Inviting for test is not an issue, as NNPC are known for inviting about 90% of applicants. Their recruitments are very transparent till the oral interview stage. They do the magic after oral interviews.

Iheanacho is eating more money than he is working for it. His obvious weight gain is a serious concern in this business. He should see footballing as a business rather than the way he sees it as god-given talent that doesn't require any form of human influence.

Yes please.
I will like to use this opportunity to thank the over 20 people that have sent CV already, while I am not too pushy about qualification, I am specifically looking for a "superstar", someone who can bring something unique to the table.

Having received this high volume of CV, I will only be contacting those that are currently unemployed. I can see some of people already have something doing or a job you are 'managing" at the moment, so let's consider those that have nothing to manage.
Cheers
Any other good spirited individual can also help in this manner. Whoever gives you a (good) job in Nigeria today is your second God, and as such be appreciated forever.
As for me, I need a job (Instrumentation or Electrical). I won't disappoint you if you can help. HND Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Thanks.

so let's continue..

Now the financials: I will start with the dump truck category (tipping trucks) used to carry stones and sand(ogun-lagos axis). The model most desirable is IVECO-190/36 brand.

Truck cost: 3.8m

Bucket body: 2m

Tires: 4pcs at 57,000 each which is 228,000

Papers and miscellaneous: 150,000

Total is 6,178,000

Now there are 2 periods during the year for dump trucks in the real estate industry, the dry and wet seasons. During the wet season, trucks don’t do many jobs because of the terrain especially new sites and this affects the monthly returns. Dry season is the peak period for haulage trucks and returns are significant. I will give a detailed breakdown.
For every inter-state trip the truck does, your return is 20,000 and this is your profit, all expenses and wages have been deducted. Some good days truck do 2 jobs so this translates to 40,000 per day. The beauty of this industry is that construction activity happens every day so there is need to move stones and sand.

The solution to know whether your truck went for a job or not is to install trackers. With the improvement in technology it is now possible to install tamper proof trackers which you can monitor either on your mobile phones, tablets or PC. If you are not available to manage your truck yourself you MUST install movement and weight trackers. this will give you rest of mind and further grip of things going on

Pls feel free to ask questions as I continue..
Good investment
Business / Re: Nigerian Fraudulent Bank Charges: Why Is No One Saying Anything ? by Starpro87(m): 6:07am On Apr 09, 2019
valentineuwakwe:

Hello,
I came across this piece and decided to share it here..can someone tell me why no body not even our National Assembly saying anything about this stuff mention here below..please read.

DOCTOR OLUFUNMILAYO WROTE : 'I have lived in UK a few years now and NEVER has my bank ever charged me one penny for bank transfer.
NEVER. NOT ONCE.
I’m sorry. But that 52 naira 50kobo that Nigerian banks deduct per transaction, what exactly is it for?
Why is no one speaking out against this blatant fraud?
Next is the fraudulent “Card Maintenance Fees” by our Nigerian banks. Please how are you maintaining a card that lives in my wallet?
I have about 3-4 UK Bank Cards here. Both credit cards and debit cards.
I have NEVER paid any such thing as a “Card Maintenance Fee”.
NEVER EVER.
The Nigerian Banking Sector is an unfortunately over-bloated industry that thrives on systemically entrenched policies that terribly defrauds us Nigerians and lives on cheating the average citizen of the hard earned money that is entrusted in their care to help save and invest.
You want to send money to someone from your Nigerian bank account and you first have to plan an extra 52 naira 50kobo.
Money that is electronically sent from one Nigerian bank account to another Nigerian bank account
What exactly is the charges for?
Why is this fraud tolerated?
Someone said the charges goes to NIPOST. I want to believe it is mere trolling as it makes absolutely no sense.
Please, How is Nipost involved in an ELECTRONIC money transfer?
Did I put the money in an envelope and post it? Or what?
We deserve better.
This is systemic cruelty.
When I applied for ATM Cards in UK (both debit and credit), I was NEVER charged a penny.
The card is given free.
And “maintenance”, if there’s any such thing, is done free.
IF we never get the chance to see how things happen in other places, we won’t know we are being cheated.
When I applied for an ATM Card in Nigeria, I was charged 1,000 naira to have one.
And I’m being charged some extra regularly in the pretence of an imaginary “Card Maintenance Fees”.
This is systemic corruption and a fundamental banking fraud aimed at impoverishing us Nigerians.
Let’s do a little maths, dear friends.
According to NIBSS, as at December 2017, there was almost 65,000 daily Electronic Fund Transfers in 2017.
At 52.50 naira per transaction, that’s over 3 million naira a day.
And about 1 billion naira a year.
Should this fraud continue?'
FRONTPAGE WORTHY.
If I choose to save #20,000 in my diamond/Access bank account, to use in a year time, the truth is that;
I will have less than #18,000 after 12 months. The profits they declare every year end are customers' losses. It is a bitter experience.

Do you need more investors?
Business / Re: Let Buy A Truck (pix) by Starpro87(m): 4:15pm On Apr 08, 2019
Guwon:
Morning
basic idea is to raise 10m for the purchase of fairly used truck.
PROFIT ANALYSIS
Daily rental for truck is 60k*24days in a month that exclude Sundays making 1.444m monthly projected income .
EXPENDITURES
400k will be set aside monthly for repair and maintenance and salaries of workers
SHARING FORMULAR
1m will be shared monthly among the 10investor making 100k monthly for the next 5-6 or more year the truck will last
LEGAL AGREEMENT
After the online meeting and investors agree. To the same terms to invest a company have to be setup and all investors be a shared holder all payment contributed will be paid in to the company account which all shared holder signatory too

Do you also know that 10 like-minded investors can build this into a top notch business empire. Instead of this idea of sharing all profits, we could set aside a fraction of the profit to build a capital base for the company.

Guwon:

You can still invest but you won't get the same profit share as the thoes who bought the complete share of 1m
That's cool. In that case, I'm in.

That wrong relationship lasted for a year, separated me from friends and family, kept me alone to myself and I lived a stagnant life. All because I was trying to make things work

What I was driving at earlier was....should i stick to this relationship to try and prove a point?[/quote

It was all your fault. The man should be 90% in control of his relationship. No matter how intelligent a woman appears to be, she is very prone to making mistakes in decisions.

I did sit her down and discussed about her future and plans. I told her what I expected and she did the same.

Now it's time to act and she chose not to. opportunities don't always come, opportunities like this rarely comes... If she can't see it now, when will she?
Damn!!!!! you don't sit a woman down to tell her all you want of her. Before you think of settling with a girl, you must have seen something in her that you would want to be part of.
You start building on the little she already has, and with time you'd get the woman of your dream out of her. You are impatient bruh, and somehow not masculine enough.
