Should we not demand for upgrade as it's what's best for the club? I agree bluerray was overly critical of Amn, but then would you blame him? Was that not the path that made us keep wilshere and diaby for almost/over 10yrs in this club. Was that not the reason we're mostly jostling for only top4?
It's good that Arteta is a good coach and also tactically good, but like any successful coach, he needs to be ruthless. Thank goodness he did that with guen. I know someone like Wenger will never do Arteta did to guen.

In my opinion, both Xhaka and Mustafi improved under Arteta.

There was a time Xhaka played LCB which gave room for Bukayo to excel.

My point is, Xhaka is the type of player that provides balance and stability to the team. He isn't the best defensive midfielder out there, neither is he the best central midfielder, but I assure you, he is more of the type of player that controls and dictates the pace of the game. He is more like a mordern day Pirlo.

Mustafi on the hand was erratic and lacked confidence, but when he started playing with Luiz, who sadly can be more erratic than him, his game improved. My point is, Mustafi is the kind of player that needs strong people around him or good support system to bring out the best in him.

That is what Arteta has brought to this Arsenal team.

The environment is healthy and positive. Kudos to Arteta for that.

We are playing more like a whole unit, like a family, it seems everyone wants to give in their best for the team. That's why I'm indifferent about us selling Guendouzi, we can't have any one disrupting the flow of the team right now.

I know. We all agree upgrade is needed, but for now, xhaka is still good. He gives key passes, he good aerially, tho not good at DM, but under Arteta, he's one of the keys while our passing out from back is successful, he's also one of the keys our lwb plays like a winger, thereby making auba to effectively play the false 9(like an inside forward 9).
These are the things I want you to know xhaka is bringing to the team. He's not less useful the way you're painting him out to be
