Romance › Re: Help: I'm Love With One Of My Staff by Spy360(m): 1:10pm On Jan 19, 2022 |
Vicktorhmustjap: Hello everyone.
Please I sincerely need your help in terms of advice and counselling.
I am a young man in my mid thirty, has a beautiful wife and 2 kids. I have about 32 staff working for me. Just recently, December to be precise I started developing an emotional attachment to one of my staff. I told her I want her to join me to see a movie and she said she was travelling and she won't be around but January was fine. I knew she was avoiding the outing so I bought a ticket to the movies and sent it to her she never showed up and I didn't call her until work resumed on January 4th and I asked why she didn't come for the movies and she apologise that she was busy.
I told her we can go see the movies now since she initially wanted January, she said she can't that she doesn't want to be seen with a married man, and besides my wife is nice to her and also she doesn't want any girl with her husband when she eventually gets married so she won't want to be with anyone's husband that I belong to someone else.
I told her I don't want sex from her, all I want is from her is a squish relationship. she practically turned it down that she can't because she will be hurt in the end because belong to someone else.
Honestly, I felt hurt because I truly love her. I am more emotionally drawn to her even more than before. We spend considerable time chatting every day and on phones in the evening till night after the day's job. She is not so comfortable spending time in my office as she told me the day I was not in the office everyone kept asking after the boss from her and she felt embarrassed and asked them why can't call to know why I am not in the office.
she said we should please remind her the way it is, just chatting and phone calls and she can't afford to be seen around with a married man.
I really love her and I feel hurt as she is turning me down. I wish I can stop loving her, I really don't know how to stop loving her as I really wish not to hurt her.
Please I need the mature minds here to help give workable suggestions.
please Move to front page
lala You are not in love, you're rather infatuated which is a form of stupidity. So get your head together and take hold of your emotions. Stop the contact immediately and focus on your job. If you continue, she may eventually fall for your foolishness, and ruin your business, marriage and then your life. |

mostob: Hope you know there are varieties of 4-4-2? 4-1-3-2(similar to a diamond midfield) allow a lone DM and an AM flanked by two wingers/LM & RM depending on the tactic. This is different from the one we are currently using. Aribo is not playing as an AM but as a CM. If there is any AM in that team, it will most likely be Iheanacho. You have made a good point here. Iheanacho actually drops behind the main striker but that is to add more bodies in the midfield typical of our unique 4-2-4 formation. Aribo who is the point of view here plays just ahead of Ndidi. Think of Okocha and Oliseh. In a double pivot, both CMs alternate forward movements depending on what part of the pitch the ball is. Just like in Arsenal between our two CMs. The very fact that Ndidi is not a CM nor plays as such is enough to say that Aribo does not play CM. Ndidi sits deeper unless leading the press. Nevertheless, such tactics are difficult to pinpoint because midfield is midfield once you are inside the pitch. The differences are almost negligible. |

Bauer1: I know this isn't the right section. But I don't know the right one and so I opted to post here since it seems to have a lot of traffic.
Yesterday, I returned to my room to find a rat dead in the middle of it. Ordinarily, I wouldn't be bothered. But this rat has clearly been bitten (pictures will be displayed below). I called a neighbour and we examined it. We were arguing if a snake could have done it, and if yes, why it didn't swallow it. In any case, we decided to leave it where it was to see if whatever killed it would return for it. I went to sleep at a friend's.
We returned this morning to find the dead rat gone. So, I called others to join me and we ransacked every nook and cranny of the room. We couldn't find anything threatening. But we did find another rat killed in much the same manner as the first (second picture).
It irks that I can't find what did this. I can't sleep in the room as it is. So please, experts in the house, help me to identify what it could be and what can be done.
Mods please help move to front page. It must have been eaten by nkapi. Those rats with long mouths. |

mostob: Nigeria is using 4-4-2 bro. There is no AM in our own 4-4-2. Ndidi and Aribo pivot, flanked by Chuks and Moses. Or am I missing something? Is Ndidi a CM? No. Aribo plays ahead of Ndidi when attacking, he only drops deeper when defending, which is normal. The formation is exactly the same Nigeria has used over the years since 94. We never use two CMs but one AM and one DM. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Spy360(m): 2:43pm On Jan 18, 2022 |
mostob: If you watch him at rangers, he rarely plays in a double pivot. Either as a 10 or one of the forwards. This explains his recent scoring form. I think he has about 7 goals already this season as a midfielder. In AFCON, he is playing in a double pivot with Ndidi which is why he has not giving us the goal thread he is known for. Just pointing that out. He is not playing a double pivot for Nigeria. He plays AM a no10. Ndidi plays DM. A double pivot means two CMs which we don't use. CM is different from DM and AM. Many fooifans confuse these positions or rather style of play. |

mostob: I disagree bro ... His playing alongside Ndidi is not what is making him shine. He has been bossing it at ranger for some time now. Do you know we are playing him out of position? He is just like Ramsey, an energetic B2B midfielder How are we playing him out of position? What's the difference in his roles? If you played football you will know that good players make other better. |

