Islam for Muslims / Re: The Prohibition Of Looking At Another Person’s Private Part (awrah) by smogjoe(m): 3:42pm On Jul 22, 2022
NuraSambo:
Is this rule applicable to a medical doctor, specifically a gynecologist attending to a woman that is about to give birth?

What of the case of a patient that has contracted a genital infection. During laboratory test and diagnosis, would the laboratory attendant or doctor close his/her eyes while attending to the patient?

What of the woman that has Breast Cancer, is it her husband that would perform Chemotherapy for her?

The basic foundation of treatment in Islam is let male doctors treat male patients and vice versa. However, in case of necessities where there is no specialist that can treat the woman, and only male doctors are available as experts, then the following rule applies.

The first male would be a Muslim and her husband or father must be with her in the room because it is Haram for a man to be with another woman solely in a room.

If a Muslim male doctor is not available and waiting for one might cost her death, then we move to a non--muslim doctor with a track record of modesty and chastity in his profession. The husband or father must also be with them.

Like this, the doctors will be confirmed by their modesty before they are allowed to treat her.

But know that a female non--muslim doctor is of a high priority than the male Muslim. By this she should be treated!

Ekiti isn't Nigeria and would vote differently during the presidential elections. They may not have voted for party per say but for the best devil of the whole lot.
Segun Oni,for example, has ruled before and didn't do well.Hence, the people see him as not different from the rest.

The Presidential election would be different.Tinubu was rejected in favor of Fayose.Did Tinubu not spend money then?

Who told you Oni didn’t do well in Ekiti? How old are you when he was a governor that you were able to evaluate his failures. Just because you have data you just feel you are politically informed.

Penguin2:
Tinubu-Dogara is already trending

While Atiku-Wike is already trending.

The choice of Dogara or any Christian will make Tinubu lose northern votes. If he dares choose a Muslim, the south is gone.

Now, the choice of Wike will further make the Atiku ticket unpopular in both the north and south.

No Igbo man will vote Atiku with Wike as running mate after Obigbo massacre and telling the world he’s not Igbo.

Okowa will work against them in Delta.

After breaking Obaseki’s neck in Edo PDP, Obaseki will work against an Atiku/Wike ticket.

After losing out on both the presidency and vice presidency, Udom Emmanuel will not be enthusiastic to campaign for them in Akwa Ibom.

Donald Duke and Liyel Imoke don’t like Wike in Cross River.

Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa and Wike no dey waka same road.

I do not think the Yorubas will be so enthusiastic to vote Wike either.

So where will Wike get the southern votes for Atiku?

Well sha, everything is working out for the good of Peter Obi.
Seriously people liking your sheer analysis are just like you. You don’t even know anything about what you are talking about. Who told you the Northern stakeholders if they agree on northern Christian they won’t vote for him. Jonathan who is a southern Christian got massive vote in the north against the Big Buhari in 2011. You don’t just come here and say what isn’t realistic. Do you know what the current political parameters are before you wrote this?

I just saw Kwara for Obi? I believe this question is the typical question I will be asking Obi supporters now. They don’t seems to see the reality before them.

See they are just there to sway votes Atiku got in 2019. Atiku would suffer Obi effect than Tinubu.

What political parameters did you consider to arrive at this or you are just writing just to fill your emotions? I believe political analysis should come with realistic projections and the underground rituals that can deliver your facts to the people, and not writing based on emotions and social happiness.

It's normal to get depressed. She has been the lifeline you've be holding on to before now, hence, your current situation is expected.

However, it is important to know that your life and mental sanity matters. You need to learn to love yourself and cut off all forms of communication between you and your ex. It's important so you can get back on your feet.

Remember how beautiful your life has been before life caught you hard with feelings of opposite sex. Don't get weighed down...Be steadfast in your healing process. Add more activities to your daily schedule. I bet it will work well for you.

Finally, remember to eat well, sleep well, hit the gym, develop your mental and physical skills and you will be fine....

This is indeed a simple case. Some blemish was spotted in the sensitivity of your so-called Boyfriend. And to those of you saying 'E no get Money'... Was he asked to bring a car or buy them a house. Ordinary #500 bread will do.

Moreover, it wasn't compulsory for him to go since his gf wasn't around. He should have saved himself from all these mess. And for you the gf, you've got no problem with what has happened. That shouldn't truncate your relationship. If he is responsible enough, he should find fault in what he has done. If you deeply love him, go and pay him a visit and iron things out maturely.

Health / Re: What Can I Do About My Body Odour? by smogjoe(m): 9:53pm On Dec 11, 2020
Reachable:
Hi all, I noticed I started developing body ordour under armpit in particular.
First time I noticed it was like more than a decade ago, then was in my 20s.
So I started using medicated soaps and deodorants, at first it was a big challenge getting the one that worked for me because once I start sweating I notice that it will overpower most deodorants I used but one worked for me which is (sure for men the long one).
After some years I noticed I always have boils under my armpits as a result of high usage until a nurse adviced to stop using deodorants that it can lead to skin cancer, at first I didn't knew the cause of my constant boils was the deodorant until she told me and I stopped I noticed the boils just died off.
So I started using them again but this time sparingly, until I stopped using them like some years ago.
I was fine especially if I didn't sweat much during the day, the only thing I noticed was that if I don't shave on time I will have armpit odour or after shaving my armpits the odour will come again for some days then stop.
I was managing it like that, but was making sure I bath at least twice a day or as much I can in a day.

