MacLovington: Abeg let NOT use mouth abi na finger put down our own jare.

We should cherish and uplift our own.
To go from Naija to her level no easy.

Whether super or mega model, she's one of the only few we have.

Anybody can marry whoever they want. Marrying a foreigner doesn't make her less Naija or Igbo.

Who knows, her kids may go on to be big people in their father's country tomorrow. Then we will all happily claim them to be Naija.
See people like Sophia Okonedo, Sade Adun, Osaze Odemwingie and others today.
I agree completely.
It's not a big deal.

Kamanda: Too many ignorant eeeee-dii--ots on NL.
If the SSS really announced this, then its clearly part of the Jona script ahead of 2015.
The SSS led by Mr Ekpenyong are the main actors in Jona's Boko Haram game.
Only open-minded folks can discern.
lol.
Mad man.

I don't know why you seem to always target the SE,when you have a disagreement with southerners on NL.
The SW is crawling with ritual killers, prostitutes, and armed robbers, yet you decide to direct your aggression to the SE.
Besides,i will gladly take kidnapping, over islamic militancy anyday, anytime.

Troll: A Supermodel Should Be A Household Name (in terms of fashion) Worldwide. Oluchi Is Not This Even Though She's An Icon In Africa.
Though She's Graced The Covers Of Notable Magazine, According To Fashion Experts like Claudia Schiffer; "In Order To Become A Supermodel One Must Be On All The Overs All Over The World At The Same Time So That People Can Recognise The Girls." - Oluchi Was Never This.
A Supermodel Should Be Able To Rake In Millions In Adverts, Runways And Other Endorsements Related To Fashion. Moreso Listed Amongst Forbes' Top Ten List Of Highest Paid Models In The World. - Oluchi Was Never This.

Oluchi Is A Top Model No Doubt, But A Supermodel For Being The MNET Face Of Africa Veteran? Hell No! undecided
Comeback To Argue With Me When She Covers The French, Italian And British Vogue, Vanity Fair Magazines In One Year And Makes Forbes Top Ten. THANKS.
Thanks.
I just wanted to know your reasons.
Celebrities › Re: Picture Of Oluchi Onweagba In Secondary School by solomon111(m): 9:48pm On Feb 20, 2013
dasparrow: I just want to correct a few things you said in this post of yours. Oluchi is not dating white men. She dated one white man who happens to be a well to do designer and ended up marrying him. Today, the couple have 2 cute biracial boys.

As to your second observation, I want you to know that it is not unusual for some girls to look archaic in secondary school and later look hot especially girls from more advanced nations of the world. The reason your secondary school girls in Nigeria were hot back then and look ugly and haggard now is because in Nigeria, you guys there generally treat your women like slaves. You maltreat them, cheat on them and don't appreciate them. So why won't they look haggard and ugly once they reach adulthood and especially once they have gotten married and birthed a whole bunch of kids?

Oluchi was smart to go for a white man who appreciates her and treats her like the African queen that she is. Even after how many years of marriage and 2 cute boys, she is still looking refreshing and pretty. Had she made the mistake of marrying a Nigerian bred male, by now she would have been looking haggard and older than her age.

Lastly, stop calling Oluchi a sell out. With the way I see many of you Nigerian bred males bad mouth and verbally abuse your women on this forum, it is even a miracle that some Nigerian women are still willing to marry you all. Those Nigerian women who know their worth go for men from other cultures who will treat them right and with love and respect. Something many of you Nigerian bred men still have to learn.
Now this is concentrated bullshitt.
I don't even know where to start with all your silly generalizations.
Besides, for every Nigeria woman that marries a white man,we have 4 Nigerian men married to white women.
So it is more of a case of Nigerian men running away from their women than vice-versa.

Troll: @OP Oluchi Onweagba Is A Supermodel? undecided I Beg To Differ

She Seems A Top Model To Me, Supermodels To Me Were Twiggy, Elle Macpherson, Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss And Giselle Bündchen...
on what basis are you saying she is not a supermodel?
Care to explain?

50calibre: This sellout of a girl, she now dates only white men.

See how archaic she looks in secondary school, now she looks hot, something not common among girls. I remember my secondary school girls that were hot then, now they all look ugly and haggard while the guys now look fresh to death.
she dates only white men?
Then the black men in america should step up their game.

coogar: you are a consummate rëtard......
far majority left nigeria to complete their b.sc/m.sc......unless you possessed only 2 cells in your brain, students visa remains the most common of visas issued out to nigerian youths. i wouldn't expect a halfwit like yourself to be aware of that though - you have traded your intelligence for a bowl of shepherd's pie.

i still reiterate, the money spent on your education should have been used to buy prophylactics to prevent your conception in the first place. mr. nigerian saviour, why did you even leave to study abroad in the first place if your country was so good? i have no doubt your intelligence quotient is lower than your shoe size.

shut your stinking mouth, you homoerotic peasant!
stay where and make what work? the same country your fathers and forefathers colluded to räpe and loot for many decades? you are a plonker and it's people like you that nigeria must get rid of. you left nigeria and you know from your hearts of hearts that some others should stay there and rot? what a nuisance!!!

coogar: you are an ignoramus.....
when the returnees get back to naija, they employ people like yourself as guides, drivers, chambermaids or security guards. look who's talking? nigerians in diaspora left to better their education with a high dosage of exposure - an attribute nigeria could not give them and you are here passing judgements like a mental-handicap.

stratford began to wear a new look as far back as 2008/9 circa. by 2010, the transformation was complete. where would you find the old tower blocks again? they were knocked down and modern smart flats were erected!

south east is poorer.......
there is a central line in stratford that takes you straight to the heart of london within minutes. peckham is the ajegunle of london.
you are a moronn,if you think everyone that fled to the UK came for educational purposes.
Even i was privileged to run my masters in England, through a scholarship i was awarded in my final year,so it would be stupidd of me to accuse them of being unpatriotic.
I am talking about idiotts like you that migrated to the UK, for the so-called greener pastures instead of them to direct their energy and time into serving Nigeria.
I am talking about numskulls who had good jobs in Nigeria, but decided the one in UK was better, and so they had to bail out.
I am talking about Nigerians who fled the country at the slightest discomfort, instead of staying here and making it work.

Romance › Re: World's 10 Most Romantic Nationalities by solomon111(m): 4:27pm On Feb 16, 2013
Obi1kenobi: There's little about the Nigerian nation, landmarks and architecture, art, culture, history or it's people that evokes romance. That's the bitter truth people. There aren't many sane people around the world who would travel to Nigeria for a romantic getaway or honeymoon and there's a reason why. They'd rather go to Paris, Venice, Florence, Ibiza, the Swiss Alps, Miami, Rio de Janeiro etc.
if you are talking about the Eurocentric definition of romance, then Nigeria/Africa are not romantic.
