The bold isn't true. I have clocked 491mb and 500+mb a very few times. The 250mb cap too happens atimes. I check mine from Windows environment directly.

Please don't go wasting time learning from website that don't teach you with a sense of direction. Learn to have a category of app you want to be writing, then go for a tutor or tutorial material that can help you learn without beating about the bush.

Try and run fewer program per time. Excess CPU and HDD usage causes mine to heat up and vibrate but I know how handle it from Windows Task Manager.
