Christianity EtcThe Ten Commandments To Follow In Life by Stegomiah(op):
Try to understand the deeper meaning¬

They are like the ten commandments to follow in life all of the time!

1] Prayer is not a "spare wheel" that you pull out when in trouble, but it is a "steering wheel" that directs the right path throughout the journey.

2] So why is a Car's WINDSHIELD so large & the Rear View Mirror so small? Because our PAST is not as important as our FUTURE. So, Look
Ahead and Move on.

3] Friendship is like a BOOK. It takes a few minutes to burn, but it takes years to write.

4] All things in life are temporary. If going well, enjoy it, they will not last forever. If going wrong, don't worry, they can't last
long either.

5] Old Friends are Gold! New Friends are Diamond! If you get a Diamond, don't forget the Gold! Because to hold a Diamond, you always
need a Base of Gold!

6] Often when we lose hope and think this is the end, GOD smiles from above and says, "Relax, sweetheart, it's just a bend, not the end!

7] When GOD solves your problems, you have faith in HIS abilities; when GOD doesn't solve your problems HE has faith in your abilities.

8] A blind person asked St. Anthony: "Can there be anything worse than losing eye sight?" He replied: "Yes, losing your vision!"

9] When you pray for others, God listens to you and blesses them, and sometimes, when you are safe and happy, remember that someone has
prayed for you.

10] WORRYING does not take away tomorrow's TROUBLES, it takes away today's PEACE.

Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly.
Leave the rest to God.

RomanceHow To Heal A Broken Heart! by Stegomiah(op): 12:43pm On May 08, 2013
WAYS ON HOW TO HEAL A BROKEN HEART AND LESSEN THE PAIN OF NOT HAVING YOUR PAST PARTNER ANYMORE

Many who have been in a relationship know that the hardest part is overcoming the break-up. However, many do not know that no matter how long the relationship, you do not need to spend months to years reminiscing and crying about the loved one you’ve lost. Although the path to completely moving on from your past partner can only totally be cured by time, these are some of the ways compiled by Dr. Gero Albs that can speed it up and help you move on with a lighter heart.

3
1. Get rid of such objects that remind you of the person who broke your heart. Don’t return them to that person, don’t burn them. Just keep them far from your reach. Get rid of photos, letters, emails, gifts and other items

2. Avoid that person if possible. Try to minimize meetings with your former love. Avoid re-reading the old messages; don’t quickly jump into answering their calls or quickly replying their messages.

3. Analyze the reasons why you feel bad, think of ways in which some of these reasons can be eliminated or avoided.

4. Remember why the romance ended. The relationship ended because you were not meant to be and you deserve better. God wanted to find you someone better who will truly love you the way you are, someone who won’t accuse you all thetime….

5. Remember and have hope that there will be better days ahead for you to be happy because life goes on.

6. Spend more time with your friends and family. Have fun with them

7. If you do not work out or exercise, start doing that, as it helps to reduce stress and depression. Exercise will help improve your body and self-image.

8. Take a bath or shower when feeling very unhappy sometimes

9. Start a new hobby or pastime. The pleasure of accomplishing something will counter act to the feelings of sadness.

10. Keep yourself busy.

11. Find activities to do that make you happy. Stay away from sad movies and the like. Go watch movies to the cinema, watch any interesting game…

12. Listen to music that gets adrenaline rushing; do not listen to slow, sad or romantic songs.

13. Meet new people, you might find someone who will heal your heart.

It's Moyes: Manchester United to name Sir Alex successor

Goal.com understands that the recently-crowned Premier League champions are set to confirm the Everton boss as the new manager at Old Trafford by the end of the week

May 8, 2013 11:15:00 AM

EXCLUSIVE
By Wayne Veysey

David Moyes is set to be appointed the new manager of Manchester United by the end of the week, Goal.com understands.

The Everton boss is expected to be announced, possibly even within the next 24 hours, as the successor to Sir Alex Ferguson, who revealed on Wednesday morning that he is stepping down at the end of the season.

Sources have told Goal.com that the United players have learned today that Moyes is the man who has been lined up to take over from Sir Alex.

Everton have said that they have not been approached by the new Premier League champions but it is understood that Moyes has agreed a deal to take over at Old Trafford.

The 50-year-old Scot will have to resign from his post at Goodison Park to move to United but he is out of contract at the end of the season and the process is set to be a swift and amicable one.

Moyes is a long-time friend of Ferguson and the pair are set to enjoy a close relationship next season, given that Sir Alex is moving upstairs to join United’s board of directors.

It is believed that Moyes has been cherry-picked by Ferguson ahead of a number of Continental managers with proven European credentials.

Moyes has established Everton as a top-six club during his 11-year reign on Merseyside despite having a budget that is dwarfed by his immediate top-table rivals.

