Not at all. Even though his physical ability is mad for a 16yrs he has those abilities as well. His decision making is top notch. Bellingham is a special player. Most people will describe him as a young Pogba with better tackling and without the shooting ability.

Dortmund paid city 8million for Sancho which at that time was a lot for an unproven player. Bellingham is currently at a level higher than that at 16 in terms of him already being a starter . Even real Madrid paid 40million for a 16yrs old with only 17mins of senior team football.
