@OP Interesting. I have a conditional offer from Salford for Project management in construction but I am undecided yet. |
Please, can I quickly ask, which is cheaper for a masters student in the UK; To stay in the school accommodation or to get private accommodation not far from school? I will be doing a research based masters in January and I don't really socialize well, besides I want to be alone as much as possible. |
Who Is Michael Emenalo? Michael Emenalo has been named as Ray Wilkins replacement as assistant coach, but who is he? - He was born in Nigeria in 1965. - He has a degree in international relations with political sciences from Boston University, where he spent three years playing football. - Played as a defender for several clubs including Notts County, Maccabi Tel Aviv and San Jose Clash. - He played the final 15 minutes for Notts County in their Anglo-Italian Cup success over Ascoli in 1995. - Won 14 International caps for his country including two games at the 1994 World Cup. - When at Spanish 2nd Division side Llieda, he played under Juande Ramos, who had stints at Sevilla and Spurs. - After retiring from playing he spent time coaching in the USA. - Avram Grant brought him to the club in 2007 as chief scout after he spent 2 years playing for our former manager in their Maccabi Tel Aviv days. - He has worked closely with Carlo Ancelotti over the past 18 months with the club claiming his promotion is a “recognition of his efforts to date”. - He will continue to oversee the first team scouting operation as he makes the transition to coaching, splitting the initial period between assisting Ancelotti and updating his coaching qualifications. http://thechelseablog.org/2010/11/18/who-is-michael-emenalo/ |

they that compare themselves with themselves are not wise. |
Hello house, I just got an offer for provisional admission to study MSc Project management in oil and gas at the British university in Dubai, but the problem is I already have an offer from University of Salford in UK for Project management in construction. I have friends and relatives studying in the UK but I don't know anyone who has or is studying in Dubai. The tuition fees and the programs are not the issue here, but what happens after getting the degree. Is it true students are not allowed to work in Dubai? and that after you study you are not allowed to stay in the country unless you secure employment? What about cost of accommodation in Dubai? Its common knowledge that there are no jobs in the UK, what about Dubai, how easy is it to get a Job and does Dubai education compare to western education? |
Mai Suya:That's why we have judges who use their discretion, while beign guided by the law. the constitution doesn' outlaw floggin. I am not in support of the judgement though |
A law was made, the kids transgressed the law, they paid the penalty. ADVICE Poverty is a crime and disadvantage in the developing world. |
Why can't we the Niger deltans just hold a referendum like civilized people all over the EU do, or like Montenegro did to leave Serbia or as Southern Sudan is about to do in January so we can determine our own future and manage our resources. ![]() After all one one of our own is now president , it should not be difficult. ![]() This Jonathan ![]() |
I tire for Naija. Why can't we (Biafrans |
My worst fears have been realised Nigeria is the new Pakistan, Iraq etc All these talk of one Nigeria will get us no where Thank God I'm leaving in a few months time. Imagine dying while celebrating 50 years of Nigerias failure and regression ![]() I choose to be pessimistic about this country ![]() |
With the launch of the ipad, Apple again produced another innovative product that fills the huge chasm between the smartphone and the laptop. Three months after, I finally decided to get one for myself even though it cost a lot, but considering the fact that I spend on the average 8 hours a day on the internet and I love reading ebooks; two things which the ipad does perfectly, I was hit with the news of Samsung, the world's second largest producer of smartphones' launch of the Samsung galaxy tab; a 5 inch screen tablet which runs android 2.2 (froyo) and all reviews I have seen and read have been really impressive. Apple does not accept flash, therefore you cannot view certain websites, its expensive and larger (9.7 inch screen) and heavier, the galaxy tab will likely be cheaper, smaller and lighter. which of these tablets will be a better deal at the end of the day? your thoughts please |
Why all this pretense of being shocked? Are you not aware that after the death of Khadijah; the prophets first wife (years older than him and RICHER too ),the prophet Mohamed married Aisha at age 6 and consummated (had intercourse with her) at age 9 ![]() So what do you expect of practitioners of Islam? ![]() follow after their leader of course. http://www.answering-islam.org/Silas/childbrides.htm#s3 |
~Bluetooth:That's why they will never be president of this country. NEVER |
Initially, I thought Pep was only riding on the success of Rijkaard but now, c'mon the man is good, if not better than Rijkaard. Check out his achievments and the new players in the squad. what do you think? |
Mobutu Seseseko, Nicolae Caecescu, Omar Bongo, and all the rogues in history, could not have done better. GOOD PEOPLE, RAPED NATION ![]() |
Abeg, free the babe. Do you know how many houses farida Waziri owns? The Ibrus have done more for Naija than these so called "fighters of corruption". Do you know how many Nigerians the Ibru family alone employs? |
In my opinion, Nigeria is ripe for suicide bombers. A story like this I guess should set the ball rolling. Maybe we can start from Anambra elections next year. ![]() |
@Godwin02 Godwin02:Osuofia in Lagos ![]() @Afam Afam:Tell them once more!! @rasputin rasputinn:Sanusi is God sent to nuture the banking sector at this crucial stage and hand over to a successor to complete what Soludo started just as God used the infidel daughter of pharaoh to nuture Moses who eventually led the Israelites to the promised land. As Nigerians we should pray for him so his lofty ideas and populist reforms are not hijacked by the enemies of Nigeria. |
Sweet T:You are a DREAMER!! We all know nigeria cannot boast of such systems that exist in the developed world. We don't have social security, unemployment benefits, government doesn't pay pensions even our labour laws are fairy tales. Does it mean companies should not downsize in order to be profitable? When the banks were doing fine , they employed a lot of people (arrogant bankers), now they are sick, they should lay-off workers LIVE BY THE SWORD, DIE BY THE SWORD ![]() |
Obasanjo knew Yar'adua (the snail) was too sick to rule. He wanted to give the presidency to the south south on a platter of wood. Baba Iyabo is smarter than most nigerians (hausas) think ![]() |
Let us hear word!!! All over the world, oil companies laid-off workers, General Motors laid of 3rd generation workers (their grand fathers, fathers and they themselves worked for GM), even airlines laid-off workers. Why can't Nigerian banks lay-off their workers ehn!!! The banking sector is like a spoilt, pampered child who goes to spend the holiday with a very strict Aunt. Sanusi keep up the good work. |
Why can't bankers form unions? and whatever happened to labour laws in this country. |
![]() I it is not a pleasant experience for a guy. At 22, I wake up every night with my boxers wet with sperm all because my store house is full and I cannot release it all for the sake of keeping my virginity. |