He has not won a trophy since moving to Goodison Park in March 2002 but United are putting greater store in his Premier League experience, motivational qualities, coaching nous and ability to get the most out of his players.

Everton are on course to finish above Merseyside rivals Liverpool in the Premier League for the second consecutive season, a highly commendable achievement given the disparity in resources of the two clubs.

Gill, who will also leave Old Trafford this summer, has consistently said that United would seek an experienced candidate whenever the time came to make their first managerial appointment since November 1986.

Sir Alex held an emotional meeting with the players and senior coaching staff this morning to tell them of his decision to step down as manager before he went to the main dining hall at Carrington to address a broader spectrum of club employees.

The indication given to staff is that Moyes is the man who will soon be announced as the new United boss.

MediaTakeOut.com just got OFFICIAL WORD this morning - Beyonce and Jat Z are expecting another child together. We spoke with a QUASI-OFFICIAL member of Bey's team who CONFIRMED IT.

And it gets better. The insider, who told us that Bey is "two months" pregnant, claims that Beyonce is NOT using outside photographers - in hopes that she can HIDE her pregnancy until she's OUT of her first trimester. The insider explains, "Only photos that do not show her stomach up close are released to the public."

We're told that Bey planned on making the OFFICIAL announcement next month . . . at the BET AWARDS. But now that we're BREAKING THE NEWS . . . it could be MUCH earlier.

By the way, this report is NOT speculation - it is FACT. Once it comes out - don't forget where you heard it FIRST.

Congratulations to Beyonce and Jay - the TOP BALLER COUPLE IN THE GAME

RomanceSigns He Will NEVER Be Into You by Stegomiah(op): 2:25pm On May 07, 2013
Signs He Will NEVER Be Into You

Like Ingrid Michaelson so simply put it, “Everybody, everybody wants to love. Everybody, everybody wants to be loved.” And because of this, women too often overlook the red flags, the signs of troubles ahead and the hints that this guy’s not the one. We let things slide because we want so badly to be pleasantly surprised. But all this ever gets us is even more disappointment in the end not only in the men we date, but also in ourselves for not going with our gut. After reading this list below, you’re held accountable for your own heartbreaks. If you ignored these signs and charged on, there was nobody that could save you but yourself.

«“You can come if you want to”

You “know” that if the guy is just exposed to you enough, he’ll fall for you. So you’re taking any chance you can to hang out with him. Even when his invite consists of the words, “You can come…if you want.” A guy that truly wants you there will say, “I’d LOVE for you to come.” A man that says it the former way has no intention of paying attention to you at the party/bar/beach/whatever. A man that wants you there lets you know that you will enhance the experience for him. That you would be doing him the favor by attending with him. But if he says, “You can come if you want…” he felt obligated to invite you and you’ll only look desperate for going. It’s a lose, lose.

«He says he’s “not a cuddler”

Anybody’s a cuddler when they truly like someone. It’s a part of how the human body functions. All those feel good chemicals that surge up when we’re around someone we truly like compel us to want to physically connect. If a guy says he’s not a cuddler he’s either A) Not into you or B) Selfish, and actually not a cuddler but too self absorbed to think, “Hm. Maybe it would make her happy if I cuddled her.”

«He “forgets” to text

You don’t struggle to remember the person you’re into. You struggle to forget them! You have to force yourself to put them out of your mind while you’re working or hanging out with friends. A text can be sent sitting at a red light (don’t tell the cops we said that!), standing in an elevator, waiting in line at the grocery store. You know this list is endless because you’ve found all of those times to text a guy you’re into. And when you’re into a guy, you remember to make use of those times. You don’t want to be with someone that you’re forgettable to.

«He’s too busy

Again, like the lyrics at the beginning of this article stated, everybody wants love in their life. It’s a part of the pyramid of sociological needs that humans require to survive! If a guy is into you, he’ll drive to you on his lunch break. He’ll come over when he gets off work, even if it’s super late. He’ll line your calendar and his up for the next month and circle the dates when he can see you. And you shouldn’t be wasting your time with somebody who would do any less.

«You can’t leave a toothbrush

Neat freaks are the exception (but they’re a pain to date.) If a man is into you, he’ll love the little signs of yourself you leave behind like mascara, a sweater, a hair tie A man that doesn’t let you keep so much as a toothbrush at his place is either A) Seeing other people and doesn’t want them to see that, B) Never learned the basic principles of sharing and compromising or C) Not into you.

«He’s private about his computer or phone

Everybody has a right to privacy but only the people up to something invoke it. If your guy shuts his computer screen, x’s out all the tabs, or turns his phone over every time you walk in the room; odds are he is flirting with another girl. If it happens once or twice, let it slide. It may be a coincidence. But if it’s a regular occurrence, something is up.

