If making one geopolitical zone most of the head of govt parastatals will moves up forward, let is be and lets have a better country than doing this federal character thing and getting the country ruined permanently.

By Dec 2006, Sam has bought more than 100 chieftancy titles from different parts of Nigeria. Among all his peer governors, he have the highest numbers of traditional titles. In ranking in reverse, i will rank him second to Edo state.

In Enugu - Chimroke, constructed roads, built houses, cottage hospitals, 2 high institutions etc
In Anambra - Ngige did very well on road project, prompt salary payment, etc.
In Abia - Kalu did well on roads and paid salary promptly as well, transport and health sector recieved big boost.
In Imo - Udenwa was doing PDP with his money, he did very well in educational sector though
In Ebonyi-Sam had no singular opposition, a short road project took 3yrs 6months to complete. The work force of entire Ebonyi state is comparable to work force of Enugu North LGA or Onitsha South LGA or Aba North LGA, then what was Sam doing with his money.
I lived in Ebonyi for more than 3 yrs and it was terrible. No water, no good road, nothing.
Sam was only settle the power brokers in the state and put the rest in his pocket. The only single project he could not even finish is his housing project.
EFCC will not see this because he is Obj annointed son.

I realy agree that sex between couples should be on the agreement and enjoyment of both of them. I also agree that some men atimes force themselves on the wife in sexual relation without full consent of the wife.
That does not mean the wife should take the husband to court for rape. If your husband is jailed for some (months) or years, whom will you be doing it with when you want sex? Does it show you as a good woman that you jailed your husband? If he comes out, will you be living with him in the same house? I don't understand. It is purely unafrican.
Wait pls, are you saying the man should write application with official stamp before you give him sex?  If you come up with endless excuse and the man decide to catch fun outside the house, you will be accusing him of infidelity,If he decide to come home and have the warmth of his bed, he becomes too demanding and unwanted headache to his wife. Then what will he do? If he decides to marry another wife, the first wife becomes jealous. Now, if you are the man, what will you do? Advice him pls.
There is no reason why a woman should take his husband to court on a rape case. If so, she should not complain if the husband founds another caring and charming lady outside.
