Besides, toxicological tests like chromatography, etc would have been able to identify exactly which substance was used.  Before you sentence an individual to the death penalty, you have to prove beyond 'reasonable doubt' that she was the culprit, not based on circumstantial evidence as seems to be in this case. Maybe, as a previous poster said, the information is available under the FOI bill. But I doubt if it will contain all this information.
