PoliticsRe: GEJ's Speeches Used Against Him In APC Sponsored Newspaper Adverts by smartigo: 8:08am On Feb 06, 2015
OneNaira6:
Coming from an APC rat whose only form of income is being an underpaid internet thug with Zero sensibility and ounce of brain cells to make any logical sense nor display rational understanding and reasoning apart from the usual "Sai buhari" mantra and applauding and/or condemning anything for/against buhari is rather expected. Expecting you to understand the amount of stupid1ty displayed by you lots on daily basis is literally like expecting a rock to speak English. Thank you for the like and informing me. That your attention seeking have been noticed. Now you can go back to that your miserable pay by post job of yours. What a pathetic miserable sad excuse of life you have. That actually something to applaud. Being worthless in life despite your age is just out of this world. Hope they pay you well.
Going by your logic, you are an e-PDP paid rat for expressing your opinion. Bro, you are too emotional. Control your rage. Those who made snide remarks about him only did so online and not on the national platform;they are expressing their displeasure of the government in the way they know in which they got served too. So,what are we saying? If you call Buhari a despot, nobody will accuse otherwise but to wish him death becos of hate is way too far for comfort.

PoliticsRe: General Buhari's Military Government by smartigo: 7:46pm On Feb 05, 2015
FreeGlobe:
if he couldn't end corruption in Nigeria as a dictator is it now that he will end it? APC logic upside down
For how long did he rule this country? Just 2 years. How do you reconcile the rot in the system with the years he ruled? Buhari is anti-corruption personified. This country needs a strong person, not a weakling or sissy at all.
PoliticsRe: General Buhari's Military Government by smartigo: 7:28pm On Feb 05, 2015
Anyway, I won't deny the fact he was too strict but one thing counts: he will fight corruption which has eaten so deep into the fabrics of activities in this country.

Btw, if you are yet to collect your pvc, please do so. You can track it here: www.govote.ng/pickup/

Thanks for the correction that was a typo.

I have already made my point clear in that post, if you are yet to get my drift I am sorry I can't help.

Why should I spend my time Refuting an article not targeted at me. Moreover if I was to even refute my energy would be more focused on highlighting the hypocrisy of the Op and his party.

You are welcome. I would have liked to see that. Anyway, it won't change or add anytin to an established thought, so I will let it rest. Cheers!
PoliticsRe: Breaking News: I'd Rather Resign Than Postpone Elections - Prof. Jega by smartigo: 8:24pm On Feb 04, 2015
This is what I call a responsible leader. Standing firmly for what you believe and not minding whose ox is gored. I only hope the elections will not be postponed.
PoliticsRe: THE TSUNAMI- LRNZH Responds As Promised to agaba123 by smartigo: 8:16pm On Feb 04, 2015
Matthewbriggs:
This is not a Tsunami this is simply a friendly tap on the shoulder.

Your failure started with you calling your response a Tsunami. Its is better to under promise and over deliver. I expected more.

If I am to write against GEJ in light of what you are trying to rebute... what you have up their is just scratching the surface. In fact the real reason I am pro GEJ is because I do not see APC as the real change, I have been able to see through their charade and come to realise ... GEJ is the better option.

Also you dedicating a whole entry talking about his Idoma heritage was very laughable. Imagine a full grown man who claims he has limited time, decides to spend that limited time writing an entry based on conjecture and hear say. Him refuting it has put your Tsunami in shambles. This means your acclaimed tsunami has a weak foundation.

That alone gave credence to your thought process. It highlighted how gullible you are. How you can easily base your conviction on hear say, conjectures and false foundation.

If what you wrote is a tsunami. if one is to write about what APC as a party and those who has vested interest in her. The same people who are responsible for where we are today now rebranding them self as change ... If that piece is be written It would be called "The apolycapse"
I am still trying to get your drift? What is your grouse with his choice of words? I love to learn a new word. Is it apolycapse or apocalypse? Elucidate.

The least you could have done is to refute his write-up and not this lame comment about his availability.

He has come again oooooooo. Beware of a man who failed in his promises; a man who promised and failed without apologizing or stating reasons for his failure.

He spent six years clearing legal barriers, how many years will he spend to make Ajaokuta Steel Company functional? Only if some people support cluelessness, will they vote for you.
PoliticsRe: THE TSUNAMI- LRNZH Responds As Promised to agaba123 by smartigo: 7:44am On Feb 04, 2015
Well done LRNZH! An in-depth analysis of facts that will keep him and his ilks in their places. They know the truth but will rather hide behind religious/tribal lines to support GEJ; in fact, all of them do it in real life.

The magnitude of the smear campaigns is a pointer to his failures. I like the Idoma proverb.

CelebritiesThrowback: KWAM1 & The Lessons Herein by smartigo(op): 11:19am On Feb 02, 2015
It is so funny how people bring up old pictures of celebrities and the only thing on their mind is: money is good. Yes, money is good but is it all about the money?

Money is a substance that comes as a reward for an effort; we need to educate ourselves in this knowledge. I stumbled on a picture of KWAM1 de Ultimate and I couldn't help than sharing it and write a word of inspiration about it.

PoliticsRe: Breaking News- Iran Offers To Help Nigeria Fight Boko Haram by smartigo: 2:33pm On Feb 01, 2015
Iran!? I can never believe the sincerity of this offer. In what capacity do they wish to help?

Indeed, these are bad times for my country. Too many issues to deal with that I won't be surprised if the government accepts this just to abscond her duties under the guise of showing commitment in fighting boko haram.

Nigeria should not compromise her security n sovereignty to any foreign bodies other than our neighbours under a joint effort or an approval.

