I happen to b one of the people that hate GEJ styles and uninspiring ways. But in Nigeria d thruth is dat u need both d bad and good people to win an election. And U and I know GEJ powers currently are enough to "Iwulise" PDP primary and general election in his favour. We ave seen OBJ doing it b/4. All he is doing now is to win as many supports as possible so dat his Govt wil b popular.

Once all these efforts fail my man, he doesnt need yor supports or votes again. I promise u he will win primary and go on to win the general election and of course yor votes would not b counted as usual.

My own is dat the blood-thirsty IBB should not come back!

I see that the North is going to do a power-play. If they pick and Igbo VP and then agree to give up the spot by 2015, then the Igbo will go along with the north on this issue.

In the anti corruption war, I am pleased to state with a clear conscience that this administration has not interfered with the EFCC and the ICPC and I have instructed the Attorney General to treat EVERY Nigerian equally under the law with no sacred cows. The North, at the grassroots, is more or less an ocean of illiterates. They will vote for one of their own, no matter what because they can't even understand the manifesto of any aspirant.

If the Arewa Institution manage to present a united front via a consensus candidate, Northern Governors may not be able to influence their electorate in favour of Jonathan even if they've promised to deliver their state to him. Forget Jega, the polls will be free & fair up North, because North will always vote for North, by default. No need to rig.

My brother u are very right. And if the North actually want power they should rally round a credible candidate that will be attractive to majority in the south. I personally dont give a kobo about where the President comes from but I cannot just stand the gap-toothed, blood-sucking Demon called IBB back in Aso-Rock. Jonathan knows absolutely nothing about leading. He has been our president for more than 120 days and I can assure you that he hasn't made a single decision on his own. None of these governors truly takes Jonathan serious.

FYI, I fully participated in the said election. Not only that I voted in the election, I was fully involved in most of the protests in my locality. No crime in not supporting or accepting his aspiration, but what I fail to understand is branding his supportes as sell-outs. Just wishing you lots can show more maturity and employ decorum. This is democracy after all.

IBB has got more qualities than GEJ. I still believe that if he was part of the problem that brought Naija to this current situation, the he must surely have a clue on how to take us out of the mess.

The funny thing in this forum is the way some posters are ready to shoot and shout you down the moment you claim to prefer IBB for presidency. Give me a break, the man is far more intelligent than your Jonathan, far more articulate, organized and focussed. He is more charismatic than any of the other apirant. He remains the only aspirant who has laid down his programs if elected as the president, yet he is persecuted for imaginary sins without any substantial evidence. I used to think in the same way most of you now think but I have come to realise that had the man IBB been responsible for all  the purported attrocities, he must definitely have been consumed by them.

I ave listened over again and again. He spits thrash! He annulled some1's election and want to be voted 4 and no xplanations. He said he cant tell me what happened to Dele-Giwa(he just have to kill that boy, he was getting too sturborn), He also told us he had kill Vatsa because Vatsa was always competing with him.
