Starting from the 4th of May in Lagos (specifically), it becomes a case of "survival of the fittest".

My advice? If you must go out that fast (4th of May), start taking these actions

(1) Get multiple face masks, not a must you buy, you can sew some yourself with Ankara materials to save cost. Make sure you do not go out without one

(2) Get hand sanitizer or make some yourself. (Watch youtube videos for this), use it rigorously.

(3) Eat healthily and immune-boosting food, eat enough fruits, fibers, fishes, vegetables, and drink plenty of clean water starting from TODAY if you have not started already.

(4) Avoid crowds from now on, no jam body, just avoid contact with people as much as possible.

(5) Finally, if you have no MAJOR reason to be out by then, please stay indoors. also, pray and pray!

For those who can afford it, do not resume going out on the 4th, stay indoors for at least 1 more week just to observe. Man is suspecting some chaos starting from the 4th of May.

Well personally I don't know anyone who has been infected or died of the novel covid-19 virus, with the hype and rate of increase as purported by our government and the secrecy sorrounding those they claim to have it, I have my doubts regarding the figures.

I have personally followed Ghana on worldometer.info and Ghana's covid cases has remained below 1300 and just 9 deaths over the past week(s). So what does Ghana know that we don't.

Also I read a report on yahoo news saying sunlight easily kills the virus and we all know that the sun in Nigeria can boil yam in the right circumstance.

Another thing I noticed is that as soon as the European union gave Nigeria a 27 billion grant, the cases started to rise uncontrollably. Anyway thats my observation.

So do you know anyone with the virus or has the NCDC Being to your area to pick any suspected case.

Right now, the world is struggling and fighting against the same enemy, people are dying while some countries and leaders are shifting blames and playing politics with human lives.

One thing is actually being under-reported; That is what Russia is doing. Russia, as you all know, is close to both China and Ameria geographically, they also have a huge population and also battling COVID-19.

How come the world is not talking about Russia and how they have managed the pandemic in their country so far?

They have recorded 62,773 cases so far out of 2,401,616 tested (2.4M), yet have just 555 death whereas America is 331,002,651 (331m) in population (2020), they have recorded 855,301 cases so far out of 4,382,658 tested (4.3m), yet have up to 48,483 death.

Is it that America is lying about their own death rate by inflating the number of death or Russia is lying about their own death rate by reducing the number of death?

Based on tested numbers, It seems Russia is performing better than America having tested almost 5% of her population compared to America that has only tested less than 3% of her population.

Is it that Russia has better health care and medical personnel or what?

Of all the known big nations and world power, Russia appears to be the best-performing country so far in terms of containing the virus.

How exactly was he supposed to arrest the pandemic when democrat politicians, including a mayor in New York were encouraging people to go on about social gatherings?

I'm not against calling up foreign borns. They're equally Nigerian and deserve a shot at the national teams as much as our local borns. What I'm against is calling a guy with no apparent roots to Nigeria, who has (most probably) never been to Nigeria talk more of living in it for the 15 years our constitution prescribes for naturalization. I realize that we aren't there yet in terms of local basketball quality but hiring mercenaries to represent us will not solve the problem.

If we want good basketball teams, then let us get good coaches (foreign or local), and good facilities and league structures. Hiring mercs to make us look good would only amount to artificial development and will surely prove counterproductive to the development of the sport in Nigeria in the long run. There are no shortcuts to genuine development.

NB: It is possible that proof may emerge that the Spencer guy truly has biological roots to Nigeria, if that is the case, then he has as much rights to vie for a spot in the teams as anybody else. I made this post in the absence of any such evidence.
