Irev is not the primary backup but results or copies held by lp agents.they must have their copies first before comparing it with irev.obi agents have collated and analysed the irev severally and it shows that tinubu won based on irev therefore irev chapter is closed,obi needs to look for another means of proving his case either by vote recount,forensic analysis,tendering of copies of results by his agents etc
Obi accusing or blaming inec is a waste of time.inec is dutybound to defend the results it declared and stand with the winners.even if pdp or lp won,inec will still stand with them.

Oga,the supreme court right from 2015 has exhausted the difference between electoral act and guidelines.the apex court clearly stated that violation of inec guidelines is not fatal and cannot be a ground to disqualify elections while violation of the electoral act is fatal.see wike vs dakuku supra,see udom vs apc supra..moreover,inec itself stated that electronic transmission just like server in 2019 is not mandatory

It is easier for obi to show that votes were invalid or illegitimate rather than it belong to him .based on what has been displayed so far is inadequate for the court to even rule in obi favour

Yes that is what I am saying.for there to be a rerun,peter must prove that up to 2.8 million votes were invalid or illegitimate which is the margin between him and tinubu.based on these thread,total votes affected is not up to based on the irev calculations.atiku too in his own case must also prove that votes affected are over 1.8 million.
The court can only order a rerun in those affected places which will obviously be places where apc dominates and with tinubu in power,he will still win.therefore,it is academic and needless

Secondly,what is substantial in electoral law? The courts have stated severally that substantial compliance means being enough to affect the final outcome,that is the margin is enough to make obi or atiku winner. this I not true as all recalculations from the irev including adding rivers and benue to obi still puts tinubu as winner.obi actually lost

You argue blindly.. Guidelines is inec and inec is guideline so says the law.. I dont know how you plan to upturn it when inec says the decide to do otherwise and gave reason which is backed by law.. Law is not emotion or moral court.. That is why a murderer can be acquitted even though you witness the killing.. You have to prove ur case beyond reasonable doubt..
