This is a serious topic and needs serious advice.

I love a lady. The lady is my mind and soul. I did not attempt to touch her as s-e-x was not the only thing in love (as i felt). we have discussed lot of things - our future, our present and ofcourse the budgets. More precisely, she is a banker and i am a software engineer. Things never match when both are in different professions. Her job is not 8 -5 nor is mine but she plays with numbers and i play with systems. But our case is different, as we understand each others feelings and the job demand. BUT, BUT, things went bad after some days, she stopped attending my calls and more important, she refused meeting me. I thought maybe its just another form of job demand and i gave her space and i continued to engage myself in my profession. But suddenly i hear from the newspaper about her wedding to some guy.

Did i give too much freedom to her.

India’s Bharti Airtel is the World’s Cheapest Mobile communication company (Approx 1 Naira per minute of call in India).

Its board on Saturday approved a $9 billion offer for Kuwaiti telecom Zain's African assets, Bloomberg reported, citing two people with knowledge of the negotiations.

Exclusive talks between Bharti and Zain expire on March 25, marking the third time the Indian firm has tried to get its hands on a meaningful African business after two failed bids for South-Africa's MTN.

On Friday, a source said Bharti Airtel's board was to meet on Saturday to discuss the $9 billion bid and that the two sides might clinch a deal next week.

A company spokesman declined to comment on the Bloomberg report. Sources said the two sides looked to have cleared a potential stumbling block over ownership of Zain's assets in Nigeria, of which it holds 65%, and Friday's source had said Bharti might put part of the purchase price in an escrow account to protect it from potential problems.

The Bloomberg report said Bharti intends to make its offer to Zain next week and may ask the Kuwaiti firm to provide legal protection from the Nigeria dispute, though the Indian firm's board had not specifically asked for the protection.

Bharti has been hunting for emerging market assets as its home turf becomes fiercely competitive and call charges plummet in the world's fastest growing mobile market.

Goodluck Jonathan Dissolves Cabinet

Acting President Goodluck Jonathan this afternoon dissolved the Federal Executive Council.

Since February when Jonathan was proclaimed Acting President by the National Assembly, various groups and individuals had been advising him to dissolve the cabinet and form a new one made up of people loyal to him.

The dissolution, however, confirms earlier speculations that the cabinet would be dissolved this week (The Punch)

Indian Telecom giant Bharti Airtel on Tuesday said it would pay about $9 billion to buy African assets of Kuwait-based Zain, announcement of which pulled down Indian firm's share prices by 13 per cent in two days.

"The total agreed enterprise valuation of $10.7 billion is likely to result in a total payout of around $9.00 billion based on the estimated net debt of approximately $1.7 billion as on 31st December 2009," Bharti said.
The company's statement comes in the wake of Bharti's shares losing Rs 40 a share to close at Rs 272.45 per share since Monday leading to erosion of market capitalisation by about Rs 16,000 crore (Rs 160 billion) to Rs 1.03 lakh crore.

Of the $9 billion payout, Bharti would be paying $8.3 billion immediately after the deal and the remaining $700 million after one year.

Meanwhile, Zain telecom said that it expects returns worth $5 billion from the sale of the company's African assets to Bharti Airtel.
Asked to clarify about the $10.7 billion valuation Bharti had announced on Monday, the company officials said this is an enterprise value that includes debt and equity.

Bharti has offered to buy all of the company's African operations, except in Sudan and Morocco, for $10.7 billion.
Zain in a statement to the Kuwait Stock Exchange said that after payment of certain obligations, the sale of African assets to Bharti is expected to generate returns of $5 billion.

Bharti and Zain have agreed to hold exclusive discussions until March 25 to complete the transaction involving various regulatory clearances.

And guess what, ladies? I bet your purse is still in the car.
So now the carjacker has your car, your home address, your
money, and your keys. Your home and your whole identity are
now compromised!