Recently, I was more of staying at home these days unless I have job to do outside.
Only for me to start noticing the armpit odour again, shaved and bath as much as I can yet it won't stop.

My armpits always smell like a per boiled onions some moments after bathing, I have been managing it with explorer sometimes it works depending on my activities for the day.
But it's peeling the skin under my armpits and it's hurting besides it give me boils.
Please help, what can I do?

Anything they ask you to do, please do it, but don't forget to always take a lot of water. If 10 litres is possible, please do...
E get why...

I was walking at the edge of the street, weeks after reading Ubunja miseducation. After rejecting the red pills twice in a week, you see there is this thing i hate about pills, so very hard to swallow you see.
I saw a girl, so very attractive. I am not necessarily a fan of big ass and big boobs, that is not where my appreciation of my art lies. I am a fan of beautiful face, sheer beauty. She had such a lovely skin, so smooth like the velvet, white teeth with a perfect diamond edge cutting cheek bone, her complexion was somewhat brown and somewhat red with an innocent looking countenance. She was unique in her own way, and alas I said Eureka, a perfect beauty which is similar to those ones in the reconnaissance painting, I didn't know when I uttered "my mona lisa" I was about to approach.
When I saw her spewing words of profanities to an old Lady. All eyes were on her, No not because of her beauty but because of her surprisingly foul demeanor.

Back to the question, after such experience and weighed my love for the art and my love for virtuous splendor. I later concluded how about I have it all.

There is nothing so attractive as a woman, yea a woman with beauty and brain

Out of all you wrote, this "a perfect diamond edge cutting cheek bone gat me"... I no understand the remaining grin

Crime / Boko Haram Insurgents; Why Nigeria Is Struggling To Defeat Boko Haram! by smogjoe(m): 1:15pm On Dec 03, 2020
No doubt, the storming wave from the relentless campaign of terror and attacks by the Boko Haram Insurgents have successfully overturned the efforts and strides of the Nigerian Army. Evidence of the recent slaughtering of over 43 innocent Nigerians from Borno Northeast Nigeria has proven a fault in the strategic approaches to fighting this deadliest terror group.

One striking issue is that the recent spate of attacks and terror unleashed by this deadliest terror group happened in communities less than 20 kilometers from the central city of Maiduguri. Many northern leaders have come out to reel out their displeasure at the security situation of the region.

Their outcries have been based on the fact that the people are in two complicated situations; they may be killed by hunger and starvation when they are at home, and face the risk of being killed by the insurgents while they go out." With a particular emphasis on the attacks carried out by Boko Haram, tens of thousands of Nigerians have been killed, with over 2.5 million displaced (UNHCR, 2020) from their homes and communities.

Ever since the emergence of Mr. Buhari, nothing has changed from what was witnessed in the past government. In fact, the casualties figures have exponentially risen to the point where Nigerians have lost count of numbers.

Its been nearly five years into this current administration, the public has not seen any fruitful result other than "they have been technically defeated." Despite the over 9 billion US dollars spent according to General Buratai, the Boko Haram insurgents have continued to operate, slaughter innocent citizens, and unleash mayhem on fighting soldiers. The big question is; Why has the Nigerian government failed to defeat Boko Haram?.

One major black factor why Nigeria has been struggling to defeat Boko Haram is the corruption in the military. The system has failed to equip the fighting soldiers with ammunition to match that of the insurgents. Several military officers have penciled down their outcries as to the lack of sophisticated weapons to match that of the insurgents. Recall that over 9 billion US dollars have been spent; why are there no perfect arrangements for logistics, welfare, and protections of the soldiers?

Secondly, the commander-in-Chief has failed to take charge of the affairs of the state. As a military general, one would expect Mr. Buhari to have taken tactical and strategic actions to give Nigerians confidence and solace in his government. One crucial factor to this cause is the neglect of the 2014 National Conference Report.

The APC government failed to understand the impact of community leaders in securing the lives and properties of the grassroots. No doubt, if that report can be implemented, the road to defeating all security menace will become more clearer. There is more to this fight than just partisan politics and pure military struggle. It's time to improve public service and reintegrate demobilized militants. This struggle calls for more evaluative positions from the regional and community leaders, a goal that cannot be achieved without proper implementation of the Confab report.

Thirdly, the Nigerian government has not been sincere enough to know that the current military cannot defeat Boko Haram. Boko Haram now has diffused international support of ammunition and logistics, having variegated systems of unleashing attacks. Therefore, defeating them becomes difficult day-by-day.

The bitter truth is that Nigeria needs multinational military intervention from the neighboring countries. If one would ask how productive this will be, the answer lies in the facts and figures of the successful operations of the military when they received the support of the Chadian troops in 2015.

There is a need for more Multi-National Joint Task Force (MNJTF) support from more countries to aid the stance of Nigeria against these insurgents. Finally, the spate of terror has continued to increase in recent times, and if the military doesn't win the fight now, when will they?.
