Remove parenthesis and replace yourdomain with the domain name.

The affected company can file a case (UDRP) with ICANN. In the end you would most likely lose the case and the name. If it's a $9 hand reg e no go too pain you. But imagine buying a name for mid to high 3 figures ($$$) and planning to resell for a higher price. If the affected company files a UDRP, will you get a lawyer to defend you or will you just fold hands and let the name go just like that ?

In the end, no be fear of arrest, but fear of losing your invested $$$ plus the money you still paid a lawyer to defend your case grin

So i submitted and unreg to SH yesterday. Today SH approved and suggested a price of $1999(first time i'm seeing this). I approved and the next message i got is that "there was a problem regging the name".

I checked on whois and the name has been registered by SquadHelp on June 18th.(today).

The name is however not on my list of SH premium names.

Squadhelp gurus, If you submitted some names the same day, like three days ago now and some just got rejected today however some are still pending approval, doesn't it mean the ones they didn't reject are very likely to be accepted or they are just waiting to break your heart by rejecting everything finally?

Doesn't really matter. They can still reject all in the end. In fact beware of a name that remains on pending review for too long. Most times for me, such names get rejected.

I registered some hand reg domains 6 days ago e.g Coloradoofficespace//king, Longbeachmarketingagency//king and after Outbounding..most client will ask for how long have I held the name for, after telling them 6 days they just keep mute and one even said the URL of Coloradoofficespace.com as no Value, after initially declaring that he his potentially interested and forwarded the name is his web designer.

My question now is, is there any way I can check the value of hand reg domains before registering them and what are the values I did be looking out for?

Most end users that respond with "let me speak with my web designer/SEO guy". In most cases the sale dont work out.

As for marketing agency domain, in most cases, majority of your end users are already SEO guys. Na them dey ask questions like "what is the year of this domain?" or "how long have you had this domain?".

I noticed this like 3 days ago. A name was accepted, i didn't like the logo so I rated the design as poor. Within 5 minutes they sent me another mail and put up a new logo

See that contact form in the Contact page of their website, fill your name, email, and sales letter on it. It may not be very effective, but there's a higher chance that they will reply that before ever replying your SMS.

I guess the accounts is a little bit hold. I couldnt send more than 30 on my newly created gmail. And some of my messages were blocked.

30 mail limit is not normal even for a new gmail account.
You can use a tool like QuickEmailVerification to filter your mail list and reduce bounce rate.
