Someone i know as well that applied for same tier 4 visa paid for SPV around december holidays got a call with the information but by phone. However she got her visa after about a week. But we gave them the excuse that it was because of the holiday....now this
We stay hopeful though.

I noticed UKVI is now very strict with their visa processing most especially with Nigerians because people are now diverting their attention to UK for studies unlike USA/Canada that has high visa refusal rate now. I hope all your documents are genuine and the maintenance fees is still in your account ? Just pray for favour. I wish your brother goodluck and successful application.
