not surprising that this time like never before the youths have been actively involved in politics and the consciousness has awoken.

This is a clarion call; it is time to gather as much as the effect of an atomic bomb and send a clear message that this country shall never again tolerate politicians who are wolves in sheep's clothing.
I have never smeared the personality of the presidency but as my civil responsibility allows, I have the right to highlight, protest, complain and vote to express my desired change. On this premise, I wish to drum up for someone I have chosen and I hope you also make the right and best choice based on the following:

Never in the history of this country has emphasis been made so much on our differences like now.
Never has the head of the presidency been occupied by someone ill-prepared for it.

He had made so many unfulfilled promises.
Never has mathematics been redefined where the lesser controls the majority.
Corruption taken to an astronomical new level
New philosophical sayings coined
A man who can't control his wife’s excesses
Yes, he is humble, simple and has a good heart; but Nigerians need a strong and decisive leader.
Power and security are nothing to write about.

This is a time when the center needs to be de-centralised and power returned to the federating units who will maximise their resources with the FG helping the weak ones among them.
There are many things I can write against this government that I am not pleased with, but the truth is every government has its shortcomings. However, where the flaws outnumber the effectiveness, change is needed.

Let's support a man with zero-tolerance for corruption.
Let's support a man with a heart to serve.
Let's support a man who is ready to listen to our yearnings and aspirations
A man with experience in governance.
Let's support Buhari/Osinbajo for the presidency.
Wishing you a prosperous year, and free and fair general elections.

Happy New year to these people:

Would have taken time to educate you but no time bro. Olamide's songs are or maybe contextual. People change for good. God only call the condemned and bring out the best in them.

Now who is opening a conversation with abuse? People like u provoke reaction and then turn around to base a senseless arguement on that reaction.

So, far ur reaction is predictable becos most yorubas have developed a sense of entitlement with regards to Lagos Governorship or Politics. This is very much so, to the detriment of the multi-ethnic and linguistic character of Lagos as a state.

What igbos are requesting is not unreasonable since they make a sizeable contribution to the state budget via heavy taxation and have been resident in the state from conception as the capital of Nigeria.

They own a sizeable chunk of the land mass that they bought and have even built upon. They are only asking to participate in the governance of their state. If Obama can be President of America, i dont see the big deal here.
How can you feel entitled to what belongs to you? You will produce reaction soon and this has been an affront by the Igbos instead of choosing the path of integration. Honestly, am tired of trying to school some people on what it means to be part of the people you live among.

Your analogy of Obama is warped. I have stated how this is possible earlier but it seems you still live in lala land or hell bent on your old approach. Good luck.

It is an indirect threat to say if you don't give us these things, we will vote for Jimi Agbaje. With that stup1d ondo man wearing IBO garb recently, I won't be surprised if they succumb to some of their greedy, incomprehensible demands.
Do you say indirect threat? This is a direct threat with what I read. Using the same ideology which APC stands for, which some of them never believed in to curry favour is a big insult.

Until they stand up and hold the few bad ones accountable and be identified with one cause, only then will people see the sincerity in their demands.

You can't be speaking with two mouths just for what you want for yourself, it is divisive.
PoliticsRe: Igbo Group In Lagos Writes Fashola, Complains About Marginalisation by smartigo: 2:29am On Dec 28, 2014
This letter would have carried more sincere intention than it seems now. More like exploring all available means to blackmail the government of the day for political reasons.

Some requests are off the hook. Like asking for the definition of Nigeria using just a state to deny it's people some privileges they enjoy which at the federal level they aren't enjoying. These benefits will come by integration; be part of the people, identify with their culture, life styles and not taunt them about how their lives would have been hellish without you.

The fact you could write this letter, it clearly shows the freedom of expression you enjoy in the first place. See yourself as Lagosian and not igbo in Lagos.

Until then,ur intention will be seen as an act of domination.

Another lie, this all sounds like self consolation to me. We both know you are bull shitting no one here.

What you said sounds just like me saying I would rather have a watch a football match at home than live at the stadium if given a choice between the two..that is total horse shitt.

A marriage isn't just about having kids, it's the companionship, the journey, the self discovery. The having someone beside you to share your joy, laughter, tears, or even farts with. It's not just about having kids, so how can you open your mouth and say any lady would prefer to be alone and have kids rather than have a husband beside her? Like I said earlier it's only over aged unmarried spinsters who have no more hope that say this.

Listen it's more fun to spend a million dollars with a wife and family than to spend a billion dollars alone.

Trust me I know what I am saying. Don't worry there's still hope for you okay? Nobody deserves to be alone, we should all find that special person that makes this life shine with true love
As much as I agree with you, u seem not to be in tune with the reality on ground. You can be sure of what some women want. I write becos I know one who told me that is what she wants.
