Chibuking81: Cham dividend of 3 kobo x 10 = 30 kobo ( share price of 35 kobo x 10 = #3.50) ( EPs of 8 kobo x 10 = 80 kobo) FCMB dividend of 14 kobo x 2 = 28 kobo (share price of #1.66 x 2 = #3.32) ( EPs of 75 kobo x 2 = #1.50) I cannot buy fcmb above N1.00-1.20k |

Chibuking81: In stock I still maintain that jijo style is not encouraged. Most of this small company will be acting as monitoring spirit. Don't be surprise, you may ended up buying at 33 kobo, their goal post will be shifted to 28 kobo verses 31 kobo. Most especially when you buy in large quantity, they will monitor you until you exit, the next thing you will see will be 40 kobo closing price.

Chibuking81: Don't you think that cham on current price of 35 kobo is over price.
Current price 35 kobo 2018 fy EPs 8 kobo,
Compare it with fidelity and FCMB 1.Cham PLC current price 35 kobo x 10 = #3.50 (2018 fy EPs 8 kobo, EPs x 10 = 80 kobo.) (Meaning 10 unit of Cham PLC will give you #3.50 and 8 EPs x 10 = 80 kobo)
2. Fidelity current price #1.72 (2018 fy EPs = 79.16 kobo)
3.FCMB current price #1.66 (2018 fy EPs= 75 kobo)
From this analysis fidelity and FCMB at #1.72 and #1.66 respectively has equivalent EPs of Cham PLC on 35 kobo base. From this findings, one can say that Cham PLC at 35 kobo base is over price, since there are better stock to buy at cheaper rate. Based on their earning, Fidelity and FCMB are selling at better bonanza price than Cham PLC. Buy one and get one Free. Over analysis...anyways I also have fidelity in my portfolio. CHAMS dividend policy is good and favourable for long term. Should be selling above N1.00 |

Heishere: I bought at 0.37. Ever since I entered it has been hovering between 0.32 and 0.36. Was there a reshuffle of their management? Continue buying and you will smile at last... Or you sell now and have peace of mind... The choice is yours! |

Heishere: Any info because I'm thinking of dumping mine? I entered with JIJO strategy in mind but the stock no gree give me value for three weeks now. How much is your average cost per unit? Depends on what price you entered...my exit is until above N1.00 and could hold longer depending on what I see. So far I think the current management are on the right track! |

There is a court order pending a hearing from both parties and is slated for June 14th...anything that happens before that hearing will not hold. It can be challenged in the courts. |

Dunkofia20: The money is too small am thinking like starting with 500k or 1 million As a beginner with 500k or 1million, plz don't buy any stock once, buy them in tranches of say 200k or 250k and watch the market, read comments here while you add to your positions. Also endeavour to ask questions before buying any stock, but always remember the ULTIMATE DECISION to buy or not to buy any stock remains with you regardless of anybody's advise.
Read and contribute to the discussion with time you will learn and in so doing you will not pay so much school fees. In summary, in the world of investing you must pay school fees, but God will not allow you repeat any class Goodluck! |

You can also ask them where there branches are as for me, i wrote them and an account was opened for me and i have never had issue with them neither have i visited their office before. Exactly this days you don't need to visit them physically, go online and register and call their office afterwards to follow up, any document needed you can scan and email to them. |

phemmie06: God forbid it ó, if these guys win Oando will bear the cost of the court. It's like you don't know Wale is up against the Northern Caliphate and cannot win this round Did former CJN not rush to get court order... They block you from entering that office with presence of heavy security men and nothing will happen. Abuja high court would soon issue it's own order enforcing SEC's right as a regulatory body discharging it's lawful duties... las las EFCC will pick him! |

Godlylifeoneart: Wale and Boyo are smart thieves. They are worst than Yahoo Boys coz it will be difficult for them to loose out in any board meeting. Most of the preferential shareholders in oando would definitely vote for them to continue. Coz they are are all corporate thieves. The minority investors are the biggest loosers in dz game. They are the one that will still mop up the huge offers being dumped by portfolio investors. As rightly mentioned, the stock can make people rich and equally bankrupt people. The Oando case should not be compared with diamond bank that gave out toxic loans to investors some of which Amcon/ access could still redeemed in the long run.. Oando on the other hand is heavily indebted to banks and individuals, some of whose debts were converted to preferential equities in oando. The COP assets bought by Wale is not yielding the expected result, hence his plan to borrow more money to finance oando upstream operations. This he made mention in February 2019 while briefing investors on the company's journey so far. The downstream assets of Oando in Nigeria and Ghana has been disposed to offset debts. He needs more money from the public to acquire cutting edge technology that will eventually delivers the expected breakthrough from the upstream assets. We need not be too optimistic on Oando recovery coz wale and Boyo have messed up things beyond recovery. This was clearly stated by the company auditor.. Ernst and Young, that it was difficult for the company to continue operating( April 2019.) Due to heavy liability that outweighs inflated assets by over 60 billion NGN
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bloomberg.com/amp/news/articles/2019-04-02/oando-s-ability-to-continue-operations-questioned-by-auditors Diamomd bank that had assets was sent to N.80k and we are talking about Oando that has nothing and wants to borrow more money.... N.80k is expensive. N.20K fall on Oando |

rebekah2011: Is it that the shareholders cannot do the needful on this company ni? The court proceedings is just a way to buy time, that is if they even obey the court...SEC can go and buy their own court order. Is it not Nigeria? But eventually Wale would go! |
