How much will it cost to ship a laptop?

Okoronkwo michael: I greet una..ABEG HELP.. I plugged my phone s3(sgh 1747) overnite, woke up in d morning & it refused 2 on. My ba3 powers oda fones bt no ba3 powers my phone again..i bought it brand new 2months ago frm negri electronics and its sort of impossible 4 me 2 ship it back 2 dem in d states. Pls Help. Is d board damaged? What can be done? Tanx

Sounds like sudden death Syndrome. I'm not a hardware expert. Take it to a technician to look at it

Matinoh: Plz sumbody here should help me o. My samsung galaxy s3 Gt19300 has 2 memory partition. One shows me 2gb and d other one is abt 500mb.. Although antutu benchmark shows me d fone is 16GB. I kip geting low memory responce. Help plz. Am on android 4.1.5

Check first few pages for steps on how to upgrade/flash a stock ROMs. Just get a newer ROM. Samsung-updates(dot)com

Reboot into recovery and do a dalvik and cache partition wipe first, or do a full wipe as last option. And unless you have a custom recovery like regular CWM or PhilZ, stock recovery will also wipe all the files on your internal SD. So I advice you use Custom recovery.

Don't understand all the jargon I wrote? Read the flashing steps on first few pages for better understanding.

Mannylex: Need your help guys, all of a sudden, there is no sound on my galaxy s2. Any application that requires sound ends up hanging my phone. Poweramp doesn't open anymore, the stock music player opens after a while, but says audio file can't be played when I click on any song. MusiXmatch does the same thing. Videos won't play, i also observed my fifa 14 doesn't open any more, i guess itz coz of the sound involved and the welcome video... It just shows a black screen and goes off. I can't make nor receive calls. My phone doesn't ring, coz it ends up hanging when, a call tries coming in. Itz Damn frustrating. I have done a factory reset and also a hard reset, but no luck. I also observed that earpiece doesn't work either... Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone have any idea? Plz help

I would say do a full wipe and flash a stock ROM. Try Gingerbread one as last resort, see if it fixes. If not, I think your phone is saying. 'E DON DO, I DON TIRE TO WORK'.

S3 came with 4.0.4 out of the box. It got 4.1.1 then 4.1.2. Next will be 4.3 before the end of the year. Hopefully.

Forget about the low quality or whatever. if you buy from an un authorized dealer, why can't it be low quality? But you should walk into a samsung store and pick up the phone you want. Get your 2 years Warranty. if anything goes wrong, just go and drop ot for them there. If they can't fix it, BRAND NEW phone. Dats why you got warranty. But if you don't care about warranty, you can buy from anywhere... As long as it is brand new, it's fine.

kel2me: hm whether you bought/buy the phone outside or in Nigeria, as far as u can use the phone for up to a year without any problemo, i dont see why u shud call it low quality 'even' if its truely low quality

Buy brands new here in Nigeria and get ADH warranty. Accidental damage from handling warranty. Free Screen and motherboard replacement Twice! Over 2 years. Trust me, if ur screen damages. It will cost u over 50K to fix.

Different ROMs have different procedures, and now, Samsung are implementing alot of security features. Go to the thread of the ROM and read on the steps to upgrade to the latest version from the one you are on. You might have to flash a modem before dat maybe... So u don't lose your IMEI. Do you have your EFS backup also?
