Guendouzi arguments are not based on logic, that's the problem.

I have never considered Guendouzi starting this season in my team previews. But based on performances so far, I will like to see him pair Torriera in our next game. Together with Ceballos, the trio will give our middle a dynamism and bite.

Has Guendouzi improved since last season?

Yes you are right, a team of Arsenal's standard shouldn't have Guendozi, Niles,Willock,Neslon,Martineli and many other youngsters on their starting 11. they do not have the CV yet..but considering what we've seen from some of them even in big games and the calibre of average,weak,soft,erratic and Old players we paraded,the youngsters have shown they can fight and compete with some of this seniors.

I repeat, I would prefer Thomas Partey or Doucoure to all the short and softies in our middle, Guen will not near first 11 in that case, but with current options in our middle, he can compete with them.

Cos their potential stars aren't hyped unlike in England where basic things are overblown. To be sincere, what guen is doing is what most of his mates are doing even in academy in other top clubs. His partnership with Coq was the worst in recent years, coq was a very good DM, not good forward other than to play simple pass to carzola for the rest, Xhaka sat deep with and there was no mobility, Dhaka was supposed to get forward, but too immobile and only wants to pass from his spot. He scored long range shots, that's his forte and don't say impressive goals,he scored same with Emery and with Switzerland. His assists are dead balls, no defence splitting pass..

Emery is very good coach, take it or leave it, he was successful at Sevila& PSG and will be at Arsenal.. He is not the reason why Old experienced men in Sokratis and Luiz can't comport, Xhaka costing us since 1900, nor strikers missing chances... He had quality midfielders in Nzonzi, Benega,Ibora,Rabiot, Krychowiack verrati et Al..
He's brought in Torreira,Guendozi and Ceballos, and fans are impressed with what they've seen compared to endless moans on Ramsey, Ozil and Xhaka.

You need to read reviews of Arsenal fans about this guy. A vast majority thinks he is the best mf in the team right now.

Xhaka should be ashamed of himself. He doesn’t offer enough to continue to be such a weakpoint for us. The occasional diagonal long ball does not make up for the blunders, concentration lapses, or his agility of a planet

Xhaka I have noticed struggles in a flat midfield 3, but does better in a midfield 2. His game improved when Torriera was moved wide, and later in the second half when Ceballos was introduced. I also noticed that his tackles though were rash but were professional (except the penalty). If Xhaka must play, he needs either Torriera or Guendouzi not both.

I don't know if I'm the only one who observed but I think Mitland-Niles plays too far away from him which usually makes his work more tedious on the flank unlike dem mane or Sallah having Robertson/Arnold playing really close to them.

We just need Bellerin and Tierney back from injury. Our fullback positions are simply useless.
