It will likely start in may but I dont know the exact date.but take note that there will start with prehearing sessions where the judges will first welcome the lawyers,agree on how much time to give a witness to testify,time allotted to defence and petitioners to present their cases which will be at least a month each.this prehearing will at least take two weeks.after that,obi and lp will each have one to two months to present their cases and after they close their case,defence will also have a month or two to present theirs.after that,the judges will call for final oral and written addresses and give each party one week to submit theirs.after that,they will adjourn for judgment.so,the thinking that judgment will be given before may 29 is a mirage.

What inec decides is not law sir ,law is made by the national assembly.the supreme court has decided this severally.inec is not a lawmaking body.the electoral act clearly stated that accreditation is electronic which is clear but kept silent on transmission which means it can be both manual or electronic.whichever inec decides to use is fine so long as it is substantially done.
Inec planned to use electronic transmission but because of network issues,it decided to also transmit manually.mind you, inec to an extent transmitted several results electronically realtime.almost all results have been eventually uploaded.just like the server issue in 2019,this method will fail

The fact is that INEC promised to upload results in real time according to their guidelines and press releases. That they didn't do so especially without communication on the elections day means they failed. This failure can also be termed deliberate and complicit to election rigging.

Let INEC come to court and explain.

The act gave INEC to choose which ever way it wants to transmit, which is stated through its guidelines how to transmit results. Once that has been established, that is once INEC has decided, it becomes law.

INEC cannot violate its own guidelines and expect others to follow it.

If the NASS and Governorship elections were uploaded realtime, then it means there was a violation at the presidential election.
