sholay2011: Only in Nigeria will an application letter be handwritten. It should be typed. You nailed it. Why would anyone submit a handwritten application in this decade? Any company that requests that should be considered a backward company. |

oteneaaron: The Big question now is, what next?.....
The Nickel has been discovered........so what do we do next? The answer is there in the right up... “Pits dug up to six metres deep, at roughly 200 metre centres, show the nickel occurs in a coarse-grained micaceous felsic unit, associated with localised zones of mafic and olivine-rich ultramafic bedrocks”, the team said. |

Perfect and sensible writeup. Unfortunately, the audience this is intended for might not see any sense in it. As mentioned in the article, certain folks are already buried with the mentality of getting easy money from kidnappings, vandalism etc. Folks like that will rarely apply for jobs or make efforts to be self-employed, yet complain of hunger and marginalization. |

handysuzy: Nice innovation, but is it unique? Yes it is unique. People are conditioned to rely on petroleum products for everything, where as we are blessed with free and renewable energy. A lot of respect for the creator of this. With empowerment, more vehicles will rely less on gas, implying some companies will not make as much as they expected, and that's why we've been stuck with thinking oil can't be replaced with cheaper options. |

InHim4Him: Yea! I got $9 for #1 for BTA in my first travel outside Nigeria in 1979. My first car in 1981 was #2500. We used to buy chicken between 6 and 12 kobo. Shagari and Umar Dikko started doing us in when they started importing everything including baby food. And Buhari Idiagbon completed the task and all our industries including Mandilas (Volkswagen), Kaduna Textilles and PAN folded up. And since then, we have been on a downward spiral. I can bet back then, many people couldnt afford N2500 you bought the car for. Salaries were probably in kobos then, Right? |
