I have a blog, how do I connect for Google adsense approval?

If you already have a blog, and it checks off all the requirements to get Google Adsense approval, then you just need to apply first.

If I may suggest, depending on what the group does, you can do the following;

1. create a blog using Google's free blog publishing platform (Blogger or Google sites),

2. put up an article or articles on the blog about the group or its activities

3. Have the blog and it's contents indexed on Google. This will involve making use of Google console.

Once this is done successfully, anyone that does a search about your group or anything relating to the contents of your group's blog, then it will show up on Google.
(Though this is just surface level implementation of SEO)

Last week I had an interview for a data analyst teaching job, after series of interview process which includes.
Analyzing data with Excel and BI
Extracting and cleaning data with Python &SQL
Modeling, analyzing and visualization with R.
Though my Python prowess wasn't that good but I was told that what they needed is a data analyst who can handle R very well and I really impressed in that aspect.

I showed my data analysis projects on the above software excluding Python. Then we went to oral interview which led to the salary part. I was asked to name my price.
I told them to give me a breakdown on how many days I will be coming to work because I learnt it will be part time teaching job, the interviewer agreed to mail me my schedule.

I was hoping it will be weekend (like Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday) only for me to realized it will be Mon-Thur (that's not part time, I told the manager or so).
The worst part is that they are willing to pay me 10k/week for the job and I will be paid each week I come to work which means it's only the weeks the students avail themselves that I will teach and be paid.

Those tech pay such ridiculous amount or am just unlucky?
What am I expected to do with 10k weekly?
Transport?
Data?
Food?
Electricity?
What exactly?

I was furious though and I am still furious.

I don't know your current living situation, but that pay is ridiculously stupid. Tell them you ain't doing that sh..t with them, but that you will be available to discuss with them if they improve on their offer.

I used that same template on one of my old crypto blogs and there are no ads on it. Rather you will have to do some modification on the layout to get rid of some elements that you do not need. nolosscryptoarbitrage(dot)(dot)com, is the blog I'm talking about.

Open the template zipped folder, and extract the polar.xml file.

Now follow these steps to upload the template to your blog.

1. Click on the hamburger icon at the top left of your blog (on mobile)

2. Click on Theme

3. Click the Customise button menu, then click on Restore

4. Navigate to where you extracted the polar.xml file, and select it to upload.

Wait for like 5 to 10 seconds for the changes to take place. Then you can preview your blog to see your new customised blog.

You can download Polar blogger template. Just do a google search and you will find it. Download and install, then customise your site with it.

Your blog is not bad. However if I may suggest, look for a more SEO friendly theme. The current theme may not be suitable since you plan on monetizing it.

If I may suggest, rather than work with the prop firm's 5% daily draw down, you can cut yours down to 2% or max 3%.
So that no matter what, on each trading day you know you're well within a safe threshold.

My dear brother, I think you would have been able to put forth your opinions, suggestions, criticism or otherwise without being condescending and condemning.

Stating your points or observations is not bad. Besides, nothing stops you from reaching out to the op and correcting or pointing out newer innovative methods if you say the info he's putting out is outdated or "rubbish" as you call it.
Then you both can share ideas and come out with something of top notch quality which eventually will be mutually beneficial to everyone.
Most probably you have some experience in this field, and likewise the op. You doing what works for you doesn't necessarily means that some other person doing what works for him/her is rubbish.

Let's put an end to this tearing down syndrome and help build one another up. Nobody is perfect.
