It has often been stated that once you can successfully communicate on the radio, then you can nail TV presentation. I started my broadcast media journey on television before gaining radio presentation experience. I am not in a good position to judge that. I love both and I find both very exciting and rewarding. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/04/06/well/live/coronavirus-doctors-hospitals-emergency-care-heart-attack-stroke.html Read this article by a USA Senator. And for those who don't know that the 1% are using them as pawns, listen to this interview. You are still entitled to your baseless opinions after that or you can do what smart people do and research things for yourself https://londonreal.tv/the-coronavirus-conspiracy-how-covid-19-will-seize-your-rights-destroy-our-economy-david-icke/?fbclid=IwAR14_EoFMi2Zm-_RNFuMTC6az_vDAzYbOBpCHW-R00AJ3ezfxrS2M7AYEjU |
Thank you so much. Ignorance and the inability to think for ourselves is why Margaret Sanger called black people 'human weed's. And by the way, Hilary Clinton received a Margaret Sanger award. So keep thinking she would have been a better president than Trump. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WCnKzWZHTYo Watch this on YouTube and see how they are planning to reduce world population. They need us to have stupid leaders on a permanent basis. (quotekescos01 post=88504555]. You the literate ones , people are protesting in the USA already . Coronavirus is not a death sentence, it can be properly managed if we educate ourselves on how to build our immune system. Common Flu killed about 60,000 Americans between 2017/2018 flu season. The death rate of Coronavirus is just about 4% and the death rate of malaria in Nigeria is about 8%. People die every day of different sickness and why don’t they sit down the economy. The thing is that the people that claim literate don’t even read or make their own research. We just depend on what the mainstream media tells us either it’s tru or false. Make your own research, double check the stories you are being told then you will see this is not just about a virus . It’s far more than that.
|
https://punchng.com/katsina-highest-recipient-of-cash-disbursements/ I think you people should be discussing this. The money is being shared in the north while northern governor's have said they can't do lockdown. Lockdown is in the South. If there was ever a time for Fulanis to dip the Quaran in the Atlantic I think it will be because of your Covid 419. Keep being fed lies by Bill Gates who wants to reduce world population to 1b. |
It's easier said than done. Work from home. Truth is that most Nigerians are not doing a shred of work at home. Maybe they have sent one or a few emails. Called someone they were asked to call, but overall, we have not been groomed to manage ourselves. How do you expect a nation that the biggest complaint among employers is that their staff lack initiative to work from home? Self -discipline, self-management, and productivity are not something that Nigerians can easily boast about. To get all these qualities in someone, then take the 1% of the 1%. How do you pull away from the TV screen or the game console or Instagram and actually get some work done when your boss is not breathing down your back? How many Nigerian workers use Trello? Microsoft to-do or even Google Calendar? How many even have a simple TTD list penned down somewhere. When the waiter at a 5-star restaurant cannot take your orders with pen and paper so that they will not bring you the wrong item? When Buhari's cabinet sat opposite Angela Merkel's with not a shred of paper between them? ![]() This Covid crap gives us the genuine opportunity to re-evaluate our work culture and re-write the way we approach productivity. This is no time for accolades or standing ovations for doing nothing. Famous for being famous. Tons of awards without employing others. This is time to roll-up our sleeves and think about what we actually produce as a nation. https://www.doingbusinessafrica.com/post/keep-em-happy

It is a well-known saying among sales professionals that selling is basically an exchange of enthusiasm between the person selling and the customer. When marketing your property, ask yourself: "How well do I know this property, it's value, features, benefits, and the attributes of its location?" Also ask, "Do I honestly believe that this property is worth this price? Would I pay this price for it?" Watch some Doing Business videos on http:///BigVisionDBYT If you cannot answer with a resounding "Yes!" To this question then consider the fact that your level of enthusiasm may not be sufficient to transfer to a potential client. Visit https://www.doingbusinessafrica.com/the-real-deal to find out more about how we can teach you 24 techniques to closing a real estate sale. Research has shown that you often need to employ at least 5 closing techniques to successfully close a sale. How many closing techniques do you know? We will teach you 24 closing techniques. Learn how to network with people who can actually buy your real estate, products and services. The second thing you also need when approaching a client to market your real estate is confidence. When asking the client to buy the property, ask expecting a 'yes'. If you are expecting something else, then do not be surprised by the response you get. We are often more transparent than we like to think. Confidence can make you glow while not being so sure of what you are doing can speak louder than words. https://stephaniepius.wixsite.com/gbclub/blog In my work as a human development specialist, I often come across employers who are fed-up with employees who are not pulling their weight in their various positions and job responsibilities. It seems that few employees are meeting, let alone exceeding their employer's expectations on the job. As an employer of labour myself, I am often tempted to join the band wagon of those who complain about how many people want to get paid but do not want to work for their pay. However, I have come to understand that the foundation for personal and business success lies in your ability to understand yourself and understand others. Improving your people skills is the single most important thing that you can do as a leader, manager or employer. Attaining an excellent set of people skills is the key to practicing good communication and achieving successful, productive working relationships with your staff. follow the blog link to read more |
The major problem in Nigeria is that we need to stop thinking about wasteful ways of doing things and start thinking sustainability. Until we think sustainability we are not going anywhere. The danger is that, we may wake up one day and discover that our crude oil customers have moved on to other things like solar and electric cars. And that oil revenue is insufficient to run our country. These people are toying with the future of the country. |
Next2Bezee:LFC does not do first fruit offering like other churches. They have never done project launching ones.