Are you an APC member?
You are wrong. Lie is synonymous to PDP.
RomanceRe: My Online Dating Experience. by smartigo: 9:41pm On Jan 31, 2015
Nothing is bad having preferences n what you can't tolerate. But let ask ourselves some salient questions.

What if that's the only or one of the few turn offs, can't you help? If she/he is a sibling, do you do away with them. Coming online sharing this hasn't helped if you didn't at least let them know even if you won't date them.

My only problem is how to tell them without hurting their feelings. I have a fren, she has it but she is a good n honest person. Do I stop being her fren becos of that?

Someone with odour because of bad hygiene can be addressed than someone with terrible stretch marks; it is about choices and what we can live with. The truth is,learn to convey ur opinion without hurting people's ego.

PoliticsRe: New Facts Show President Jonathan’s Age Falsification by smartigo: 8:10am On Jan 29, 2015
LRNZH:
Incompetence is proven.
Corruption mindset is proven.
Sectionalism and tribalism are proven.

Now we are proving that he is a liar. Fake PhD thesis and age falsification are perjury. It is not trivial.
I can't agree less with you. Have u ever wondered why we don't have elder statesmen who are credible enough to call a truce n lead this country right. The truth is corruption had eroded their sanity.
This is the singular reason I am rooting for GMB. I don't knw him personally neither am I a paid agent but I am just tired of this country.
PoliticsRe: New Facts Show President Jonathan’s Age Falsification by smartigo: 7:48am On Jan 29, 2015
This is what you get when issue-based campaign is replaced with calumny. I am not concerned about his age because it won't reduce his cluelessness.

At times, Nigeria is just sickening
PoliticsRe: A Word Of Advice To All "Igbo Internet Warriors". by smartigo: 9:22am On Jan 28, 2015
@ Op, you are yet to experience what the article is written about. Wait, they are coming for u.
You will soon join berem n co as outcast.

Btw, thought provoking article. I believe they know but is like a case of just destroying Northern oligarchy and the Western hegemony. We have some Yorubas supporting GEJ but not as passionately as the Igbo.

The article is about supporting your choice without shooting yourself in the leg which requires political sagacity of your elites; I don't see anything bad in that. Anyway, I support GMB. Peace.
PoliticsRe: Documentary On History Of Nigeria - A Must Watch For All Nigerians by smartigo: 8:37am On Jan 28, 2015
Are you for real? Honestly, some comments are best kept in the mind @ Seun.

I think everybody was greedy and that is why oil is now a curse for this nation. The lives lost or sacrificed was uncalled for if all the parties involved had done the right thing. I still feel the blames lie mostly on Awo n Ojukwu. They both were too self-conceited.
PoliticsRe: Breaking..... Igbo Community In Lagos Endorse Jimi Agbaje by smartigo: 7:17am On Jan 26, 2015
berem:
Bob Okoroji is not APGA candidate, another Igbo man is.

If we Igbos want an Igbo man to be governor of lagos,we can make it happen. Our votes can make it happen. Why must we be happy about Agbaje when he is also yoruba? What's the possiblity that Agbaje won't be the same as others. He just want our votes, that's all!

undecided undecided
Berem, it is not about having an Igbo governor but the intention for so; will he be accepted by all and sundry?
Getting the no 1 seat in any state requires supports and not demands based on relevance. Is there anybody who isn't?
PoliticsRe: Fashola, Tinubu Begs Igbo For Support. Pics by smartigo: 2:15pm On Jan 25, 2015
HugeMac:
APC always rigs lagos , we all know that , they killed Funsho Williams. Because Tinubu had to rig massively to win him and the thought of facing him again would be his end , But this time around , AIG MBU is here, Jimi must win because he is more popular and generally accepted ,nobody knows Ambode , only some few Yorubas , most Yorubas will vote Jimi not only Igbos and other minority tribes , the reality is that people don't like APC in lagos because of Tinubu, if everything is fair and square APC will lose Lagos
Fix some errors. Can you prove your statement or be guided abt your utterances.

Chiwude:
Lagos is owned by indigenous Aworis, Saros, Eguns and Ijebus. By virtue of that it is a Yoruba land. Every one knows this including the Igbos here on nairaland and nobody is out to drag ancestral lands with anyone. However, Lagos is a metropolitan city developed by our shared human resources and wealth, the former capital of Nigeria and the economic capital of west africa. And by virtue of that every ethnic group in Nigeria has a stake in Lagos. Politically anyone who meets the requirement of being a Lagosian by birth, residency and tax has a right to vie for political position. This is the spirit of Lagos.

The agitation for a right is in the presentation and not in character assassination or being confrontational or entitled. I love your presentation. You r right

Jarus you didn't address how he got an A1 in Igbo..so he did Hausa & Igbo together then? Thought its only one Nigerian Language?
someone took the pain to critically analyse the statement of result and you are finding so difficult to unravel this small thing. Smh. If it was 1, it would reflect in the remarks. Not reflecting, it means is a slash

Lastly, why are u so bent on his certificate rather than what he can offer? This outcry is becoming irritating to say the least.

FamilyRe: Should I Have Allowed Her? by smartigo: 7:15am On Jan 21, 2015
There is a point we are all missing. The girl never liked the idea in the first place and to make matter worse, the op gave her a hostile welcome. From the comment she made in the kitchen, it is obvious she is proud n doesn't take shit.

Op, you missed the opportunity to change her impression about the whole idea. When you agree to allowing a guest, open your heart warmly. You both are guilty. Women na women sha! We men are very understanding of one another.

@thinkingbee, be honest with your conscience that you didn't take the phone by violence. My self cringes when men express their anger thru that means;it is repulsively damaging to one's esteem.

Can you take the lead role by making the necessary sacrifice to bring back ur wife's love? God help u.
