u right!dats how its meant 2 be BUT its actually not so. . .u'll actually need a residence permit if u don't want 2 be disturbed and especially when setting up a company or opening a bank account.
Then ECOWAS should be ashamed of themselves when member states are denied free assess to work irrespective of the country they reside.

The FIFA World Cup 2010 All-Star team has been unveiled.

Online voting from FIFA.com Club members decided their ideal starting XI in a 4-4-2 formation, as well as their favourite coach.

The team from South Africa 2010 consists of six players from champions Spain, as well as coach Vicente del Bosque. Rounding off the starting XI are two representatives of Germany, and one from Brazil, Uruguay and the Netherlands.

The full list: Goalkeeper - Iker Casillas, Defenders - Maicon, Sergio Ramos, Carles Puyol and Philipp Lahm; Midfielders - Wesley Sneijder, Xavi, Bastian Schweinsteiger and Andres Iniesta; Attackers - Diego Forlan and David Villa.

The fans‘ choice included three right fullbacks (Maicon, Sergio Ramos, Philipp Lahm), as well as two central attacking midfielders (Wesley Sneijder, Xavi). Golden boot winner Thomas Mueller failed to make the starting lineup.

That says it all. The friendly was on koreas` request. Nigeria oblinged because of the money.

And hence re-organisation has been thrown out of the window after them hear cash.
PoliticsRe: Ibb Backs Out Of 2011! by snowdrops(m): 9:50am On Jul 16, 2010
IBB is a very clever man. This is not the first time he is seemingly pulling out of a presidential race. Why spend so much money campaigning then to pull out later?

He knows he is evil and so many people would lick their lips to see his head on a plate. I believe this is his bargaining tool to propagate himself as a free man.

Besides, why should the presidents` and not IBBs spokesperson be announcing this?

PoliticsEra Of Using Inec To Rig Over - Nwodo by snowdrops(op): 7:15am On Jul 16, 2010
THE National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Okwesilieze Nwodo, has advised members of the party, who may be planning to influence the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to return them as elected candidates in the next general election to forget such plans, as the national leadership would not condone it.

Speaking while receiving members of the harmonised executive committee of the Edo State chapter of the party, led by its chairman, Chief Dan Orbih, in Abuja on Thursday, he said such antics would not work in the PDP under his leadership.

He said though the PDP had been a “winning machine” it had been winning elections by isolating the people.

According to him, “the way we are winning, our people are working and being accused of winning with stolen mandate on an election we can freely win under a free and fair atmosphere.

That is why in the past, we worked to influence INEC and take all the bad names and Nigeria is worse for it.

“It is not just good for us to win election.  We have to work hard to win.  We had warned against internal wranglings, which breeds anti-party activities and that is why we struggled by all means to win election,” he stated.

The party chairman remarked that with the reforms being planned, it would be impossible for a single individual to control more delegates than necessary by virtue of his position in government or because of his constitutional responsibility, saying, “if this continues, we are no longer a Peoples Democratic Party but a one-man party.”

Dr. Nwodo, who observed that Edo and Lagos states posed the most serious challenges for the PDP, advised the leadership in Edo State to do away with internal wrangling for the sake of cohesion within the party in the state.

Speaking earlier, the chairman of Edo State PDP, Chief Orbih, regretted that some members of the party in the state had aligned with Governor Adams Oshiomhole to frustrate the party’s plans to re-capture the state’s governorship seat.

He said: “Some of us receive salaries from the AC government to make it more attractive to sabotage our efforts at re-strategising to recover the state. The other time, the governor visited the president and surprisingly, introduced someone as the state chairman of the PDP, at a time he went without his own party state chairman.

“In the local governments in the state, we have a situation whereby the state governors withheld six-month allocation and we see this not just as executive recklessness but political gangsterism,” Chief Orbih alleged calling on the national leadership to take action to check the alleged excesses of the state governor.

Members of his groups and more addition to the kidnappers group nko? You actually believe this would work?

the rest would learn a lesson from that and stop the act.

A smart woman once told me that there were times farmers could survive on their harvest. That time is gone. And we're not only talking suffering to food when talk about hunger. If na food, I can just steal food from my neighbors farm one night, but humans survive on other stuff. Shelter, medicine, food, money etc etc.
I say it again greed and quick easy money remain their main drive. If they live according to their means them no go die of longer throat. Not every body should drive a hummer jeep, or live in a duplex, chop suya tdb, or marry agbani.

Disclaimer: This isn't me in anyway. Just drop your take.

Dear Nairaland,

I was stunned but overjoyed when I won a two million naira promo of one of the telecoms companies. My name and pictures were in the papers and a few days after my win, my ex-fiancee got in touch and asked to see me again. She was the one who broke off the engagement two years ago and I was devastated when it happened.
Now she’s told me she’d never stopped loving me. I still love her and seeing her again has brought back all the loving we shared. I’d like to give our relationship another go but I have this nagging feeling she only came back because of the money. She didn’t mention my wind-fall and I haven’t discussed it with her either. What do you think?

People, people, people!