«He’s “not a planner”

He won’t give you an answer about something in the future you’re inviting him too and he only ever asks you out at the last minute. He says he’s just “not a planner.” What he really is is an opportunist that wants to make sure there isn’t a different girl he’d rather hang out with that night, before resigning to seeing you. I’m sorry, but it’s true because again, when a man falls he falls and he will ask you sometimes weeks in advance to do something just to make sure he reserves that slot of time with you.

«He cares about the dumb things

He’s picky about where you eat, what movie you see, what bar you go to, how cold it is in your apartment. He needs everything to be perfect. But, when you’re truly into somebody, the joy of their company overshadows much else. You don’t care where you eat so long as you’re eating with that person. If a man is particular about all the superfluous things, that means you’re not the main attraction for him. You’re just a little added bonus. A sidepiece with his perfect dinner and movie.

«Everything is on his terms

He has to get up early, so you go to his place. He wants to meet up with his friends at a bar, so you have to go with him if you want to see him. Basically, if you want to see him, you have to make things as easy as possible for him. If this guy really liked you and/or wasn’t completely narcissistic, he would go out of his way to make things easy for you. Relationships should be give and take. You’re not going to charm a selfish guy into being giving. If anything, you’ll only spoil him by being at his beck and call and things will never change.

RomanceDating And Relationship Rules You Should Never Follow by Stegomiah(op): 2:17pm On May 07, 2013
Dating And Relationship Rules You Should Never Follow

Rules were meant to be broken, and this applies especially to matters of love and dating. When it comes to getting what you want out of relationships, sitting around and calculating methodic ways to do so—and considering what everyone else tells you to do—not only makes life move far too slowly, but often ends up confusing your partner/boyfriend/date. In the pursuit of being authentic, please disregard these long outdated rules.

«Use “I” instead of “You”

You’re told that, when expressing anger/sadness/disappointment to your partner, you should say, “I feel this way” rather than “You make me feel this way.” But men are onto this by now, and just feel like you’re patronizing them. Men can take the heat: just tell them, “You messed up. Here’s how you can fix it.” Your emotions can be intimidating to them. But talking about their actions and how they can fix things—that’s something they can understand.

«Don’t go to bed angry

Anybody who says they never go to bed angry quickly wraps up their arguments with half-hearted conclusions, that actually fix nothing, and they end up fighting about the same thing the next night. Your arguments and issues don’t care that you need to go to sleep in 90 minutes. Some problems take hours or days to resolve—rushing the resolution for the sake of some shuteye rarely lends itself to well thought out, sustainable solutions.

«Be an endless source of support to your partner

Of course you should be supporting your partner in his endeavors by being emotionally supportive, available for discussions, and physically present at things that matter to him. However, if you’re always sacrificing what you want/need to do in order to be a support to your partner, that’s not a balanced relationship. You need to work on your career/spend time with your friends/have alone time so that you can have the energy to be a real, energized support system to your partner. It’s okay to say no sometimes to attending an office party/conference/football game etc.

«Always say what’s on your mind

We have a million thoughts run through our minds every day. But the truth is, not all of these thoughts are in line with our long-term goals and desires. Acknowledge your thoughts and feelings to yourself, but be smart about those that you share verbally. For example, have you been thinking a lot about an ex recently? That’s okay. Do you want to get back with that ex? Do you want to break up with your current guy? No? Well then expressing those thoughts is not in service of your long time goals or desires. You’re having a weird bout of thinking about an ex. So what? Your partner does not need to know.

«“Love means never having to say you’re sorry”

In an ideal world, anytime you slip up in your words, your partner completely understands where you’re coming from, what you meant to say, and all the inner workings of your brain that led you to the mishap. But your partner is not in your brain. And that doesn’t mean you’re not compatible, or that your partner doesn’t know you. People just can’t be expected to read your mind, when you’re being—well—a jerk. Even if you didn’t mean to do something wrong, even if you think your partner’s feelings are unreasonable, saying you’re sorry means simply that you care that your partner has been hurt. Apologies aren’t always about being reasonable—they’re about showing compassion.

«Be with the man who’ll love you at your ugliest

We agree with this rule, but we don’t think you should push it. Some women go on first dates with no makeup on and bland clothes just to test the level of superficiality of their date. But the truth is physical attraction is the gateway to emotional attraction. Most people cannot take the interest to love you on the inside if they’re just not feeling what’s happening on the outside. And come on: is it really all that bad if a guy thinks you’re a brick house?

«Don’t tell your partner about your exes

If you were with someone for a long time, your current partner can’t expect you to just forget they ever existed. And while rambling on about the good times is questionable and inappropriate, it can actually be educational for both you and your partner to talk about what went wrong in your last relationships. So long as you’re far enough away from them, and healed enough, to discuss them without anger, you could actually learn valuable lessons about how this new relationship can go better.

