This was never a problem when applicants paid on the date of submission. The policy is still there, and very much unchanged.

I would advise you guys to call the new premium contact numbers of ukvi to get immediate response on advice.

You can start the process of creating and filling your application online but you should never ever pay for your application till it clocks 28days.
This is because UKVI regards your payment date as the date of application and would calculate your 28days in respect to that date.

Also, as expected with the current application process, you should not book an appointment as you're required to pay within 3 hours after you book the appointment.

Nothing stops you from doing both in one website

Cordova is a mobile development framework.
Cassandra is a database.
Nosql is database specific commands and most are sql based.
