helinues: Inex received thw transmitted results in real time through their back end server
So That's not what they told us. They said the results upload would be done realtime. Meaning that after counting at the PU, the PO will snap the results and upload to the server which should be viewed through the IREV for all to see. It wasn't done. |

Peter Obi is not the type that blows his trumpet. He is very poor in pushing propaganda especially unlike somebody like Tinubu who would even lie about his achievements.
Those who criticised Peter Obi then in Anambra later came to appreciate what he achieved for them. Their education, health care system and economy.
No other past SE governor has the same goodwill of the people accross the region. |

daveP: Despite those DDD, if Teta had played for a Draw, it would have been a big difference, sincerely.
If you remember Chelsea's Pack the bus. It looked negative despite the firepower they had. Managers complained but it gave them premium advantage. I can bet you that Teta doesn't really know how to play to defend to his advantage. We are going to need that mentality as we resume Europe especially if the Transfer window is going to end up being a disappointment (im anticipating it already. I prefer to be proved wrong than taking by surprise as usual)
This May go hot. See Liverpool v Spurs. Smh. Same Spurs Newcastle roast o.
I prefer BHA to take 5th spot sha. Zerbi boys can do it. Spurs may fall off and Kane will get his move. Talking about defending, no one knows what could have happened. But I had expected it. I know that even if pressure burst pipe, City would have worked for it. But no problems. I am already looking at the kind of improvements we would have next season. This team will improve that's for sure. |

garfield1: It will likely start in may but I dont know the exact date.but take note that there will start with prehearing sessions where the judges will first welcome the lawyers, agree on how much time to give a witness to testify, time allotted to defence and petitioners to present their cases which will be at least a month each.this prehearing will at least take two weeks.after that, obi and lp will each have one to two months to present their cases and after they close their case, defence will also have a month or two to present theirs.after that, the judges will call for final oral and written addresses and give each party one week to submit theirs.after that, they will adjourn for judgment.so,the thinking that judgment will be given before may 29 is a mirage. It doesn't have to be May 29. Thanks for the info. |

garfield1: What inec decides is not law sir ,law is made by the national assembly.the supreme court has decided this severally.inec is not a lawmaking body.the electoral act clearly stated that accreditation is electronic which is clear but kept silent on transmission which means it can be both manual or electronic.whichever inec decides to use is fine so long as it is substantially done. Inec planned to use electronic transmission but because of network issues,it decided to also transmit manually.mind you, inec to an extent transmitted several results electronically realtime.almost all results have been eventually uploaded.just like the server issue in 2019,this method will fail Going by the bolded which is your first statement means that everything we have been doing is a joke. 😂 If what INEC decides is not law, then it means it doesn't have to be obeyed including the decision to return BAT as the winner. Lol. What are we discussing self? If in an examination the school had given the teacher the power to set questions and determine the marking guide. The teacher then informed the students in the question paper that out of the three questions, they are to answer two. And that Number one was compulsory. All the students except one- Kola, followed the instructions even though they would have preferred not to answer no1. Kola answered nos 2 and 3. After the exams, the teacher decided without prior notice that No1 was no longer compulsory. What happened was that all the students scored below average except Kola. The students complained but were asked to go to the school authorities. What do you think the school authorities should do in all honesty? |

garfield1: Our elections are basically manual apart from accreditation so you cannot use server issue to justify anything in court.the attack could have come from anywhere afterall inec were complaining of cyber attacks Lol I see how you are doing your best to justify failure. The fact is that INEC promised to upload results in real time according to their guidelines and press releases. That they didn't do so especially without communication on the elections day means they failed. This failure can also be termed deliberate and complicit to election rigging. Let INEC come to court and explain. I don't care who wins, but let the right things be done. |

Politics › Re: Peter Obi Won:2416 Polling Units Result Altered In Gombe And 1568 In Kaduna by Spy360(m): 3:14pm On Apr 27, 2023 |
garfield1: Not true.the electoral act only allows inec to choose any form of transmission it likes,it is at the discretion of inec Once again you are right but the fact isn't complete. The act gave INEC to choose which ever way it wants to transmit, which is stated through its guidelines how to transmit results. Once that has been established, that is once INEC has decided, it becomes law. INEC cannot violate its own guidelines and expect others to follow it. If the NASS and Governorship elections were uploaded realtime, then it means there was a violation at the presidential election. That's the point. |