«Don’t date the last “type”

There is something to typecasting, but most apply that word to the wrong set of traits. It’s fine to look for a guy who is generous, thoughtful, ambitious and social because the last guy was none of those things. But don’t look for a guy who absolutely doesn’t work in finance, because the last guy did. There are all sorts of types of character traits underneath those superficial “types” your friends refer to. Give everyone who seems good a chance, regardless of their appearance/profession/hobbies and so on.

«Wait X amount of time to call/text/hang out again

If a guy likes you, and then suddenly decides he doesn’t, all because you called him the day after a date, he never really liked you. If you and a guy have a good chemistry going and genuinely are excited to talk or see each other soon after having done so, go for it! Any guy who subscribes to the wait X amount of time rule is either afraid of commitment, or not that into you, and neither of those are good. A guy who really likes you and is ready to explore something won’t be afraid of a “premature” text or request to hang.

An Open Letter To Arsenal Manager From A Sad Fan

Dear Arsene wenger

I became an Arsenal Supporter just a year after you joined the club, you brought a big change to us and we give you the credit of building a great team. It’s seven seasons since we last won silverware and the team is deteriorating slowly by slowly. My only question to you is, “Where is the old Arsene Wenger we knew” who took us from shame to fame, who lead us to glory.

Match after match we’re looking awful, your squad planning is becoming worse day after day, you give players I won’t mention chances to play while we can all see its like they are not ready to deliver. Leaving players on the bench whom, when given the chance, they play their hearts out. Have you lost your touch or what? Why do you want to abuse the trust we’ve given you for all those seasons you’ve been with us?

Your always giving out all our best players and replacing them with others that can’t even come near their standards, and leaving players who are always disappointing. We’re losing hope with our team, if all you fight for is a top four spot then what will we ever achieve? if you really care for our team please do something quick.

Lastly you always complain about the budget when all of us can see that you do sell players worth a lot and we never buy quality players worth the same prize or even near the same. please I beg of you,and again beg of you bring our old Arsenal back.

That’s all I can tell you. You’re the only one who can wipe the tears were shedding away from our eyes

19 Things Every Female In Her 20’s Should Know (MUST READ)

1. Love and honor your mother. Learn from her mistakes. It will save you a lot of headache in your thirties (30s) and beyond.

2. You are more talented than you’ll ever know. You don’t need to sleep with your Boss/ supervisor to get a promotion at work or better grades at school. Burn late night candles; put extra time to study and practice until you master your skill. Hard work still pays well and does not kill.

3. Women can build a strong support network. Don’t let few ladies with “Pull Her Down” {PHD} syndrome discourage you from cultivating true relationship with your female friends.

4. When a man you meet for the first time babbles about how much he earns working for an oil company and how rich he is, that is a red flag. He is either a married smooth-talker who just wants to sleep with you or he is childish. Walk away from deceit.

5. Make your own money. Start small. Maintain a stable bank account. It will keep you out of trouble.

6. When you meet your Soul mate, don’t forget to wear your most priceless ornament- submission and humility. But while waiting for him, don’t cling to any man to rescue you. Some men these days are also seeking for who will rescue them.

7. Know your body. Look at yourself in front of a full-length mirror at least once a week, Unclad and after clothed. Know your body and how it works.

8. Life is a gift. But to revel in it, you must be ready to put a lot into nurturing your gifts/ talents and skills. Start early.

9. Teenage ended at 19. Clocking 20 means doing away with childish behaviour. But it does not mean you should forget to have fun. You can catch fun and not be dirty.

10. Learn the basic skills and let yourself grow- from how to keep your underwear clean, cook, socialize, and network to how to drive a car.

11. Don’t do drugs. It kills. Read books, it fortifies. Dance as often as you can, it liberates your spirit, soul and body.

12. Partnership builds bridges. Don’t ever forget that.

13. Eat healthy. Learn to cook for yourself. Don’t rely on noodles alone. The cooking skill will be useful in future.

14. Don’t give up when you fail. Try again and again. Don’t give up on education/ learning.

15. Fear of the future. It is a state of mind you must learn to tame. Don’t let fear pull the carpet from under your feet. The Holy Books tells us that God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind.

16. Let go of past hurts. You cannot move forward if you keep looking back. Holding on to bitter experiences and regrets will stale your future.

17. Learn to exhale, love deeply and be kind to others, especially those of low estate, and the lowest of low.

18. You are beautiful the way you are. Don’t compare yourself to others.

19. Prayer is the master key. Have faith in God and always have the courage to use your voice wisely. Dream big today. Fear simply means False Evidence Appearing Real. Enjoy the highs and lows that come with being in your 20s but don’t be afraid to grow older. Live life to the fullest and don’t forget to smile always!