He is intelligent and may have good intentions but he lacks charisma. He's too scared. He's too loyal. He will only promote godfatherism and allow Fulani hegemony to take another full swing of power control. He's too weak to face corrupt lord's like his mentor. We can only manage him as a second not first. |

Pablo Marí will join Udinese on straight loan – no buy option included. @DiMarzio
— Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) Lack of Europe games has made Mari redundant. We began the season with a squad too big for the competitions we have. Let him go and find peace. |

daveP: You need to see the Rangers fan page and their reaction on SM. They are begging people to not mention him and praise him online do that nobody will snatch him from their club.
The guy is hot cake right now,and I'm sure scouts are watching. He has eye for goal than Odegaard to me. Plus recovery to his own position when defending, both on ground and aerially.
We need the competition at Emirates. He'll be a good add,but as i heard, na Tielemanns Edu dey eye. Things can still change Aribo is shining for three reasons 1. He's playing alongside Ndidi the beast 2. The 4-2-4 set suits him really well as he is the centre piece. He sees a lot of the ball and is responsible for link up. With just two in midfield, he has all the space to feel good. 3. He has excellent close control. Like a tall Jay Jay. |

Roland17: When I Dey talk make you Dey listen.. I no tell you?
Dem know say we dey desperate and any team will want to fleece Arsenal for a midfielder. We are to blame for the situation we are in right now. Bad squad management that will likely cost us this season if players don’t return quicker than anticipated. You must know that our pursuit of Arthur shows that Arteta knows quality and goes for it. Secondly, it was meant to be a temporary move so that we can calmly get a more long term midfielder. Forget what Juventus are trying to do (play hard to get) there's no way we are going to listen to that demand. In fact, I think we will get Arthur as he is not settled with Juventus. Thirdly, the main midfield target is Tielemans, just that a deal this month will cost more. |

Roland17: I fully expect Juventus to fleece us if the Arthur Melo deal goes through. As for a striker, I doubt Vlahovic's deal happens during this transfer window.
Truth be told, we have not managed our roster well. Juventus need a replacement to release him. But they eventually would. As for Vlahovic, Fiorentina wants to do business with us but it seems there are many other complications especially from the player's agent. |

BlueRayDick: I don’t know if it’s just me, but I feel we are moving too slow in this transfer window and we are not setting our priorities right. I mean while we are exerting so much energy pursuing this Serbian striker , we should actually be thinking of getting at least one good midfielder first .
With the loan move of mitland-niles, Partey and elneny at AFCON and even the foooolish Xhaka’s love for red card ; our midfield really needs reinforcements which should be our first priority. It is only after this is done that I can really be excited about prospect of getting a new striker . A midfielder deal is closer actually. The striker deal is only making the more noise. We are close to a loan deal for Arthur Melo. Deal could be completed within the week. |

As for me, I just wish Xhaka can just vanish from this club, I wish we can get a more reasonable CM whomis more brain and less brawn; aplayer who doesn't solve any defensive issue with a high flying tackle/double legged challenge We definitely need an upgrade on Xhaka. I hope it's done soon enough. He must not start the second leg. |

ObaIgwe1: I wish we can get Tielemans too, but I doubt Leicester will let go. Although Tielemans is entering the last year of his contract, if he refuses to extend, Leicester might be forced to sell in other to make some gain of him.
But I think we would most likely end up with Arthur Melo on loan... though that also is still subject to Juventus getting a replacement for him. Tielemans is the main target but won't be available this window. Also I think getting Arthur now will be the better idea so that by summer we would take the time to buy a long term player- like Tielemans |

So we should pay a potential big player something that is meant for elite players just because of wetin?
Are we that desperate that you want us to fall maga? How much is tomi, ramsadale, Gabriel and odegaard collecting that is making us think of top 4 with their performance?
