Their body has return to the earth. But the spirit dwelling within it, that gave it life has gone back home...or already reincarnated here on earth. Or gone to experience other part of the universe....it is really your choice.
The Egyptian believe there is some kind of judgement, where Annubis weighs your heart with a feather, to see the one that is lighter. If your hearth is lighter, you move on to a higher realm. If not, you come back here....you have to keep doing good to reduce your karma and dissolve the matrix...

The jihad/battles is within.
It is against our envy, selfishness, anger, covetousness, jealousy, lack of self confidence,doubt..etc....those are the battles. Some we are supposed to kill and take no prisoners and some we can take the women that has not known a man (wisdom) from.


At the end of the day, we will look at the Bible differently...and be the better for it.

We are spiritual beings having a human experience. Not the other way round. When we expire, we return to our default state, which is the spiritual state waiting for the next experience.
The main thing I want to say here, is that we picked everything ourselves. Our birthday, parents, level of life hardness, country, siblings etc. we picked everything ourselves, because we believe we can come out tops. But when we leave the spiritual realm for the physical...we forget everything. That is the game. So, the only thing we need to do is REMEMBER.

During the first temple, there where some who even sacrificed their sons to moloch. That's how far they went. It's not new. But there are also a few who has held on to the covenant. They are faithful to the Torah.

Absolutely not. Christians would like to believe that it is but Christianity introduced a lot of concepts which are certainly not a moral improvement over Judaism, such as:

-Babies are not born innocent
-How you treat others is secondary to faith (less so with Catholics)
-Responsibility for what you do wrong can be attributed to Satan rather than being personal
-You need an intermediary to talk to God
-God can forgive you for what you do to others even if you do nothing to make it right
-Life is an audition for death (afterlife) rather than the gift Jews believe it is
-You have to belong to my religion to get into Heaven rather than it being determined by how good a person you are (again, less true of Catholics than other denominations). Why should I think that the primary criterion to getting into Heaven going from “you have to be good to others” to “you have to know the bouncer to get into the club” represents religious completion or a moral improvement at all?
-You need to be saved by definition. You are intrinsically guilty before you even start.
-Salvation comes from a human sacrifice, an idea that is an abomination to God.
-Obedience is way more important than questioning. Questioning is absolutely central to Judaism; in fact, it’s in the name: Israel means “God wrestler” or “wrestles with God.”
