It is an offence to buy snacks bought on the roads in traffic. It is punishable by paying a fine of N90,000 or 3 months in prison.

To buy snacks on the road is also an offence? Who are the sellers supposed to sell to? Themselves? I think these law makers are losing it.

Wow. Eating while driving is also an offence? How are we expected to eat the snacks sold on the roads in the crazy traffic with two hands on the steering wheel? Just swallow?

Wow. Not even a single state in the US has that type of law. Is that supposed to reduce global warming or something? Because I know smoking cigarettes doesn't cause any impairments while driving.

Smoking while driving: N20,000 for first time offenders and N30,000 for subsequent offenders.

How is this a crime? Did you mean drinking while driving? Why can't a smoker smoke cigarettes in his or her own car if he or she desires? Weird. Never heard of that type of law before.

The mathematics is not adding up anymore. Dasuki is accused of sharing $2.1 billion amongst Jonathan's chronies. Several people have been accused of huge sums of the said amount.

Now, this writeup is saying Fayose got about $37 million. Add that to all the other amounts others accused of ONSA fraud, isn't that more than $2.1 billion Dasuki shared?

Why is everyone getting pegged with this scandal and Jonathan is walking free? Does he have three legs?
