Why all the aggression against wo[b]MAN[/b]you? I really don't have anything against the most successful club in the premiership.

I mean they are close to a good side without referees, favorable FA fixtures external influences.

They have players like Giggs who would do anything including trying to smash Cech's head again just to win th FA cup or score a freekick in the CL when no one is looking. They have skillful Ronaldo who is the best player in the world NOT. It likely that it's (or some part of it) is true. Its not the first time i've heard of his off-pitch antics. A lot of players have a life that you may not approve of but thats not our business as far as it does not affect their game.

If some players improves - Shevy / Ballack, they help sales and publicity. So we may still get value from these.

Besides we have just the players we need, assuming no injuries, we are home and dry. Ben Haim for free would be an excellent addition to an already fortified defense - JT, Carl, Cole, Bridge, Glen, Alex (hoping we get his work permit) and maybe one of Ferreira or Bhoularouz.

I was so surprised when he scored that goal against Barca cuz he had failed to control the ball seconds earlier where he was in a beta position. Barca defenders were so surprised.

I cant choose between Lamps and Essien becuz they're different, i want 2 of them in Chelsea till they retire, thats assuming all things are equal. If you say Ballack and Lamps - i'd go for lamps. Essien and Makelele, i'd go for Essien - Maka is old. Lamps / Essien - no answer.

If all this was about better players like Essien i would be ok (has Essien scored that many goals, but i want to concur that he is more influencial than Lamps as a Motivator in midfield, like what Gerrard does for Liverpool)

Take it easy bros, due to my job i guess statistics says it all. Even normal people look at statistics when they want to take decisions like the car to buy, bank to save in, stocks to invest in etc. I watch the match I look at statistics, nothing wrong with that.

Like i said earlier, my best midfielder for this season is kaka but Frank deserves to be on that list put up by the poster and his goal tally and statistics proves that - no sentiments involved.

No he did not, but if anyone scores 21 goals and gives such amazing stats i dont care what he lives up to. Maybe thats why i like Van Nisterolyd - he scores, thats all we want. The FA can choose or decide want they want. Their team of the season was a disgrace. Carvalho and Essien is not there? Please! And Gerrard is there, how the hell? Even Soccernet disagrees with them on certain things but then again who doesnt? Remember McClown?

Forget Tope, he hasn't been watching premiership games or else he would have noticed Gerrard had an average season by his standards and did nothing special. And if Gerrard can make that list I dont see why high scoring Lampard cant.
