I have lots of bad experience with igbo to be very honest .. and I’m sure not only me have such experience with them..
This doesn’t mean all igbos are bad.. but to be honest , when it comes to business, I trust Hausa pass igbo .

Also dem sabi play victim cards .. any small thing dem go Dey shout say Yoruba hate them.

And the way they are accommodated here ehn , I doubt If they can do the same ..

Na for yoruba land igbo go Dey hold plenty political positions ..

But regardless , I still respect igbo .. my closest guy na delta igbo and he’s the smartest person I’ve ever known ..

I am an Igbo guy, and I a agree with you on some points you made here yet disagree with you on some.

1• Hausas are more reliable to do business with than Igbos, on the average.
Be that as it may, we have both good and bad in all tribes.

2• I vehemently disagree with you on the above.
An average Igbo man is quite accommodating, peaceable and nonviolent.
However, there is still a pocket of us that do the contrary.

It is also in your tribe.
It is all about orientation and belief.

No tribe is totally better than the other in all considerations.

In all, there is no justification to the fact that some employers prefer people from their own tribe to others just because of one in a million experience they had or just because of what people said about a particular tribe.

No body is an Island.
Igbos don't constitute nuisance in Lagos or in any part of the world as some of you young guys paint it. If Igbos desert Lagos today, it will shake Lagos. Your leaders are seeing what your youths are not seeing.

Lagos was made what it is by people, people can still make Lagos something else.
Same thing applies to any part of the country.

Quite at the shortlisting and written interview stages, the recruiter might still be PROFESSIONALLY unbiased.
