Must people help before they can be painted?

How more dumb can these old people we call political leaders be beyond what they are now?
Smart phone apps are designed for users that have interests in using them. A flood prediction solution should be intended for the government to take action based on the prediction (like sane countries with sane leaders do), not for the general public to download on their phones when they can't do anything when the flood happens.

The government needs the app more than the public. The fraction of the public that will need it are those with no landed properties and can zoom off elsewhere. What happens to those that own factories, houses,shops prone to the flood?

How about fixing the drainage systems first before thinking of some useless apps? How about the government using the apps first and taking action based on the prediction? Why send alerts to everyone telling them their homes will be flooded soon when we all know they cant move their homes?

I bet someone just claimed his department spent millions on this app, just like another one spent millions on a borehole.

Why paint Dangote? Why not Mr Ibru, Mr Latin, little Emmanuella or other people? Can you only paint a rich man?

Sending a woman who can't cook to a catering school won't make her any better if she doesn't like cooking. Does catering school teach her where to buy the ingredients from? The experience will be different from that of a woman who grew up raised to know that is a necessity. What was she doing when her mates were cooking when they were single? Now it's time to settle down, someone has to teach her from scratch. Nah.

Northerners are rare to find in the US. There are a tiny few, but definitely not like all other tribes. Never heard of this "Zumunta" group she's supposedly meeting with and what they stand for. Many of their citizens don't even know what a passport is, not to talk of a visa. Theyre so brainwashed that their lives should revolve around work and work within the country so they can pay the taxes the government is waiting for.

As close as Canada and Mexico are to the US, many Americans are still scared of going there because they think they'll be kidnapped cos of the brainwashing they've been through. They end up getting confined to the only things their country has to offer them, which in most times benefits their government more than them.
