Yes they might have....if you read Isaiah 45. They did not even know who the creator is. That's why they worshipped the gods of the people round them and God duly punished them.

So Isaiah was reminding them while they where in Babylon that God is one. There is no one beside him. No Satan or devil. Only God, he creates both light and darkness and make both peace and calamity.....

They worshipped the baals and the asherahs(the sons and daughters of Enlil) they even put up altars to them and God punished them. Because they where idols...

They really did some nasty things that time.

As long as that moon crescent is there, I have equated Allah to the moon God Nanna/sin. He is definitely up there. He is the god of darkness. Which Christian know as the devil. ..that is the only one I can make. I sincerely doubt that Allah is Marduk. The only equivalent is Nanna.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
“A man will continue to be sound in his religion so long as he does not shed blood which it is forbidden to shed.”

And if you were a truly a Muslim before you should know that Allah is the Rabb of all that exists!

I disagree, the Torah talks about how God creates Adam and Eve, intentionally puts them in a garden with a tree of knowledge. Comes back to find that they have eaten of the fruit and instead of trying to rectify things, he goes about cursing everybody and creating more suffering.
Except if this stories are not meant to be taking literally and have other meanings, if not, then my fellow, it is nonsense. Since it is a sacred text for some people, I wouldn't want to criticize it much. Let everybody count their teeth's with their tongue and believe what they want. Peace.
